Took my son to get a 2 on the sides and scissors on top the stylist didnt know how to fade it in together. His hair was wet when we left so couldnt tell how bad it was til he got home.

Hairdresser was super sweet and personable. The services I had were basic ones, but they were well done. Didn’t have to wait long and it was reasonably priced!

Love it, it is practical and efficient. Got there, waited like 5 min .. for them to be done with another person they have a list you sign in and they go through it, and they dont close at 5 . Price 20 bucks plus tip. Couldnt ask for better. I saw them cleaning the utensils too, I appreciate that. I guess I just wish they had this promotion Im familiar with that if a costumer comes like 7 times they get a free cut. And more books/ magazines to read that would be cool, I guess with the covid stuff tho.. nevermind.

Note: This place is by appointment only nowadays. That being said, its still all that it was when I last visited around fifteen years ago, just with less people. My buzz was delivered much better and faster than Ive ever been able to do it myself. Thank you, SuperCuts, very cool.

$18 for a4 year old. The cut was chopped up and gapped. Horrible. Never willl go back and will warn everyone.

It was just me and Monica, my stylist, and we were both masked so I felt really safe. Monica listened to me patiently explain why I was having to get all my hair cut off (medical problems) and what I was looking for in a haircut. Monica did a WONDERFUL job. She was professional and very friendly. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing their haircut. They are doing by appointments only due to Covid-19 and are following all guidelines and precautions. VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE AND WILL DEFINITELY RETURN!

The worse place! I called at 3 to schedule an appointment for the same day and I spoke with Rebecca, she made my appointment for 5, so I went up there at 4:50 and sat in my car for 40 mins and since nobody had called me like she said they would do when they were ready for me, I called the salon and Rebecca was gone for the day and I was told they were booked for the rest of the day and couldnt get me in!

I got a great cut by a professional stylist who was personable. This stylist valued my time AND my self-esteem!

I made an appt with the mobile app. It goes through. I get there at the time of my appt made. They have a sign up that says the mobile app is down. I made an appt through it so how can it be down? I call the number on the door and they tell I dont have an appt because I used the app. Well, that would have been nice to know before I went 30 min out of my way to go here. Super frustrating.

I was surprised reading the reviews below and what other customers experience were. I decided to give this location a chance and I’m glad I did. My hair cut was perfect. I usually spend at least 50$ for a haircut but never really was satisfied with them. I’m coming back to this location and recommending this to my friends!

Squeezed me in. Not much waiting.

I came into the store while two girls were working, not one even acknowledged that I was there. I sat for a good 10 minutes waiting for them to finish up with their customers. I guess I missed the sign up sheet because another lady came in after me and was directed to sign in on the sign-up sheet. They then disappeared in the back for a good 5 to 8 minutes and I decided to leave.

Had to wait 30 minutes to get my haircut!! They care about getting people in and out as quickly as possible to make more MONEY!! Horrible haircut, wont go back!!! Ill go across the STREET TO PRO CUTS!!! IVE LEARNED MY LESSON!! 👎

My mother-in-law takes my kids and me there to get my boys haircuts once in awhile. I dont really like it because every time they get their haircut and so will too short and really that looks layered and its really hard for me to fix it in the morning for school for them when they have school time because their hairs text up the middle. Thankfully their hair has grown out again and this time Im just going to tell them to give them just a trim around the eyes and around and ears. I just get very antsy and nervous when Im in there because I want to stop them from doing too short of haircuts on my boys and Ill see them just cutting out their hair so fast that its too late for me to say anything LOL and afterwards secretly when we get home so he wont hurt Nanas my mother-in-laws feelings because she pays for it my boys say is too short Mama that they want their hair to grow back and as too short and my youngest son cries about it. so if we do ever go back there I will make sure to let them know that I just want a trim around their eyes and ears just a little bit off not a whole bunch if I even go back there because my boys are liking their long hair back.

