NON REUNDABLE DEPOSIT.. Worst place to get signs. I had them start to design my decals for my truck and I had to put a 50% deposit down. They sent me some proofs which were ok but not great even though I provided most of the initial designs. I decided I might want to change my logo and said I needed to pause this for now because a logo redesign can take months to get it just right. So I asked for a refund minus the difference any design time. No response from them. They had the audacity to send me an advertisement today and I said why would I use you you never refunded my money. Got an email back saying to email this person. I did and that is when I found out they have NON REFUNDABLE 50% down payment. I am astonished that they get away with this. So buyer beware.

Very Friendly. I wasnt able to put my flags up for a few months after I received them because the ground started to freeze, but when I did, I noticed that one of the flags was sown inside out. I brought it back and they were very courteous about it and had a new one made within a week at no charge. Thanks for your help. Will be using you again.

The FASTSIGNS Maplewood team was a pleasure to work with and they went out of our way to have continued conversations with our building manager and industrial options to properly secure the banner we had made. The banner was made to be displayed outside of our building during with Winter Carnival. It was a huge success and we have seen some increased traffic to our website.The feedback and edit process was simple and effective. The work was reviewed quick therefore keeping the process moving in a timely fashion. The process from start to finished banner was much quicker than I expected.

We got exactly what we needed in a very short turnaround time for our event. The price was much better than elsewhere. And the customer service was excellent. We are very pleased.

I emailed the Maplewood, MN location with my order 2 hours before they opened because I had a Rush order. I planned to call once they opened to discuss my order. My order was a couple of poster boards and needed them done same day. I received an email back about 45 minutes before they opened with a proof attached for me to approve so they could get started on it. I approved and they contacted me a few hours later that it was done. I was able to present them to my company before deadline. HUGE thanks to all the staff involved.

This is the 2nd time I have used this FastSigns location. Our business had a short notice short notice request which required printing of several new signs within 2 days. Fastsigns was able to deliver with helping pick out the right backing material to getting the job done within our deadline. Wren & Nick were very professional, understood our needs and delivered.

Your online quote request system lacks very much. No response when you are on a deadline is not a good thing. Once I made contact with a real person I got the service fast. The Maplewood office staff was awesome.
