I hired Lloyd in December for 2 egress windows for a property I closed on February 3rd.I confirm pricing and availability and I scheduled my Carpenters around his time frame to finish. He confirmed the project a week before he was supposed to start. The day he was to start he made excuses about where to put the left over dirt and left the job stating he had to go out of town. Now I have to hire another contractor which will take over four weeks putting my schedule behind. Very unprofessional and dishonest! Hire someone else!
