Terrell at the White Bear Verizon store was awesome! He was so helpful to me and my husband in getting our new iPhones and transferring info from our old phones. I had a particularly complicated issue with my trade in and he spent a very long time on hold with Verizon but got it taken care of. Great customer service!!

Didnt realize I needed an appt but Roy was able to fit me in and was very knowledgeable about all my options and took the time to explain everything to me in great detail!

I have had a terrible experience at this store. When I bought my iPhone 11 Pro last year, the salesperson convinced me to buy a screen protector from the store. I had previously used Zagg products and was so happy with Zaggs service - any time my screen protector cracked, I mailed it in, paying a $5 shipping fee, and they sent me a replacement for no additional cost.The salesperson convinced me that I would have the same service from Victra and would save the $5 on shipping. He said that anytime the screen cracked, I could come into a Verizon store and have the screen replaced at no cost to me.It turns out what he told me is not true. My screen cracked and the store is now telling me that it will cost $54.99 each time the screen needs to be replaced. I asked them to credit me the money back for their inaccurate sales information and I would happily go back to a Zagg product, but that request was denied. They acknowledged that the information I received from the salesperson was wrong, but are leaving me to pay the price for their employees mistake. The lack of integrity in their sales tactics and refusal to honor the promises that were given has left me feeling so taken advantage of. I wanted to share my story so that others will be aware that their words can not be taken at face value and their service recovery is poor. I would NOT recommend buying any products or services from this store.

Roy gave exceptional service getting the phone I wanted and setting it up for me. He patiently explained the operation of the systems and worked very hard to overcome a problem with the software. Zach also was very helpful during a busy time.I would highly recommend this Verizon store.

Friendly, helpful and efficient! I just purchased a new iPhone and brought it into the store for them to set up. I got great service from Jake. He knew exactly what to do, made the process painless and simple for me, and. Even gave me a brief tutorial on major changes in my new phone. I appreciated his attitude and willingness to help. As well as getting everything taken care of for me with no hassle or high pressure sales!

I highly recommend the White Bear Lake Verizon Authorized Retailer! I worked with Zachary. He was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions and made my transition from IPhone to Android a breeze. At other Verizon stores I feel like just another number. This time, I was treated as a valued customer! Definitely will return and ask for Zachary!
