My daughter broke the screen of her laptop. I brought it by and he took it apart, got the model number, and put it back together so she could still use it with a desk monitor until the part came in. One it arrived, he had it fixed within 24 hrs of me bringing it back to him. Great service and great personality! Will be back for sure.

Extremely honest and great work

My 3 year old accidentally knocked my husband’s laptop to the floor and the screen wouldn’t come on. I called another repair company who immediately assumed that I needed a new screen and needed to send my laptop off. I called Shawn and he met with me 30 minutes later and took the time to open up the screen and diagnose that the problem was that the cable was no longer completely connected. In less than an hour, Shawn had the screen working just fine again and we were on our way. THANK YOU Shawn!! Honest, knowledgeable and not out to charge you for what you don’t need!!

We have brought our laptop to Atlas twice now for hard drive issues (unrelated issues on separate drives). Not only did Sean(sp) resolve the issues perfectly, but he also drastically undercharged us for the work he did the first time and didnt charge us anything the second time.
