Guys have reliable equipment and when the trencher rental didnt work out which they warned me it probably wouldnt before I rented it they didnt charge for the minimal time I used it. These are really good people and have great customer service.

My husband went to get a pipe snake and they took extra time to make sure he got the right one needed for the job. He even walked through how to use each head that came with it. We had been having issues with our drain for weeks and they helped us save so much money by getting us the right tool to do it ourselves. Great service! They had everything I needed for my home project. When I arrived with the wrong ball on my trailer hitch, they sorted me out so I could keep the project on time. Plus: this place has a cool popcorn dispensing machine. I ate some while I waited for them to hook the trailer to my van and took the rest of the cup to go. Highly recommend.

Writing this as a culmination of visits. Dan and the staff are young, eager and talented. Concise in taking orders and following thru from pickup to return. They are very attentive to detail, ensuring a positive experience for all their customers. Ive rented the gas powered fence post pounder a few times and their 110v M.I.G. welder with flux-core wire a few times as well. Everything worked properly (as expected) and the payment check-in process was expedient. I will continue to visit them as the need arises.

This is a long overdue review. I have been renting tools from White Bear Rental since 2005 when we purchased our first house. I’ve rented all sorts of equipment- metal detector, pressure washer, auger, cement mixer, Dingo loader, truck- I have always been able find what I need. The staff is knowledgeable and the customer service is second to none. A good local business.

I cannot say enough positive things about White Bear Rental. We planned an outdoor wedding the end of October, thinking the weather was going to be fall like but the high for that day was forecasted 28. After helping us put everything together during planning we got a call on Wednesday the week of the wedding saying the weather was going to be too cold for the tent etc. Dan went out of his way with suggestions to call trying to find a last minute indoor venue. Dan also called the next morning to check on the progress. So much caring and concern. I cannot recommend them more. We will definitely be back for our next event and so should you. Thank you!!

We rented 2 canopies for an outdoor wedding in our yard; very important because an indoor venue isnt wise right now. They were very easy to put up, quality was excellent. Customer service was above and beyond! We were called midday of the event with advice on a storm that was possible, and what to do in that event. So very helpful, and thankfully the weather missed us, but we were prepared. Highly recommend White Bear Rental.

We rented a tent, tables, and chairs for an outdoor wedding over labor day weekend and everything was wonderful. They called when they were on their way and delivered and picked up everything exactly when they said they would. Everything was very clean and in good condition. The staff that we worked with from the estimate and reservations to the delivery and pickup were very nice and knowledgeable. I would absolutely rent our party supplies from them in the future.

Always courteous and polite. The owner bought my whole family a can of pop from the vending machine last time I was there! From propane to bobcat rental, I have had great service and fair pricing. The hourly rates are timed out for your convenience. Not the bottom line for the company.

Came in with propane to refill! I was in and out within 5 minutes! The young man filled and even carried my tanks to the vehicle while I paid inside. Efficient and friendly service (with me as only customer at the time). Well see if this level of service holds up when there are more than 1 customer, but so far 5 stars!

I went camping for the weekend and rented a volleyball net and tug of war rope. Honestly this equipment made our whole camping trip an amazing experience. Everyone had so much fun! The check out and check in process was very smooth and the rates are extremely affordable compared to other rental companies. Highly recommend and will definitely be using them again in the future! Every time I’ve rented here it’s been smooth as can be. Most recently it was tables and chairs. I realize not much can go wrong with that. But nothing ever has gone wrong for me over many years. The other reviews seem to agree.

Went in for a trailer dolly and was expecting it to have it all day. Ended up returning it less than 4 hours later and they didnt charge me for the all day price like I had asked for! Incredible service. Fair pricing and ethical. I already booked some other rentals for next weekend.

The owner was great and did whatever he could to supply us with everything we needed for tiling. We rented equipment for 24 hours, when we went to bring it back we were late and he did not charge us extra for the extra time we had the equipment. He was understanding and really cared about our satisfaction. They helped us load and unload the equipment, and were very kind. We plan to use them in the near future for other remodeling equipment we will need! I highly recommend others to use white bear rental for cheap and quality equipment!

I rented two dump trailers from White Bear Rental. The owner and workers were all extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. Renting and equipment return were processed quickly and instruction for use of the equipment was thorough.

They fill Propane tanks! We fill our tanks here for less than the exchange anywhere else. We rent our bounce house from here as well, very happy with that! Easy access off of 61. And Nice People!

Pros: Pricing was goodCons: Not informing customers of rental details for pickup and drop off such as no return of trailer before they reopen next day. Attitude of gentleman at front desk not very pleasant very short remarks to questions I had. The staff who hooked up trailer to my vehicle not informed with how chains,wiring and the safety cable for the brakes should be hooked up/ran.

These guys are great! I rented a moving truck this morning and locked the keys inside. Called the shop and they sent someone out immediately to open it for me. Customer service at its finest.

Rented a hydraulic trailer from here, worked great, had an issue with the jack breaking on me, manager trusted me with telling him that the jack breaking wasn’t my fault, manger didn’t charge for me the jack breaking! good business with good owners who care about the customers! if you need to rent something this is the place to go.

