We had an amazing experience with Busy Bee Jumpers! We rented a 15’x15’ bouncy house for our kids’ birthday as a consolation for another pandemic birthday. It was quick and easy to reserve. The bouncy house was delivered early (after Busy Bee asked if we would like a bit more time due to their delivery schedule), and was set up within minutes. Busy Bee employees took care of everything and even worked through the surprise rain shower.Our kids loved bouncing more than I can express! We were outside every moment they weren’t sleeping or eating. We definitely got a lot of bang for our buck!I would highly recommend a bouncy house from Busy Bee Jumpers! What a wonderful, memorable birthday!

I dont’t remember their names but the two delivery drivers were outstanding. They went above and beyond! Completely professional and more than willing to help out. Constant communication and ON TIME! They even helped work around a few potential issues. I wanted to tip them but they packed up and left so quickly I missed my chance. Thank you!

I am giving this review only two stars because I was very disappointed to see how dirty the bouncy house was when it arrived. It had dead bugs and dirt everywhere. It seem as they just brought it over from another party without cleaning it first. The fact that the bounce house was not clean nor disinfectant between costumers especially now with coronavirus still around and very active makes me wonder if they are trying to spread the virus. This was not acceptable.

I rented the Little Kahuna for my little ones last day of Summer. They were SO excited and had a blast playing on it all day long. I informed the company we wouldnt be home the morning it was being delivered and they were so helpful in saying that was totally fine. It was also a surprise so coming home to it already all set up was amazing! Pickup with quick and efficient as well. We had a wonderful experience!

I changed my reservation multiple times (add tables, add chairs, remove one day of rental of the bouncy house) and the Company handled them all seamlessly. On actual delivery day the team was polite, professional and efficient. They were thoughtful on how to set up the bouncy house so as not to impact our irrigation system - something I hadn’t even thought about. And they picked up the rented equipment in the middle of a tropical storm without requiring anything from us, so we could stay inside and dry. Such a wonderful company to work with and most importantly, my kids and party guests had an absolute ball using the bouncy house/water slide combo for hours on end. We will definitely use Busy Bees again!

Busy bee is amazing! We have now used them 3 times for my son’s summer birthday. They are always on time and set up perfectly. This last time it was so hot and the guys stayed to help us make sure the double water slide was perfect. We will rent from this company every year!! Worth every cent.

This has got to be by far the easiest transaction Ive had as a mom. I booked online which was super simple. The day of they came set up the bouncy house and were in and out in minutes, the same with pick up. Everyone I had contact with was friendly and courteous. Id definitely book again and refer people.

Absolutely fantastic service and product! We’ve used another company previously for inflatables and had some bad experiences. We were hesitant to rent again, but even having to pay the extra travel fee was well worth it. The bounce house was dropped off a day early at no extra charge and was very clean and in MUCH better shape than other companies. Highly recommend!!!!

AWESOME company!!! We rented a double water slide, dunk tank and cotton candy machine. All of them were super fun and the kids had a blast with them. The delivery men were great too! Busy Bee provided excellent service as always. They emailed me a few days before my scheduled delivery date to offer an early delivery, no charge, since they had a busy weekend planned. The guys delivering and taking the water slide were friendly and personable.The slide itself was easy to inflate and clean upon arrival. It was a great choice for kids ages 3 to 8; it combined bouncing, sliding and water fun. It was also really fun for the adults once the kids let us have a turn!

Jump house was dropped off a day early (free of charge) by two polite and professional employees. We got the Jurassic World jump house for our sons 4th party and he LOVED it. We had gotten estimates from several other companies and this was the least expensive we were able to find. Great experience- will use again.

This is the second time we have used BBJ’s. We have been thoroughly impressed with their services both times as they arrive on time with clean equipment and nice staff. They then pick up when they promised to and leave no mess behind - couldn’t be any happier.The second time we even got an extra day for free! We can’t wait to rent from them again and are definitely now our go-to for this type of stuff.

Weve been using Busy Bee for our annual Field Day event for years and with good reason. Weve used multiple bouncy houses, obstacle courses, and the cotton candy machine with supplies and a generator to run the show. Rental items work well and customer service is nothing short of amazing! Anytime weve had any hiccups they have gone above and beyond our expectations. Very happy with customer service. The jumper was clean and arrived early. Small snafu with kiddie table and chairs. We got kiddie chairs with adult table. Company could not make switch in time, but has promised to comp us. This would have been a five star review had the driver not SPIT in my driveway as he was loading the truck. I saw him and reprimanded him. His response sorry, it happens.

