My experience was definitely something to rave about! My son has been wanting this piece for a couple of years now, and we’ve gone to a few other locally owned jewelry stores, but the customer service we received was terrible. They were very rude, short, and didn’t take the time to speak with my son about the details of the piece he was wanting. Just offered him a catalog to look through, which didn’t have anything close to what he was wanting. I didn’t even know that Nacol’s did personalized pieces like this. Kenneth showed us great customer service from the time we walked in the door to the time we walked out. He took the time to talk with my son about the details of what he wanted, then he partnered with one of their jewelers and another associate to draw out exactly what my son wanted. Size and all! Angie also helped us out when we went back to place our order. She was so patient with us, listened to all requests that we had, and even helped my son pick out a chain. I took my wedding ring in to get the loose center diamond tightened. They inspected my ring and informed me that it wasnt as simple and tightening the prongs but that the metal had been worn down over the years and it needed to be built back up. They quoted me a price and a weeks time for repairs. They called me in about half a week (was supposed to pick it up on a tuesday but got it the previous friday)! They cleaned all the stones and guaranteed their work for a year! I am one super happy customer and I will be back simply because they were friendly and helpful.I had called them prior to taking my ring and was quoted a different price, however, they told me they would have to see it to know for sure what the fix would be. Also when the price was different in store they were able to fully explain what needed to be done and why the cost changed. They had quoted me for a simple prong tightening when I needed much more (yet the price was not outrageous).

Wonderful store, a young lady named Rayna helped me and my wife pick out gold chains for our daughters. She must have a natural talent for this sort of thing, because our girls wear the necklaces constantly, and they’re not usually big on jewelry. If you need help finding something for someone you care about, ask for Rayna, she’s phenomenal.

Im so grateful to have found Nacols, and Rachael in particular. After a horrible experience getting my ring fixed at a different place in town, which left it even worse compared to before, I was so upset. My husband and I decided to come to Nacols to look into what they could do to repair it, or options if they could not. Rachael was so patient with us, and she gave us so many ideas on what to do moving forward. I was very emotional and indecisive about my original ring, and she was so sweet, understanding, and even texted us pictures of ideas for what to do with the original ring and the emerald from it. We ended up both falling in love with a beautiful ruby ring they had there, and within a week of buying it we had it resized and with us. I had been taking my watch to Nacols for years, this last time I took it after 6 months the battery stopped. I then noticed 2 of the screws were missing and the final two didn’t match. When I took it back for them to fix it, or try to fix it. I was told ‘we don’t have the screws for that, even if we did we don’t have anyone to do that’. First off you have serviced my watch multiple times, but now since you did some questionable work and I asked for it to be fixed I was pushed away. Even better he told me to go to another jeweler! In the end I had to send my watch back to the actual company for them to fix and it cost me 90 dollars. This store is very friendly on the surface and they are helpful when your wanting to spend your money. But when you have a problem they are gonna kick you to the curb.

I drove all the way to Wichita falls Texas to come to this jewelry store and to be treated like Im invisible. No one asked if I needed any help or Ill be with you in a minute I mean nothing.. It was at least six employees in the store. There were a few ladies helping customers and one finish with her customer then just walked away, didnt even try to help me... couple of guys standing over by the checkout area and one sitting down behind the jewelry case so I just left out store. I wasted over an hour drive never come here again.

She always keeps me informed of specials and will drop everything to take care of something if I have a problem with one of the many pieces Ive invested in.
