The service department did a great job. Tyler in service knows his stuff and was great to work with. I will be doing all my service work with theses guys!
I have purchased two CForce 4 wheelers from Tousley Motorsports recently. I was recommended Garrett as a salesman to work with from a friend, and they were right to do so. He is very knowledgeable of the machines we purchased, EXCELLENT communication, was friendly each time, and gives off good vibes! I highly recommend working with him. Also, I did have a question about maintenance and the service department was very helpful and told me to call back with any other questions I may have. Thats the kind of service that will keep me going back to them for future purchases.
Terrible customer service. Ive never been treated like this at any dealership before. They overcharge for their labor and they will not stand behind their shotty work. Literally anywhere else is a better choice. They wont even give you a chance to talk. They cut you off and talk over you. Tyler M first told me they have a 90 day warranty policy and then changed it to thirty days mid conversation. He flip flopped over and over. Do yourself a favor and bring your business elsewhere. The customer is not always right at tousley motorsports.
I would drive from Montana, New York and even Alaska to arrive at Tousley Motor Sports! I purchase alot of things throughout the year and the one thing that makes me buy is how Im taken care of. If you need a Snowmobile, Dirt Bike, Four-Runner than Stop reading these reviews and go see (J.T.) At TOUSLEY MOTOR SPORTS! Trust me youll be Happy you did. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE at TOUSLEY are just good people running an honest business!Theres no other place to go!You need service-Go!You need parts-Go!You need big boy toys-Go!You want to be treated beyond great-Go!This is my review as I only, leave them if they are worth leaving!Way 2 Go TOUSLEY!!!!
Bought a Harley from them two weeks ago and have an issue with gas leaking from the tank. I brought the bike for service to look at and was informed that they dont have the tools to work on a Harley. Service Technican refused to even look at the bike.Went back again on 08/10/21 and Lee in sales assisted me and Ted the service manager is in the process of resolving the issue. This place you will find good people but you need to be proactive. Lee from sales, Ted the service manager, and financing were all great people.
The worst service team in the twin cities. Will not stand by their work and will belittle you when you ask them to fix their mistake. Tyler M is the reason I will never step foot in this place again. Great job!
Be prepared if you buy a brand new wheeler they are going to charge you 600 dollars for your 200 mile service check. They do NOT tell you this when purchasing. Shame on them. My kid just brought his in for 200 mile check and was told he NOW has to come up with 600 dollars to service BRAND NEW wheeler. Horrible for not saying anything when purchasing. I emailed you back and you did not respond. He was suppose to get his wheeler yesterday and it was not done and does not know when it will be done. But you are quick to post a big sign charging 25 dollars a day for storage if not picked up. Yet you dont fix a 600 dollar check up when you say it will be done. . .
I wish I would have read the reviews first. Beware that they charge a ridiculous amount of money for basically an oil change. Like one of the previous reviews stated, we brought our brand new 4 wheeler in for the first 200 mile service check and they charged $400! There was no notification at all when the 4 wheeler was purchased or when it was brought in for the appointment. I find it very hard to believe that it took the technician 2.5 hours at $119 per hour to do an oil change, check the tires, cables, fluids, and service the air filter on a brand new quad. So about $300 just for the labor. They dont tell you this cost upfront....probably because not many people would pay for that. It makes me sick to my stomach that they charged that much.
Talk about price gouging!!! Needed a new chain and sprocket kit for a 99 Polaris wheeler. Had about 20 options online for an OEM replacement kit, none a penny more than $40. Called Tousley and they wanted $324 for the same set of parts. I knew it would cost a bit more getting it direct, but a $284 upcharge is just plain highway robbery. Last time I will ever contemplate doing business here...
Called last week to schedule tire service which I was quoted labor but parts didnt answer several times so i said screw it ordered my own tires then called service today. Several times this morning at 10am service didnt answer. Finally got someone to answer me around 2pm gave lady all info then she tell me that they dont work on suzuki that the own is strict he only wants to service what he sells. Wasted timed nobody says anything till the end. I wouldnt waste time anymore on this place. Guarantee not a dime of my $ will be spent here
Nice,Clean, location with friendly staff. They set the accessory for my atv off to the side without me even having to ask because they knew it was the only one available in MN, and they even helped carry it out to my car. Great Service, thank you.
I spent some time with Steve, in parts, and he spent a lot of time helping me find a part and if it was the correct part, etc. I thought I had the right part number and it turns out I didnt and he saved me some money since the right part wasnt available and on back order. I would just had to have returned the wrong part that I thought I needed. I highly recommend talking to Steve when you call in there as he is polite and patient and definitely full of knowledge. :)
Definitely all business. Didnt offer anything like refreshments. Dont accept my check so I have to make two trips.