Ironically, i searched for a place to get my hair cut in Wichita Falls TX by reading reviews last Sunday. Supercuts didnt seem too bad. I called ahead and asked if they were available for a walk in @ 3:45pm because they were closing at 5pm.The person who answered the phone was friendly and told me to come on by. I made it in just before 4pm. When I arrived, there were 4 people waiting, and 3 people getting their hair cut. I signed in and sat down and 2 others came in behind me and sat down. After 5 min 2 women came out of the back, which surprised me because people were waiting when I arrived, so I wondered how long they were waiting. Within 20 min people were freshly cut and walking out the door, there was just myself and one more person left waiting for a cut (someone that came after me was put ahead of me, no big deal). There was only one person seated getting a hair cut. It was now 4:35pm The rest of the employees went to the back once they finished their client, to what seemed like a break room and could be heard laughing and carrying on. The one employee who was left cutting hair finished with her client, and grabbed a broom and began sweeping. This lasted for 5 min, as me and the other remaining customer remained seated waiting. Talking amongst ourselves about the wait and why there was no-one else cutting hair, I asked the employee who was sweeping if they were done for the day, it was now 4:45pm, she was sweeping and no one else was coming back out. She says someone will be right with us. I watch her go into that room where the rest of the employees are, she comes back out, still sweeping and another employee is behind her. Halfway to the front, this employee turns around and goes back into that room. At this point i stand up, say good luck to the guy who was waiting with me, as he was also losing his patience and I leave. I call twice at 4:55pm (because the first time my call was not answered) and ask to speak to the manager, the woman that answers says she is the manager. WOW! So I ask her why I sat for 45 min waiting on a hair cut, where there was more than enough employees available to get the job done in a timely fashion. No answer. I ask for the general managers name, she would not give me the name and said I can call back tomorrow (Monday) and she will direct me to the person to speak to about my problem. No thank you Supercuts manager, I will just never return and let it be known... if you want to waste a little time on a Sunday afternoon, this is your go to spot. I wish Google would add a feature to let you upload a video. I Snapped this entire visit with time stamps, and was asked why I didnt leave after the first 30 min. Because I believe good customer service exists... it just doesnt exist here.

Long wait, 40 min but they buzzed my hair well enough and made my eyebrow into two. Cant complain too much.

Yesterday I called and asked if a specific stylist was working today because in my experience she is the only one that can do a good job. They tell me shes working 9-6 so I get there a few minutes after 11 and put my name on the list with the stylists name I want to see. I say there for a half hour before one of the girls tells me that my requested stylist is at lunch (after 2 hours?) And that she has a color appointment right after. Why didnt anyone tell me sooner before I had waited so long? She says oh we werent paying attention. Needless to say, as happy as Ive been with my stylist, I doubt I will go back. Ive had to get cuts fixed because others have done a bad job, and the customer service we werent paying attention speaks for itself.

I want to share this racist moment that my daughter experience today at a professional salon in Wichita falls, TX where she is attending college. she went to do her hair at SUPERCUTS hair salon at 3909 Kemp Blvd when one of the hairstylist refer my daughter to go to an African hairstylist she stated not to damage her hair, by doing wash and set I dont think you cannot do any dramatic damage if it have happen. We are facing a critical time. Oh if you dont know my daughter background she comes from Hispanic Heritage, (Dominican).waving/kink hair.I will not recommend this supercuts :-(

Asked for skin fade. When she was done, I told her that this was not a skin fade. She said her clippers dont go that low. Also, she missed my sideburns and didnt offer to fix it.

I had not let anyone touch my hair in 2 yrs. Desperately needed a new Do and Maria cut it. She is Awesome!! Not only very sweet and attentative, but did Exactly what I wanted (and Im picky!). Very happy!

After waiting 20 minutes for any 1 of the 3 stylists to free up they took their break without telling anyone. Left and went to pro cuts for the best experience.

The haircut was good over all but the price is insanely high. I know people charge more for fades but 18 dollars for an “ok” fade is not acceptable.

Love the ladies there. It’s cheap and they did it the way I wanted it to look without rushing me, while adding what they thought would look nice.

Really awful place to get your haircut, don’t go here unless you need to look terrible and wait 40 minutes to do so, I strongly recommend going to jc penny’s or literally any other place in the area

Horrible, told the girl what I wanted showed a picture it was a short haircutWell she sprayed my hair with water then used a razor on shaved my hair really close to head nothing like I wanted. She blowed dryer and was done. My hair now is fried was told that I will to let it grow cause when used the razor my hair was still dry in areas.Never use them