They brought the bounce house very early the day of my sons birthday which was a huge plus and cleaned and set it up. The two young men were very amicable and respectful. They picked up the equipment the following day later in the day which allowed for my two young boys to get some extra bounces! Highly recommended! Price was very reasonable!

Set up and take down we’re great. The tent was beautiful and way bigger than we expected. My only issues were the chairs we rented were very dirty and we had to clean all 50 of them. And the tables 100% needed table cloths as they were in rough shape. The table covers they rent were not what we wanted for tables cloths which is why we didn’t rent them. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars…

Busy Bee Jumpers made my childs 4th birthday awesome. We have used them a few times now for a bouncy house for birthday parties. They are always on time, the bouncy house is clean and set up goes off without any problems. This year we added a snow-cone machine, which was perfect for the hot day of the party. There was a mix up and the snow-cone machine was not initially delivered with the bouncy house. The management immediately responded and had one brought out promptly. They even discounted the bill for the inconvenience. The snow-cone machine was a big hit with all the kids too! They are a great company to work with and I highly recommend them for your next party.

Rented a large inflatable water slide this past weekend. The whole process was very easy and seamless. I called around to a number of places for pricing comparison and essentially got a great price with Busy Bee but with superior service. The others either had broken websites or some with no websites.

Busy bee was wonderful! They delivered early due to a busy weekend, so my kids were thrilled. When it rained overnight, water was stuck in one of the upper air tubes. I called the company to ask how to drain it, and they sent someone right over. Within 20 minutes, someone was at my house and they fixed the issue. Great customer service!

I called Busy Bee Manager Sal at 730am in a pannick. 20 minutes later 60 chairs were arriving on a truck!! Whew..... 4 years and they have NEVER let me down. Renting from Busy Bee was a great experience! Even though we did not need it, Busy Bee even offered an extra extra day free of charge with the moonwalk!They gave me a heads up via email, and they were very quick and responsive with any worries that I had. Drop off usually occurs around 7-12 pm, but drop off came a little earlier which was definitely a help. Pick up occurs the next day between 8am-4pm. Will definitely use Busy Bee again for any school functions/family birthday parties!If you are worried about the cleanliness of the moonwalks, look no further. Once everything was pumped up and after a quick inspection, the moonwalk was clean and ready to use.Thanks a bunch Busy Bee!

We rented for July 3 and 4th in case of rain and paid only half price for the second day. Then, it was supposed to be cold and rainy for those two days, so they gave us the third day free. We finally got to use it! Great company! Thank you very much.

I got the wet/dry combo slide jumper. When delivered we asked if the pool at the bottom of slide will fill up with water, they said it does indeed! We were so disappointed to find that no, no it did not fill up AT ALL. I EVEN SPENT EXTRA $30 for tapes that day they work with water. Im upset that I paid $400 for this combo jumper and the best part of the slide did not work correctly. Unfortunately I had a work emergency in the morning so I was not here when they came to pick it up to make a complaint about it I hate having to complain about items but with so much money spent I think it should be known that not all may work how you think they will.

They were able to reschedule my initial booking due to rain, great experience with the office staff as well as the folks who did the setup and pickup. The kids loved the bouncy house as well as the little kids table I rented. Highly recommend!

Easy to call in and set up a delivery. The guys came on the earlier end of their allotted drop off schedule so there was plenty of time for setup and inflation. They came by, set the stuff up, wiped everything down and that was it. The next day they came and picked everything up with no issue.The kids had a great time. Couldnt have asked for better service.

This was our first time using Busy Bee. Great company for bouncy rentals and we will definitely use them again. They even dropped the rental off a whole day early at no additional charge since they were so busy with deliveries (too bad it was 60 degrees and cloudy!). A little too punctual with pickup as well = sad boys to see it go away the next morning.The equipment was okay except the black netting above both slides was quite frayed and really posed a risk of serious injury if the kids got too much bounce going (both of my sons did catch their necks once and that was all it took to instill some fear in them!). I emailed the company a picture and they called me right away and told me they would flag it for repair and they said they are sending me a $100 gift certificate.