The vehicles look cool but it’s closed on Monday and I couldn’t go inside.
My boyfriends motorcycle was here for service & his bike was stolen from the shop. Today. Don’t bring your bikes here because the shop does not protect the bike & it will be stolen too. Absolutely terrible.
I called and left a message with their parts and accessories line, but never received a return call. I called a few days later to ask about UTV trailers, and the associate suggested I try some other trailer dealers. I’d rather buy from companies who want my business. Needless to say, I now have the accessories I wanted as well as a new trailer-all bought elsewhere.
This is the address where “The Donut Family” is located. They are in this location from August 5th to August 9th. 10:00am to 6:00pm.The Donut Family have this crazy amazing food like mini donut with variety of flavors or toppings, cheese curds, frozen drinks, lemonade and more.We got a cinnamon roll mini donut, cheese curds and frozen caramel drink! And it is so freaking delicious. The donut is moist and cooked perfectly. The frozen caramel is amazing! This is my favorite one. It’s not that sweet and it is perfect combo to cheese curds! Over all, our experience is GREAT!They staff is kind, nice and well-knowledge about the food they are selling!! Thank you, guys for the amazing food..
Go somewhere else! If I can give a big zero, I would for the service department!
I inherited a Goldwing trike from my dad. I brought it in for a oil change and a front tire. The service advisor (Tyler) took the time to review list of scheduled maintenance. I had them do all of it. The mechanic Alex did the work. All of it was done with care. Thank you Tyler and Alex .
Multiple vehicles stolen from this establishment. My CBR 500r has been in for repair twice the first time all farings they took 3 months to fix it and blamed it on Forgetting to order parts, how do you forget? Second time my bike is in for repair once again faring related it is going on three months, they call me back to tell me my bike was stolen from there shop and have no clue. They also told me they leave keys on vehicles in their Fenced in yard I work for a dealership and we would never have this happen dont bring any of your products here ever unless you want your bike stolen or forgot about
This is one of the worst businesses you could ever visit. If you dont walk in with $40,000 cash with intent to purchase, they treat you like they want you to leave. I dont know how they sell anything at all. Ive tried over and over for a positive experience here and Im giving up. This is the worst dealership on the planet. Ive asked other people that I know, to make sure I wasnt crazy, and they have all felt the same way when visiting Tousley. Save the headache, go elsewhere.
Nice clean place. Terrible customer service. If you dont have thirty grand in cash, they want nothing to do with you. A friend of mine tried to buy a go kart for his daughter and tried to finance it. After over an hour of waiting when we were told 15 minutes, he decided to give up and go somewhere else. Not to mention the huge freight and prep fees that they dont tell you about. Not impressed at all.
I took my bike in for an appointment 13 of May didnt get checked till 21, asked them to check new springs and clutch I installed bike gets hot and anough that I can feel it through boots and pants, the mech. Took bike for spin checked temp said he thinks its OK, not what I asked for didnt even check springs or plates if you take any to these guys get everything in writing when you drop bike off . Suggest you take bike to different shop.
Purchased a bike here and first of all what a great place to spend money. They have so many toys a guy could spend a fortune here and never get enough. Was a little annoyed that I made arrangements to pick the bike up the next day and when I showed up the next day they seemed unprepared for me to be there at all. But it was a minor setback and overall I am very happy with my purchase and look forward to shopping here again as soon as possible.
First to get the Honda Rebel 1100 DCT from Tousley Motorsports and rode it home in this beautiful 35 degree MN weather. Awesome enthusiasm from both Logan and Mike on my first motorcycle purchase. Quick and easy out the door service. Thanks
Bought a Polaris Sportsman x2 in 2019. Had a few minor issues that they completely ignored me over. In the end I replaced the part myself from an aftermarket website rather than spend time dealing with these guys. Dont expect good service after the sale here.
I had the pleasure of working with Logan in Internet Sales. He was always available and willing to go above and beyond. He was always friendly and made a point to always say how much he is looking forward to working with me. I would recommend Logan and Tousley Motorsports to anyone. In the end I made the decision to purchase my CF Moto 600 Camo from them based on the hard worked and great support I received from Logan. Keep up the good work and hope to purchase my next toy from you all next time! (Side shout outs go to Avery in accessories for giving such great support and Jess in Finance for making this a quick and easy process.)
