A tree fell on my front yard arbor so it needed to be replaced. Tony reused what existing material as could be salvaged and replicated my late husbands design perfectly. The work was done promptly and site cleanup was perfect. The best part of this job was the complete and timely communication between Tony and myself. I knew exactly what to expect and when it would be done. My questions were responded to very promptly. I have had Yares construction do other small jobs in the past, and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Excellent at his craft!I had put off having this work done because of covid and I thought it would be a much bigger job. I imagined my kitchen and laundry room being ripped apart for weeks.The job took 1 week due to Tony and his crews expertise.  Ive hired them for a future project in my bathroom.

We recently worked with Yares after a water damage claim at my mothers home. They were recommended to us by her insurance company after we were not getting communication from the company we initially were using. Tony and Whitney were amazing to work with! Their communication was outstanding throughout the process. The quality of work was also amazing. We are so grateful that we found this company to help get my mother back in her home. Hopefully we wont need them again, but if we do, there is no other company we would consider!!!

Yates Renovations crew roofed my garage promptly and efficiently. I had a cupola on top and Yares was the only bid that said they would handle that no problem. Not only did they remove it, but they repaired it before they reinstalled it on the garage. Thanks for the good service.

We had Yares Renovation Services remove our old deck and build a new deck for us this spring. Tony and his crew Keith, Kelly and Tom (in alphabetical order) were always very professional. They arrived on time, asked questions about what we wanted (and listened to our answers) and always cleaned up before they left each day.The work was done in good time with a lot of care to detail and our deck is beautiful!We are using it every single day.

Used them for rebuild after I had ice dam damage inside my house. Though they were busy, and the initial time was delayed, once they started they moved quickly and with quality work as well. Very pleased with the work that was done. Kelly, my construction person was efficient and respectful to me and my home as well.His attention to detail stood out and I was very pleased. I was always kept informed from Spencer to Miles as well.

This past year we had a lot of water damage due to ice dams. From the start, we notified Yares and began working with Spencer and Tony along side our adjusters. Spencer and Tony were amazing! They were accessible, flexible, and highly familiar with the insurance process. Further, it was clear that they have immense experience in renovation, they gave terrific advice. As the work began we worked with Myles, Guy, and mostly Kelly. Myles assisted in the logistics and Guy assisted with the renovation work. Kelly was simply awesome! His renovation work was nothing short of spectacular. Further, he worked around our schedule, was friendly, gave us pointers, and was always willing to do extra. Simply put, very thankful for the Yares Team, their work, professionalism, and accessibility. We have worked with them in past and plan to continue working with them in the future.

Tony and his crew put on a new deck for us. It looks beautiful, and Tony took the time to discuss all the material options to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. The crew was punctual, friendly, and always cleaned up at the end of the day. We couldnt be happier with the final product and would recommend Yares to anyone looking to make any type of home improvement.

Tony and Myles from Yares Renovation Services came through in a horror like situation - the awful water bubble bulging in the wall. They provided expert advice through each step of the fix, was prompt and kind in their responses, and really was looking for the best possible outcome for me. They patched the roof twice upon insurances requirements, and finally was able to come and replace the roof, which had apparently been patched up to less than code in the past from a previous owner. We now no longer have a leak and will have a much better house. No more worries about the roof over our head thanks to Yares!

We worked with Yares Renovation Services to have our roof replaced after a storm. Our insurance adjuster recommended them and the communication between them and the insurance company was seamless. Yares was able to accommodate our busy schedule and get the work done quickly! Tony kept us in the loop the whole time and was wonderful to work with.

Our parents water pipe broke during the cold snap this past winter on Superbowl Sunday. Yares was quick to respond and addressed the situation promptly and professionally when there was a very high demand in the area due to many homes being impacted by the subzero temperatures. Spencer, Tony and the entire team were excellent in working with our insurance company, pool table movers, etc. to get the job done. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

We dealt with Tony Yares. He was referred to us by our insurance agent. What a polite young man and very personable, professional and easy to talk to. He stayed in contact with us the entire time and would even call after jobs were completed. Basically, we had a drainage pipe that leaked and flooded our main floor from upstairs. We had drywall work, painting and hardwood floors replaced. Our floors look great, as does all of the drywall and painting. Yares Renovation Services and their personnel worked in a professional and expeditious manner and handled the entire project from start to finish. The end result was superior and I highly recommend them for any work required in a residence or workplace. They were A++++ to work with.
