The staff at this location are so patient and kind. All of them. Theyβre so helpful and just want you to be happy with your experience there. I feel like even if/when we move in the future, I will always come back to this UPS location. π Thanks again for all the help! π―

Great service!!!-I highly recommend this store.I brought in a complex printing job today that I was having difficulty with.I was surprised and delighted to get the extra help I needed with an app that would not work on my phone.The store owner, Sandeep, got on her computer; pulled up the app and transferred the printing project into their system.Her willingness to do this saved me 2 to 3 hours on my project.She then took great care to help me get my project printed beautifully.My project turned out better than I had expected.I was graciously given extra time, skill and patience by both the owner and another woman on the staff.In the midst of Covid and the distress going on in our society I found this experience to be very uplifting. Itβs so nice to be cared for and treated with kindness!A+ on customer service!!!Much thanksπΊπ
I have to admit that I was a bit pushy this morning when Verlinda KINDLY asked me to return later for a complicated print job. I told I would just wait. She tried to let me know it could be a long wait but I persisted and told her she can help me in between shipping customers. I was so impressed that her demeaned never changed and she multitasked the heck out of my request and I am the happiest customer. THANK YOU VERLINDA!!!

Dont shop here! Go elsewhere. Amid other reviews of staff not wearing masks, this store is a horrible example of extremely poor COVID-19 precautions. A customer without a mask was freely touching the greeting cards while waiting in line and was talking loudly and clearing his throat at the counter. Instead of the attendant demanding he leave the store, the attendant was actually engaging in conversation with him and handled his business, making him expel more needless air in the closed environment. Additionally, there was only one employee present on Saturday morning, a busy time for people who work during the week to take care of business. As an immunocompromised individual, I am thoroughly disgusted and appalled with my experience at this store, which is in desperate need of re-training on COVID-19 enforcement before it further actively contributes to the spread of the virus. Despicable. I will never come here again. The company response is inaccurate; he did not say anything about a medical condition. Horrible response team.
Staff is friendly and there usually isnt much of a line. If there is a line the wait times are pretty quick.
I have used the WBL store often and never disappointed. I have had photos and thesis pages copied.I appreciate that they do the copy and donβt send me to a copy machine. Usually fast service and helpful.Thanks
Employees do not wear masks and play dumb when asked why not. No Plexiglas separation so employee you engage with is 3 feet away from you. Employees droplets are all around you in the air and on all surfaces. This store is a threat to your health and your life. Quarantine this joint!!
CRAZY HIGH PRICES on Packaging Supplies!Great staff from my experiences, usually friendly and helpful.Suggest a side trip to a dollar store, or to USPS up the street before hand, for any necessary packaging items!
This store is absolutely horrible. I have used a lot of UPS stores in the past and have never had such bad customer service at any other store. The employees there are not friendly and try to nickel and dime you for everything. Do yourself a favor and drive to the next closest ups store or usps across the street to be treated like a human. What a shame.
I have been taking projects for work here over the past few years. They have always been fast, friendly and professional! I will doing business with them for many more years to come.

Just politely say, as you approach the counter, Amazon return. No receipt (or, receipt please.) Thanks! and you barely have to stop at the counter after a swift package handoff.Major WT*? about UPS store--a $1.50 + tax PER PAGE to send a local fax? No kidding. Oh, but the cover page is free.Find a local alternative or you can buy a new fax machine at a local office supply store for $20. Tether your mobile or go to a friend, relatives, wherever exists a landline and fax at will. Also, most online fax services have free trials. Just be sure to CANCEL BEFORE youre silently whacked with an auto-renewing membership charge if their services arent suitable for you long-term.
In terms of package and mail service, this place is little more than a glorified mailbox.I came in with a serious issue on the account that my package had been re-labeled to Kansas (How???). Speaking with Ann, I was expecting to be able to reroute the package back to Minnesota, some general information at a minimum. After telling me they could do jack all, Ann told me, and I quote: I can listen to your story, but I can not help you; in the most sarcastic, angry-old-hag voice youd think she could muster. Other employees had to jump in for damage control as I promptly left the store.Absolutely pathetic. Dont expect me back.
I needed to send a package by certified mail. The UPS store employee insisted the postage and label were correct. I disagreed, but he insisted. I called the next day to restate my concerns, but told that all was ok. Four days later, I stopped by the store after tracking my package online and seeing that it had not been delivered. My package was laying on the back counter because of missing postage. Eventually, another employee was able to send my package, but it still took a week. Total time to send from WBL, MN to Osseo, MN--two weeks! I will not be using this store for any important mailing needs--not reliable.
Been here to send my books back from Amazon and it was always great for my four years in College. Always friendly, nice and helpful staffs as well! Then I obviously sent a gift to France the week of Christmas and it was an arm and a leg to pay. But duh, what did I expect from a Holiday week... Im not sure if its just UPS but Ive always sent GIFTS via the Post Office and whoever received my package in France never had to pay the taxes to be delivered. Ive already paid over $200 for delivery and who would have thought that my sister whom I sent the package to has a $161 fee to pay which I have never heard of from sending a gift. Was it my mistake not to have told the guy to write down gift as it was obliviously a gift?!? Im very confused and furious that my sister has to pay a fee for sending her a gift through UPS but I for sure know I wont be coming to UPS for sending gifts out of the country.
We have use the UPS store in white bear lake multiple times. They are always friendly fast and at a reasonable price.
I think they might be trying to do too much OR they are under staffed. Recently too in a package on 9/30/2017. It was a large package and needed to be boxed ( which I paid for ). Today, 10/12/2917 the package just left the store . I was told it would ship out 2-3 days. I find the date of 10/12 to be totally unacceptable. To that point no one apologized nor did they give me a reason for the delay. Wonβt be going back. The UPS store in Maplewood is better run facility.

Normally find this UPS store excellent and with professional, friendly staff. Unfortunately, the public notary here is not very helpful and a little on the rude side. Hum.... disappointing to say the least as it is my local store and its never good to have a falling-out with a business you use a lot. :(
I have never been so rudely treated by a merchant (Ann). Her staff are poorly trained and sometimes ineffective. Her services (especially the virtural mail box) are not as described and sold.
They are helpful. . Some of the prices here tho I think.maybe affected by being in white bear lake. . The roseville UPS store has cheaper po boxes.
Needed to print on some 14pt cardstock. They have a Windows computer available so you can pick what you print on your own.
They have helped me a few times. They are quick to answer questions in order for me to determine the correct way to package and ship.
I am very disapointed with this store. I went to this place to send an important letter to Baghdad Iraq by DHL instead it was sent UPS, I was charged more and it went to a different city and is still at the worong city for the last five days I miled it on St. Patricks day March 17 and today is March 25 and nothing is happening. I spent $126 for this document to go to Baghdad
