She’s made me feel comfortable and is willing to share tips and trips for taking better care of my skin. She’s super knowledgeable. I’m not a person that spends a great deal of time or effort on my skin care and Jessica was excellent on her recommendation s and the facial was excellent I already booked another appointment with her recommendations in mind. I have always been treated kindly and with respect. Even when I showed up on the wrong day, the young ladies at the front desk were kind in getting me straight on my appointments. Appointments were always great and handled professionally but with personal care. Steven does a great job and I always feel comfortable. Well done!

Poor customer service and not honest about Wellness program. Beware, once you sign-up, they will do everything they can to deny your request for cancellation, or will not allow transfer to another location if you move. That was my experience. Fortunately I record all my phone calls and have proof for their organization if its worth it for them to request it from me!

I could kick myself for not remembering the massage therapists name!!! I have hesitated about doing this review because you cant give 0 stars. Anyway, the girl at the front desk is the only reason this review is being written. She was very kind after a very poor service. I got to ME about 10 minutes early to check in. I was greeted warmly and all was well. I was ushered back to a room where I was told to undress to my comfort level and to lie down on the table. So far, so good. The massage therapist came in and said nothing. She started my service without asking me anything about where I was having pain or tension. Silence for the next 30 minutes. She told me to turn over---done. Completed the rest of my massage in total silence. Never asked how the pressure was or anything else. Ok, here is where they lost me... she says NOTHING and leaves the room. Im still lying there thinking maybe she went to get me some water or something. She never came back. Never told me my appointment was over or anything. Ive had numerous massages over the years and this was far and away the worst. Even if she wouldve spoken, the massage itself was terrible. My husband got me a $250 gift card for Christmas and I honestly dont want it. There are good massage therapists in WF.

Super excited to get a massage and get a call the night before at 7:55 person wasn’t going to be able to make it in with no explanation and the next available appointment is over 2 weeks away! Whatever... not worth it!

Awesome Massage!

I tried to schedule an appointment for a massage for myself and my husband. We have used Massage Envy all over the US, until I called the one here in Wichita Falls this afternoon. Shayna that answered was so rude and not welcoming or professional in any way. We will be taking our business elsewhere and advise all others to do the same. I am extremely disappointed.

Ive worked with Kassandra and recieved massage from her as well. Hands down one of the best massages and therapists I know.

Massage was great, Dava was excellent. How ever i dont need a membership therefore to costly to get a massage every couple of months. Fall back with out membership too much

I have been a member here for several months and I have to say that it’s absolutely worth the money. The massage prices are reasonable, the customer service is exceptional, and all of the therapist I have had thus far do a fantastic job. I had my first prenatal massage today and JoAnna exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend going here and investing in a membership if you’re someone who gets frequent massages like I do.

I am from out of town and I still have to drive an hour to get a massage but SO WORTH IT!! Dava is AMAZING!!! I honestly have gone to various Massage Envys across the U.S and have not given a review but Dava is just so awesome!! I recommend anyone to make an appointment! Also the front desk has been nothing but helpful!!

I called to schedule a prenatal massage massage a few weeks ago and they were booked out. The gal that took my call told me there was an apt for a few weeks out but she’d also put me on the cancelation list.I was contacted about a last-minute opening and returned the call within 5 minutes, but the spot had been filled.I called again the day before my scheduled massage and apparently, I was added to the cancellation list but I was never booked an actual appointment.So, I’ve waited 2 weeks for nothing!I was a very loyal customer and employee of Massage Envy Spa back in Colorado and I had high hopes for this location. However, I will NOT be doing business here.
