I visit this dry cleaners on a weekly basis for my boss and Linda is always friendly when I come in. She is knowledgable, prompt and holds her staff to a high standard. They do an excellent job here!

Worst Customer Service ever! Dropped off a suite & two dress shirts on a Saturday. I was explicitly clear we needed them back by Tuesday afternoon as the suite was needed for a Funeral Wednesday morning. I was told that wouldnt be a problem and the suite would be back after 5pm on Tuesday.. went to pick up the suite @ 5:30 on Tuesday only to be told they didnt have it and wouldnt have it until after 5pm on Wednesday. So we had to scramble to buy my husband a new suite at the last minute. Spoke with the manager and she blamed her employee for the error but didnt offer any compensation when I told them we had to go buy a new suite due to their error. When I went to pick up the suite the day after the funeral the manager was there and acted like she did me a favor in giving me a 20% discount on the dry cleaning. Will never go back to St. Croix Cleaners.

St. Croix Cleaners is my go to dry cleaner. Reasonable prices and time frames. They have always done a good job.

Really disappointed in this company and their service. Had heard good things about them. They lost my wedding suit! They did eventually pay for it but it was an uphill battle with lots of phone calls.

Very unhappy today with this drycleaner. We have been customers for years to either this location or Grand Ave. In fact, I now live an hour away and still bring our items here. The issue is that I brought a dress in to be dry cleaned and it came back dirty. I sent it back and picked it up, handing the bag to the staff to recycle as I always do. On way home it was so scented that it gave me a migrane. I mean it smelled like heavily scented laundry products like they had washed it not dry cleaned it as I requested. I wrapped it in a bag and put it away for my next trip to White Bear Lake. Today its been a couple weeks and I explained the whole situation to staff and they couldnt smell the laundry scent. The staff even said they were chemically sensitive but were smokers? What? They even said well, its been a couple weeks, we dont know where this dress has been Basically saying I am lying, I was so upset. I got the managers card but whats the use? I will just have to toss the dress. To say that I am not telling the truth? Come on! I have been coming here for years, never had an issue like this, nothing has ever come back scented. Terrible, terrible customer service. And I preferred this location over St Paul too.

Had a really disappointing experience here. I had a pair of wedding dress pants and shirt cleaned. When I went to pick them up I was told they didnt have my clothes and my name wasnt in the system. I stopped in and called multiple times and received the same answer. I finally brought another item in months later and low and behold when I picked it up there were my other clothes 5 months later! I asked to be reimbursed for the service of the lost items and the manager refused saying that if I had talked to her she could have found my items, oh and she had let 1 of the employees go - so apparently Im supposed to know her employees arent capable enough and get in touch with her? Not to mention I know she was aware of the situation because the 2nd employee I talked to asked to call me back so she could talk to her manager. All I was given is a 20% discount for a cleaning, which in no way makes up for the couple hundred dollars spent replacing the items when they were lost. To top it all off the last items I picked up had large noticable stains on them, so they had to redo them. Be careful giving this place your service, as they dont make an effort to resolve their mistakes.

Rarely do I rate someone poorly or post a bad comment. It was that bad.

Very happy with the quality of service provided. Costs are higher than average, but I am pleased with their commitment to environmentally helpful practices. Service was excellent.
