I rely on this business to keep my clothes clean. The facilities are always well kept and the machines are in working order. I appreciate my neighborhood laundromat!

Good washers. Okay deal with rewards card. Compassionate and dedicated customer service.There was a fire in a few of the dryers a few months ago and now theres a limited amount of dryers that dont give your clothes a smokey smell. And the curbed dryers still havent been replaced.Ive had a good history here pre-fire, though. Especially with their new management.

The cleanest, most well-kept laundromat I’ve ever used. When I was there this morning, the owners came in and swept & vacuumed, they were super friendly, and they obviously care about their business and their customers. So glad this is in my backyard, best place to wash bulky items like comforters, blankets & rugs. Highly recommend!

Lots of washers and dryers for small and large loads, clean bathroom. I lost a few dollars in change machine and they reimbursed me right away. Owner is nice, professional.

This is the best laundromat in white bear lake and The owner David is always so helpful. Covid has been really hard but one thing I can depend on is great customer service, clean laundry facility with plenty of machines to use. David u and ur wife rock God bless u guys

Went to the laundromat after we had laundry piled up :(. We we greeted by a young man who opened the door and helped us with which machines to use and introduced us to their loyalty card (no more quarters). Super clean, friendly, and helpful.

Place is always clean, I have never seen an attendant in there. Machines are what I believe over priced for the sizes but I guess it is fine for the neighborhood.

Very clean inside. Equipment looked well maintained and was easy to use. There was an employee onsite that greeted me when I walked in.

Ok to do your laundry enough washers and dryers for your load. But I will recommend to stay away from the vending machines! I got robbed 4 dollars trying to get some bounce sheets for my dryers.

Just moved to the area. My washer is broke, so I came to try this place out. Exceptional customer service from the gal who was working. Didnt catch her name, but she answered all my questions and assisted me when needed. Clean environment and fair prices. I was able to get the large amount of laundry I had done comfortably and in a short amount of time. Highly recommend if you need to utilize a laundromat!

I went to this local laundromat to wash our king-sized quilt (up to this point my husband had done this). I hadnt been to a laundromat for many years so I wasnt sure what to expect. This laundromat was updated, clean, and had plenty of TVs and other amenities.

Do NOT use this place for wash fold service. I was in town for 2 weeks for business . I contacted this laundry mat ahead of time to get rates and inquire about their wash fold service. I came in on presidents day and there was no attendant to take my laundry. I called and called and no one answered. I figured they must be off for the holiday. I had enough clothes for another day so I returned the next day with my bag. Again no one working. I called and called and no answer. I eventually got an answer from Facebook messenger. There is only an attendant from 9am-2pm.This would have been really nice to know when i called and inquired about that service. I had a meeting last night and ended up having to wait to do my laundry at the hotel. I didnt get finished until 1am.

New owner David is the best and so helpful. Absolutely love Alicia she is very kind and hard working. they have huge machines and place is always clean. so glad they have the new owners. I would recommend to any and everyone

On April 1st 2019, I went in to this laundromat for the first time around 8pm at night there was no attendant on hand as they are only scheduled from 9-2pm, one of the 4 loaders machine took my $6 without working but the next day I was able to get my refund back. The attendant was so friendly and accommodating and refunded my money back. I would come back and support this laundromat and I hope they fix the buttons on the 4 loader machine otherwise everything else went great. Thank you.

This Laundromat is so clean and well taken care of. Even when it’s busy there are machines available. SUPER friendly and helpful staff. Makes the not so fun task of doing laundry a little more pleasant.

Fast and friendly! The owner helped me bring my 8 baskets of laundry inside and assisted me in setting up a pay card, so I didnt have to worry about quarters. My units at home broke and I needed an affordable option! So happy I stopped by, highly recommend!

I used Hometown Laundry for their wash and fold service and it CHANGED MY LIFE! In all seriousness I HATE the hassle of laundry and it is my least favorite chore! For a very reasonable price Hometown Laundry will wash your clothes to your specifications, dry it per the label on the item and then fold it and put it in a convenient plastic carrier! Boom done!I will definitely be using this service moving forward and recommend everyone who hates laundry to try it as well!

We used this place for the first time today to wash some king sized bedding and pillows. Lady working was extremely helpful and pleasant. Its clean and all the machines seemed to be in working order. Will return next time we need a big washer again.

Great little laundry matt . they have Big machines and use CC swipers on the machines . thats very handy when you forget quarters . the place is pretty clean and the machines have always worked for me . its my 1st choice even thou I live a ways away now .

Ive been frequenting Hometown since the end of last year. The upgrades have been wonderful and the place is always very clean. The staff members are always welcoming and helpful! Support this local establishment...you wont be disappointed...oh and free Wi-Fi too!

I went to all the Laundromats all around towns im happy new owners took over this one it needed a update they are there to help you and if u need any thing come on in when they are in their nice people to talk to if u have any questions he or she is right there to help u new equipment and more places to sit and watch TV and they have WiFi and they have color books for small children to keep busy. Very nice place to do u laundry and dry cleaning and its clean place to walk in to.

I been going for awhile now an the washers stole my money a few times but today there was a few ladys looked in there 50s an a guy there i could tell the two ladys where acting like they dont know each other but the lady came up an was talking to my kids trying to ignore me.. but to all the parents that bring there kids there look out .stranger danger

They provide laundry by the pound (wash, dry, and fold) services. But they have no scale and seem to operate on a how much do we think the customer will pay basis. Beware.
