I am very impressed with the attentive and professional service given by White Pine staff. As a family member, my concerns are taken seriously by White Pine staff and acted upon in a timely manner. Administrator Liz and nurse Jestina answer my phone calls and email questions promptly and courteously. In fact, emails are usually returned during the same day. Both of these individuals provided helpful information and support to me in facilitating a smooth transition for my moms move into the facility in January. Staff are generally upbeat and positive in serving the residents. White Pine is a welcoming environment that provides large public spaces for dining and activities. Overall, my mom seems to be happy with her new residence and the service she receives at White Pine.

We moved my 89 year old mother from independent living in the Chicago area into Memory Care at White Pine of White Bear Lake... in the middle of the pandemic. Talk about a tough move! She has been there for two months now, and the staff has been wonderful at facilitating the adjustment and helping our family navigate this new chapter in our lives. Mom is feeling more comfortable there all the time. We are so grateful to White Pine for helping her feel at home.

The staff at White Pine in White Bear Lake is wonderful. They are responsive, empathetic, and loving. They look for ways to keep families close to our loved ones during the pandemic and ways to entertain the residents. Just today there was a wonderful Halloween parade by the staff all dressed up which brought a lot of smiles to the residents. They made sure everyone was included, as best they could, in the festivities while keeping all safe. Thank you White Pine!!

I am a happy resident of White Pine. After searching for a place to live that was homey and have kind people, i discovered White Pine. Ive been here for a month and a half in the time of COVID, and found no fear of the virus. The people enjoy themselves even with limited activities. The food is good and the environment is peaceful and i genuinely feel at home here!

We moved my grandmother here a few weeks ago. The facility is wonderful. Its small, which my grandmother preferred over a larger place and her studio is really nice. The staff has been absolutely wonderful and is taking excellent care of her.

Happy with choosing the White Pine for my father. I am impressed with their safety precautions regarding COVID. My dad likes the Staff and says how kind everyone is. It was so hard to put my father in a facility, the staff are very helpful during this difficult time.

We are very happy with White Pine Memory Care especially during this time of Covid. They made theMove in for our mother seamless and have been extremely accommodating for anything we need. We are able to do outside visits. Angela is excellent at responding to my emails promptly!

Needed to find care at short notice. Staff was excellent from helping view available space through the move in - everyone was very helpful and positive while working around the Covid regulations.. Family member is very happy in her new home!

White Pines staff has been a blessing to my family due to the way they care for our Mom. She feels loved and well cared for. With all the challenges of COVID, they have still made it a priority for families to visit, with restrictions, of course. We are very fortunate that we found White Pine. To see Mom smile and laugh again is very heartwarming, and I know it is mostly due to the staff at White Pine. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

The managing staff personnel are polite, upbeat and attentive to the concerns of both the residents and their visiting family members. The facility is well cared for and kept up like a well run household...making it homey for guests and visitors. A cheery attitude by most staff members attending the residents whether they are nursing, personal care or in food service...... several residents have personally told me how much they feel like they are at home in this environment.

We got my wife Paula moved into this new location for us and we couldnt be any more please with the results. Each of the staff made us feel welcome upon arrival and the kindness continues to flow. Angela and Liz got us introduced to many of the staff right away and in 3 short days we had pictures on Paulas walls and a cozy place for her to stay. Thanks to you all for making this a smoother transition than we could have imagined.

Best decision EVER! We moved our mom into the care facility after she lived with us for the past 7 years. She was not able to tour the facility with us, but put her trust in us to pick the best place for her!! We didnt know if she would love it or hate it so when we wheeled her into her new home, she instantly started to cry . A sense of relief came over her (and us). It is a beautiful, welcoming and inviting space. Provides clean rooms, great staff and..... she loves the food!! When we visit, her smile says it all!

We are so happy to have moved our mom to White Pine assisted living. Mom loves the food and the people are so good to her. She loves that she can go around wherever she wants to. Meaning she can go sit on the porch, or the patio outside or any of the living areas. Everyone is friendly, and so is my mom (so far). Mom had a bit of a temper at times but they are good to work through it with her so far. We are fixing up her room to be comfortable for her. Even she thinks it is so cute. Thank you White Pine.

My father recently transitioned to White Pines memory care floor, and before he had been there two weeks, he had a medical emergency that needed a surgical procedure. The staff were so quick to respond to his needs and updated me immediately of the situation. I cannot thank them enough for their close attention to him!Thank you!!

White Pine is amazing! Transitioning a loved one into assisted living is never easy but with the great staff at White Bear Lake they made this transition so smooth. It’s clean, spacious and secure. My mom loves it there and really enjoys all the activities. I know my mom is in good hands. Thank you.

White Pine takes the time to ensure residents feel safe, comfortable and cared for every day. The staff appears cheerful, energetic, knowledgeable, and kind. Given the size of the White Bear Lake location, the environment kind of feels like one big family! Keep up the good work!

Administration (Angie) and all other staff made my husband’s transition pleasant and very welcoming. He has a peaceful room with a beautiful view that he greatly appreciates.

The facility is clean and inviting. The employees are helpful and respectful. The activities director has many projects to help the patients pass their time.

White Pines is a smaller facility with a warm cozy feeling. The staff are very attentive to residents needs and requests, treat residents with respect. The staff are kind and receptive to family members. Housekeeping is good. Very happy with Bluestone Physician Services. Management has been very helpful and supportive. There are scheduled activities on a daily basis with a nice variety to appeal to everyone. They also take residents out for lunch periodically. The RN’s are very caring and competent and supportive.

We are extremely confident in Choosing White Pines Senior Living as my Mother’s home,as the Staff is very helpful & thoughtful! Very Clean & nice floor plan.

My experience with White Pine and the care for my husband has been a relief to me. They truly care about their residents, the friendly staff is conscious of of the needs, wants and desires without being prompted- It makes it easier for family members not to have to worry that their loved one is being cared for. I truthfully am amazed at the care they have and are giving.

My mom lives here its a very nice place however it does seem a little understaffed so that theyre not able to be everywhere at once which leaves me a little nervous sometimes so if my mom was choking I definitely dont think anybody would get there in time.I would have given it one star but theres a few people that work there that are absolutely wonderful so that I gave it three.

Within the first few moments of touring White Pine Assisted Living with Housing Director Angela Regino, I saw that it was a well-run home for senior citizens. My father, carl, 94 now resides here at White Pine. I 100% trust that is he receiving excellent care.

If I could give no stars I would. Staff is rude. They told my grandmother who was so sick she couldn’t walk to the dinning hall that if she didn’t go eat they would charge her to bring the food literally 10 steps down the hall or she doesn’t eat at all... at a place where she already pays for the food and a place that they are supposed to be helping the elderly who clearly already aren’t in good shape as to why they are in ASSISTED living. I would never send any of your family here. Worst place.
