I bought the Aquacide Pellets bag for $100 and put this into the pond in our little cove in February to prevent the lilies from growing back this year and seemed to work until about June and it looks like they are stronger than ever! Great service with a friendly, knowledgeable staff. Our pond had an algae problem, and just by looking at pictures were able to quickly identify the problem and what we needed to fix it. Our pond is clear and beautiful now.

Recently called for a quote and a diagnostic for a weed I have growing in my pond, was informed that I would have someone call me back with more information, Its been two days and still no response. Very unprofessional, I have called multiple times in the hopes of having their help with my issue and still no clear help. I will be taking my business elsewhere and its a shame because Ive heard normally good things about this company. highly Disappointed in the quality of service they offer their potential customers.

Ive been using their products for my pond over the 5 years. I stopped using a pond service because of cost at that time and switched to Aquacide company. Mainly been using Cutrine plus to control algae, Aquashade blue for dye, Aquacide pellets for spot treatment, and Aquaclear pellets to control muck and dead leaves etc. People are knowledgeable and quick to respond.

Unfortunately I drove 1 hour to find out that they were closed. I was there at 4:15 and they started that they were open until 4:30 on google maps. I will most likely look for a different company to purchase products from in the future.
