Excellent work. Very professional. They worked hard and non-stop to perform my move-out cleaning, which was was checked by a quality control staff. I have already recommended them to many people, and will be using the service again.

We used this service back in September of 2020. Very unprofessional.I hired them for a move out clean. Did not clean behind the appliances. Residue left inside of oven and master tub. Slow response time. Completely missed two ceiling fans, the water heater closet, and none of the globe light fixtures had been washed out. When I called to have them come back out to fix it I was charged for the correction when I was told it was a courtesy. Cleaners even tossed cigarette butts into our yard. Id rate this zero stars if I could. We switched to Miracle Maids at our new home and are very happy with that service but steer away from Merry Maids, theyre the most expensive service youll find in this area and I would have been better off hiring my 11 year old autistic nephew.

The first time they came for the deep clean...it was marvelous ! They do a great job. I thought the dep clean would be every fourth time, but. Now they just do standard clean; however my apartment is still very clean!

They did an amazing job! We needed our bathroom showers deep cleaned, and they look fabulous! I didn’t even know they could look that good. Thank you !

I unfortunately forgot to unlock the door so they could come in. So the ladies were waiting for almost an hour to do something They could’ve already been done with. These ladies were so amazing though, and worked with such grace, we were very thankful for their services.

We use Merry Maids several times a year to deep clean my father’s house since he lives alone. They are always on time, do a great job and are very efficient!

Absolutely amazing team and oh what a great cleaning job. The ladies were on time, brought everything they needed to clean, worked for 3 hrs + (and I thought I kept a fairly clean house). In all fairness, it was a deep clean so they cleaned stuff I do once or twice a year. Ladies were very professional, flawless skills, polite and friendly. This costs a major amount of money, but I’ve got to tell you, I think I must willingly give up lattes and sweets and whatever else to continue this service. Highly recommend!

Sparkling clean home and I didnt have to spend a day doing what these women could accomplish in much less time. They were a lifesaver while I recovered from an accident, and then I just didnt want to do without their help.

House was empty and needed cleaning after having work done on house. Mainly a lot of dust and debris from scraping ceiling and drywall repair. Floors were cleaned and surfaces wiped down.

Amanda is awesome and always does a great job. Sometimes she has a helper and sometimes she’s alone. It is inconvenient for the customer when she comes without a second person because the cleaning takes twice as long. This makes it difficult for planning purposes for the customer.