We had a small booking issue with Penske and their employees spent 20 minutes on the phone with multiple people helping us get it figured out. We have had contact with several of the employees and everyone has been nice and super helpful. The staff genuinely care about your personal situation and will help any way they can. I rented a a dump trailer for 24 hours. One of the tire treads ripped off while I was on the highway. It was after hours on a Sunday night. We emailed them and within 20 minutes the owner came out and put a new tire on. The next day when I returned the trailer they comped us six free hours and a significantly reduced rate to repair the damaged tire. They went above and beyond to make things right. These guys are the best. Dont hesitate to rent from White Bear Rental. They are the best.

Great service and great equipment! I used a dingo from this facility and was able to accomplish several days of work in about 5 hours. I highly recommend renting a dingo if you are digging holes for fence posts. Made a job that would have been very hard and strenuous on my body a breeze! Thank you White Bear Rental!

This is a great place to rent tools in White Bear lake. Service is always prompt and courteous. I installed a paver walkway, and I rented a small compactor that was perfectly suited for the job. As a side note, White Bear Rental is also a great place to have propane tanks refilled.

Went in at 8am to get my rental truck, they were short three employees however I left at 815am. Best rates I can find and very easy to work with! 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing rental services!

I went to rent bolt cutters to cut up some tomato cages I had brought with me. There was only 2 cages, so it was going to be a quick 1-minute job, and figured the $4 to rent a cutter was cheaper than buying one. White Bear Rental is a wonderful place to get the things you need to get your home projects done. This place is a God sent! I can not tell you enough how great my experiences have been with them. They have a very friendly staff who are helpful and knowledgeable in all they do. We rented a Log Splitter this weekend, and everything was just what we needed to get our wood split. A month ago we rented a leaf blower and a ground blower. Both of these work just wonderful. If you live in and around the White Bear Lake area, this is the place for your rental needs!

I sum up the staff as helpful, friendly, and positive. At some point I decided I don’t want to own every piece of equipment that I use infrequently. I was sick of storing and maintaining stuff. Then I found White Bear Rental and have been going back ever since.

We have been renting from here for years. (everything from moving truck, chain saws, trailers, dingos to shafing dishes, carpet cleaners, pressure washers) The equipment is well maintained & reasonably priced. The website has prices listed which is nice for planning and if you call, the staff can usually just tell you your options. The only negative was trying to rent tables & chairs on short notice during the summer-they were all booked from graduations & weddings so would suggest reserving far in advance. They fill propane on the spot too & cheaper than propane exchange.

We had a broken concrete step that was a real hazard. My son brought over a circular saw specifically designed for cutting concrete on the recommendation of White Bear Lake rental and it was amazing! Cut through the concrete like butter. Thanks so much!

Updated 7/10/2021-Worked with owner Dan to fill 2 20 lb tanks and one 5 lb tank. Anyone that has owned a 5 lb tank knows what it can be like to get it filled. Most places dont know they exist. Many dont fill it correctly and get it full.Ive had the 5 lb filled over a dozen times. I use a fish scale to verify its full. These guys did a great job. On a small tank a pound one way or the other can be a difference between a good camping outing and a poor one.Thanks Dan!--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------2020 First visit -New customer, stopped by to fill 2 20# tanks. Ended up parking a fair distance from the propane. As I took the tanks out of my car one of the workers in the yard stopped what he was doing, and said, Ill take care of those.Please go in and tell them you have 2 tanks to pay for. He carried these to the propane station, filled them full, (yes I checked with a scale) and hand carried them back to my car. Much appreciated, Im not an old guy, but not a 20 something either.They must sell a lot of propane, no waiting and customer service was appreciated. In and out very quickly. If your fishing, camping or a serious griller, check these guys out.

Picked up my Penske rental truck for a move up to Duluth this morning, and just have to let the internet know about what a great group of guys they have working here, service was fantastic!We arrived at 8:00am to find our rental brushed off, fueled up, and running with the heat on!They had coffee and donuts out for customers, and the young men working were extremely helpful, grabbing us some packing tape and the boxes we wanted. It’s not very often these days you get that kind of customer service. For what it’s worth, I highly recommend this place!P.S. I rented a core bit and hammer drill from White Bear Rental the other day. After I had completed the task I removed the bit to clean it, I realized the pilot bit was missing. I brought it back to the store thinking the worst and explained how I used the drill and how I looked for the bit in the storm sewer I cored, unable to locate the pilot bit. The staff was very professional, the treated me with respect and were more than understanding. I will always use White Bear Rental for my rental needs in the future.

The great staff at WB Rental saved my walk out basement from flooding with a rental gas pump. 100,000 gallons of water rose in my backyard following the deep March 2019 snow accumulation and rain but a lot of help from two friends and the pump got me through the stress. I went there to pick up a penske truck for moving that I had set up with the penske office. Penske didnt have a truck there for me to pick up in the size i needed. I had sold my house and had movers waiting at my house to load the truck as I was moving to another state and the manager at white bear rental went above and beyond to make sure he got me the truck I needed from penske and went to pick it up in roseville for me. I would very much suggest you go there if you need to rent anything!!!!!
