They are very helpful and do a great job of helping with pool problems, highly recommend them, they do a great job.

I wanted to take the time to share our experience with Royal Pool & Spa, we had an initial consultation and training for 150$ where we asked for estimates on a concrete slab replacement. They estimated for the slab repair and for a replacement diving board and we responded after 2 days to proceed asking to put money down. After weeks of emailing, calling and asking for updates, offering to put money down in advance, we were either ghosted or if we did get thru there was no update. The assistant was very unprofessional. We were practically begging to do business with them with cash in hand. We posted a review, which was taken down because not only do they not respond, they dont want you to know how poor their service is.. Both my husband and I tried calling. We can even find the diving board we were trying to order online by ourselves that the assistant kept telling us was on back order. If you dont want a customers business just say so we are happy to spend our money elsewhere. Stay away!

Kim is the best pool lady around. Always gives good advice and wont have you buy anything you dont need. My pool and I appreciate her and the staff at Royal and the great customer service they provide.

I’m so happy we stumbled upon Royal Pool and Spa. When we bought our home a few years ago, we kept the “pool guy” who came with it and we trusted him. Turns out, he was no good. So we went in search of a new place. We just had Royal replace our liner (literally today and yesterday) and they did a fantastic job. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. And great with our pup too!! And every time I come into the store with a water sample, it’s always nice. No pressure to buy chemicals or materials, and lots of great advice. We’ve recommended Royal.

The staff at Royal has been amazing to work with. I bought my house 2 years ago, with the pool already there. Kim and Dan walked me through everything I needed to do. They are always helpful and answer all my questions. Dan has maintained my pool ever since and I will continue to have Royal Pool & Spa do all my pool maintenance and chemicals. I will highly recommend them to anyone!!

There are plenty of reasons to choose this company -- the spring discounts and the over 30 years of combined pool experience is scratching the surface. However, its greatest strength is that its not the biggest company in the area: it doesnt have the disconnected staff and high turnover rates that the other pool companies have. Royal Pools is family owned and run, and because of that, they try harder than anyone else.Having worked here six years in high school and through college as a summer job, I know this first hand. Sometimes (almost always) trying harder means long days, but thats because where other companies would stop, take a break, and return maybe the next day, Dan and the staff ensure that the work will be finished and done as well as possible.Ask any one of their hundreds of loyal customers that come back again and again. Almost all of them have come to Royal after being frustrated with the pool companies they were using. Nearly all of them have stayed. If you try Royal, youll see its for a good reason.

I wouldnt recommend any other place then Royal pool & Spa. The sales associate Ryan was very patient with answers too all my questions I had. This is my first hot tub and Im pleased with Royal pool and Ryan for making it feel easy for myself and family to maintain it year after year.

My experience with this company was absolutely terrible. I had them do several jobs for me, including installing equipment. Dan, the owner, was untruthful about some things and when there were problems, they would not come back to fix them. As soon as there were problems, their customer service was abhorrent. They hung up on me several times, did not call me back and Dan himself had a screaming tantrum on the phone at me for which he texted me later to apologize. I do not think I asked for anything out of the ordinary, basically just for them to come back to fix a couple things that had gone wrong. You could not pay me enough to use this company again.

I have used a number of pool stores and services over the years and none compare to the folks at Royal Pool and Spa. Integrity and knowledge is why I use them for all my pool supplies and services.
