Dr. Palmer is great! He is so knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to achieve his patients needs!I love that he offers so many different services! Jodi, who does his injections and lasers, is 100% the best! She is knowledgeable, informative, has great bed side manners, and I highly recommend her to anyone who is in need of laser/injection services!

First of all, the staff at Radiant Touch is AMAZING. They have made this whole tattoo removal experience so easy. And they always go above and beyond to accommodate me and make me feel comfortable with the process. Randi and her assistant are so nice and friendly, but also very skilled and get the session done quickly and efficiently. Im in and out in about 20 minutes with no down time.Secondly, the technology they use is unmatched. If you do your tattoo removal research, PicoSure is the latest laser technology on the market and is super powerful, which is what they use at Radiant Touch. I couldnt be happier with how quickly Im seeing my tattoo fade.. Much thanks to Randi who always makes sure to treat it as aggressively and as quickly as possible to help me see the results I want!

The staff here are amazing, but they usually quit as soon as they can because Dr. Palmer is beyond annoying. He barges into the treatment room while youre there for filler with Emily or Pelleve (which is done by a techs, not a doctor) and makes critical remarks. I didnt ask his opinion, but he told me I needed Botox. I dont. He isnt a plastic surgeon, nor a cosmetic surgeon. Hes a heart doctor. He doesnt know a thing about aesthetics.The word I would use to describe him I cant write in this review. Go somewhere else, anywhere else to avoid him!

My face was ruined by Emily the injector. It was so bad I couldnt go anywhere for months for the bruises and deformations she caused. I ended up having to have eyelid surgery to correct her mistake. It cost me another $4000 and Dr. Palmer refused to pay for it. Even the laser treatment I paid $1600. for didnt last no time. My advise- RUN, dont use these people!!!!

I had a large scar and leftover ink on my upper arm from a previous attempt at tattoo removal. After my treatments (5) at Radiant Touch I can see drastic improvement. The scar has flattened out and the ink is gone. I would absolutely recommend Radiant Touch, they are wonderful and the results have far exceeded my expectations!

This place was the absolute answer to my tattoo nightmare prayers. They have the newest laser for tattoo removal called Picosure. I, unfortunately, wasted time and money on out-of-date technology, and places that wouldnt give me direct answers (FYI, if a place skirts around the question How many sessions?, DONT GO THERE). However, they were straight forward with my questions and even GUARANTEED the tattoos would be GONE. I highly doubt you will find any competing business do that. Even better, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. If you have any experience with tattoo removal, it really freaking hurts! A friendly staff can make an unpleasant procedure go by easier, and they did that. Everyone is extremely experienced in the medical field and not limited just to cosmetic aethetics, like other spas. I cant stress enough how awesome this place was! I would use them for any service they provided without thinking twice or looking at other places.

Top of the line equipment. Everyone Ive worked with there is knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended.

Radiant Touch Laser Center has worked wonders on my face complexion using the PicoSure laser for pigment treatments. I am veeery impressed/thankful for their services!
