Im in Amarillo, TX. I had some problems with my tub that Luxury Bath installed 4 years ago. The tub was cracked. Luxury Bath just came and installed a new tub and surround. It looks great, and Im so pleased with their work.

Scheduled a in-home visit, for measurements and quotes on both bathroom and kitchen -- the guy called to tell me hes running behind and would prefer I instead just send him pictures of both and hell give me a valid quote from the pictures (sounded weird already), but I went to the trouble to do it -- NEVER HEARD BACK -- contact him and was told I finished the kitchen quote, but not bathroom yet. Give me a day or two -- its now been over 2 weeks... I am disgusted by this company. HOWEVER: The customer service representative, Paula, is AMAZING. She is too good to be working here!

Keep an eye and take notes when you’re dealing with the salesman. The typical 20% “limited time discount”was to be expected however, we trusted a mans word. What someone says and puts on paper can be drastically different. Steps we were told would be taken weren’t even thought about at the time of install, yes it is our fault for not reviewing the contract, but use us as an example. Get a second opinion, ask questions. Does their work “look” good? Absolutely. Do professionals offer warranty while they float flooring over ceramic tile and just silicone the edges? I haven’t found another contractor that does. Stay vigilant, stay smart.

Clint, Chad, Dan, Paula, and one more (sorry!) But everyone is so friendly and helpful. They genuinely take the time to inform so you can make a educated decision. They spend time with you whether you do business with them or not, but it is easy to see why they are good decision to go with. Its no wonder they received the BBB Torch award. Way to go guys!

I am very pleased with the workmanship of my parents bathroom. Took tub out and put a walk-in shower with a bench for my elderly parents. I had a shower head put in with a deverter on side wall to switch to hand held for my mom. She can change the temperature without having to stand up. Frameless sliding doors. I love showering in it. Everyone was great. Gus who did our construction was polite, kept us informed. Thanks Luxury Bath.

I was quoted $9000 to rebuild a small shower in a 3/4 bathroom. Just the shower. So now Im just harassed by phone calls trying to give another quote. Look if your going to try and RIP me off once, why do you think I would even consider using your business?

This is a great group of people who know how to take care of customers and their passion is evident in their workmanship. I would recommend them to anyone in search of home remodeling!
