I got dip powder on my nails. Louis was my technician, and he was very professional. My nails are natural and lovely. By far the best dip powder I’ve had done, and I’ve had many done before. You really get what you pay for here.I called beforehand to schedule an appointment and see if it was busy. It wasn’t so I was told go walk in. I walked in and Kim started on my pedicure. She also did a great job. I got a sugar scrub which was awesome after a long week.Will definitely be going back. My nails look amazing. Thank you for this wonderful service.

I took my niece to do her nails on her 6th birthday and they played the happy birthday song while clapping and cheering her on!!! It was such a beautiful surprise. Not to mention, her nails looks fabulous!

Having had just a few pedicures a couple of different places, I myself could have and do better at home. 35 bucks wasted.

If you have all the time in the world go for it. Even with an appointment I waited 40 minutes AND they couldnt do the manicure and pedicure together. Ridiculous!! I dont have 4 hours to get my nails done. I had to walk out I was so upset. Here at Whitttier NAils. Waiting but I expect to without an appointment.

Overall it was an extremely bad service. To begin with they kept trying to charge me more for the service I was getting or kept trying to add services that I did not ask for. They rushed my pedicure in order to assist other customers which lead them to mess up my nails and rather than re doing them they just retouched it and now the nails look horrible. Will not be returning.

She initially put my tip on crocked, didnt cut my cuticles off, missed polish in some places and my coffin tips didnt come out to my liking plus she got mad that I brought it to her attention....when you only can get gel nail polish, which is more than regular polish they (she) shouldnt be feeling any type of way. On top of that I felt like she started to rush not only cause her attitude changed from when I first sat down but also because more clients (*money) walked up and again with paying $50 any person should be treated and feel like theyre the only one at that time.

Been coming here for over 20+ years. Anna is so sweet. I hadnt gone in over 4 years and I went today. She remembered me and we talked about our families.. The place was just remodeled and looks amazing. Love the music they play too! Very clean and a lot of options. I got Sandy today. She was amazing! Very nice and kept asking if I was happy with my nails. I got long, coffin, matt gel and it cost $45. Totally worth it! Thanks again!

The lady who did my manicure and pedicure nicked me a few different times on my hands and feet. I paid 65$ for a mani pedi with gel and 2$ for a nail file and buffer for me to use when I go back again. I may go back I may not. I see how long my gel lasts before I need to go back.

Joann is the best. I stop going because of the guy up front ( the cashier). The only reason I went back is because of Joann. She always does a great job. I always leave satisfied with her service. I will Definitely go back. Thank you Joann. You’re the best.

Wanted to try a new place so came here. Once I sat down felt pressured to do gel. I asked how much for full set and she Automatically was like ok full set with put even telling me how much . Ok whatever do the full set Im trying to spoil myself, she cut 3 of my fingers when she was in the process of doing my nails. I left the salon to pick up my daughter only 5 min away from salon the cuts were killing me glue all over fingers cut up and did not look nice at all. So I go back to tell them i want to take them off so she has me point out the lady who did them seats me right next to her and gives me a bowl so soak hands talk about uncomfortable and then everyone questioning why am I taking them off (awkward) while the lady is still there sitting doing another ladies nails I felt bad I did not want her to get in trouble. Once I was done the owner really trys to offer me $10 off next visit I told her no I want a refund I didnt even get a mani after they took my nails off I just wanted to get out then she trys to give me $30 gift certificate and I PAID $35 for full fet and $15 for pedi . I told her no I just want a refund. And she was still like ok well you pay for the take off of nails ! Like what still trying to just make a quick buck I said ok how much is that she didnt answer me and just gave me $30 back I got there at 3 and left at 5:30 with a Just an OK pedi (was also pressured to get a package) and hurting hands

Never go to jimmy. I asked for a specific style. At first they told me the length I wanted was 35. Then after he finished my whole nail he told me 43. The whole time I was telling him it wasnt What i wanted he told me to wait. They didn’t cut any of my hangnails. I can see through my entire nail. And when I asked him to fix the smudged nail polish he told me it was “My fault” and that if i wanted it fixed I would have to come back and pay for a fill. Absolute garbage. Don’t go here.

Jimmy and Derick are the best there! Jimmy does amazing work on my feet he not rushing me out to get the next customer that is very important to me he treat me like if I was his only customer and give me the best treatment. I come here for gel mani, gel pedi & waxing. They always have plenty of staff so I don’t have to wait long, if at all. The prices are reasonable, competitive for the area. The massage chairs are comfortable and the music is nice. Best nail shop in the west Whittier area, in my opinion.

Today I took my daughter (3) in for a manicure. First of all, the guy behind the counter was acting so rude, as if he didn’t want to be there and didn’t want to deal with us. So he calls “Jimmy” who is smoking a cigarette right outside and this guy tells him it’s a manicure for my daughter and so Jimmy’s like her? And so they start arguing in their language and Jimmy ends up walking out again. So the guy behind the counter calls “Sarah” I think was her name, she gives a face like sure whatever. So my daughter Ends up getting a manicure from her, Sarah was nice and all, but at least she could’ve matched the designs on both hands. At the end of all of this the guy at the counter was extra rude, barely even acknowledging I was there to pay. I really wanted to like this place but this was one of my worst experiences. Probably won’t be going back.

My mom came here on a Monday and by Saturday one of her nails fell off so we came back and they still charged her to get it done and she also wanted one of her thumb nails fixed because it was crooked and one of the ladys said she had to wait a week or so to get it fixed. Not coming to this place again

Horrible experience todayJulie gave me a pedicure and it was a complete nightmare. She trimmed my big toe nail down too short on one foot. I then had to ask her why she never used a base coat as she began applying my nail polish. I could see she was annoyed and last she totally skipped the foot massage. I complained to manger and got a $5 discount.I do not plan to return to this placeNot worth the convenience of being close to home.

My sisters and I went in to get our nails done today. Jennifer the lady that did my pedi did a good job. But why Im giving this place only one star is cause the guy jimmy that did my sisters nails was very RUDE! And making rude comments as he was doing her nails. She tried to tell him what she wanted and he didnt listen he did what he wanted very bad coustmer serivce we will not be returning to that place to get our nails EVER AGAIN!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! They refused me service because they didnt want to fix one of my nails because it was a big problem. I was willing to pay for them to fix it, and they angrily rushed one nail and left a sloppy mess on my nail and then told me to leave. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!
