I drive delivery truck for a customer.. Sometimes there is a wait, but normally just depends on how many people in line when you arrive. Otherwise they know what they are doing

Ive never had more problems getting unloaded and having to deal with a more rude person ever and Ive been trucking for over 20 years. Tried to set an appointment, have the evidence on my phone and their voice recorder. Showed up next morning like I said told me to park in a no parking area and the guy from shipping and receiving was extremely sarcastic and rude. We had several people calling so they brought in but its almost one over lost the only load available and they still havent started. Told me incoming trucks go first they have only unloaded one inbound truck since 8am this morning. This Id pitiful imo

Don’t come here. Waiting a lot to get loaded and people from here they are too arogant

One of those places that hold appointment time to the driver but not themselves. Arrogant and not in a hurry to do anything.

DO NOT DELIVER HERE EVER!!! They brag about not unloading trucks and not paying detention I heard the owner say we dont have to pay anyone anything I ll just find another broker and they can screw another trucking co Nice business practice !! We arrived at 5:30 AM for a 1 PM apt 6 PM now still not empty. NEVER AGAIN

Do yourself a favor do not bring a load in here 4 hours and still havent even started unloading me yet . Plus rude people

1.5 wait with no one here. But empty trailiers save your time and dont haul in there.

Unaware, The most unconcerned and unprofessional front desk associates i have ever encountered. Worried about whats on their phone, Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