Great experience! Friendly and helpful sales man with our new side by side.
Go here for your toys..Sales people working are very helpful and packed full of information..You will not be ignored here....
Took far longer to process closing paperwork than expected. Sales and service made sure we left the lot understanding what we purchased and how to use it.
Sales guy smelt my wife’s hair and told her she should only be on the back of a motorcycle.
Ordered parts and did not hear from them for over two weeks after being told they would arrive in a couple days and I would receive a call. Called in to check on the order and I was informed that the parts had been in they were just too busy to call. The employee told me it was the customers responsibility to call and see if their parts were in. Order your parts online or at another dealership thats not to busy for customer service
Everything I need something, they always come through for me. From sales to service and definitely parts.
Just bought a Polaris side by side trail boss. Very happy with the machine, Jeffrey Stanley was or salesman and was very helpful!
Jeff is a great salesman did everything he could to put me on a new atv. And I got it. Great staff every where.
Had a great experience finding my motorcycle to buy here. Lee the salesrep was very helpful and informative. Lee showed me that he was invested in my purchase just as much as I was. He went into detail about why “I need this and don’t need that”. Lee made me feel like I was one of his friends shopping for a bike. 0 pressure and absolutely amazing service. Will be buying my next ride here for sure. Thank you Tousley!
Very knowledgeable! Great show room. Good ladies and gents to work with.
Sales staff and finance staff is friendly and goes out of there way to help the customers. Great experience will shop them again
Great staff. Prices are a bit steep but good selection.
I was looking for a Triton two place Personal Water Craft trailer. The Tousley Motor Sport website showed they had two of them in stock, and even listed the VIN numbers for each. Because I was going to be driving four hours each way from Cedar Rapids, IA to pick it up, I called just before they closed on a Friday to verify that they truly had them in stock. I was told on the phone that they did have two of them in stock. I decided to leave Cedar Rapids the next morning at 6:00am so that I would be at their store when they opened on Saturday. When I got there, I told one of the sales people that I wanted to buy one of the two Triton two place PWC trailers they had in stock. He then told me that, yes they had them in stock, but because they were in somewhat short supply, they recently decided they were only selling them to people who bought a Personal Water Craft from them. I explained that it showed on their website they had two of them in stock and available for sale. I also shared that I just drove four hours to get here after calling to verify that they indeed had them in stock and for sale. The sales person called someone on the phone, but then just proceeded to tell me that he was sorry the person I talked to on the phone must not have known of the recent change related to whom they will actually sell them. As you can imagine, I was frustrated beyond belief. I ended up wasting an entire Saturday driving eight hours for nothing. What was equally frustrating was the fact that it was not even a sincere apology. What they do not know is that we recently purchased a lake home on Prior Lake near Minneapolis, and we are a very big motorsports family. This situation could have been the start of a very fruitful relationship for them. However, after my horrible experience, I simply will not do business with them, and I will absolutely go out of my way to share my poor experience with others. What is truly unbelievable is that if you went on their website even 7 days after my horrible experience, it still shows they have two of those trailers in stock and available for sale (still with specific VIN numbers). I contacted the Better Business Bureau and shared my story. One of their representatives reached out to me about the information on the website, and I was able to show her that the website still showed these two trailers as being available for sale more than a week after my terrible experience. My advice is to buy your motorsport toys from a business that understands customer service and customer experience. If they would have done the right thing in this situation, I would have become a great customer and an advocate. Instead, because they handled it so poorly, they have turned me into a vocal antagonist.Ironically, the morning I went to their store, there was a group of people marching with signs outside their store that said Dont Buy from this business. I can only assume that unfortunately my story must not be unique. I really wanted to give a zero star rating, but it does not provide that option.
Terrible customer service. Drove there to look at a wheeler i saw online that said was in stock. Walked in and started looking around. 20 minutes go by and no sign of this wheeler and no help from anybody that works there. I walk over to a guy sitting at his desk and start to explain I saw a wheeler online and he cuts me off and says, thats your first problem. After a rude conversation we exchange contact information and was told he would get a hold of me as soon as a Honda wheeler actually is in stock. Its been months and still no word from this guy. I was ready to purchase a new wheeler from you guys but its quite obvious you dont want or need my business. Overall very bad experience
They don’t have security. Bikes have been stolen and they don’t care.
Really great place to buy from! The sales and financing guys are the best. Nick and Moh were my team to buy a great Polaris 570. I love the thing! And almost a year later Im still getting rewarded for buying a Polaris. Just scored free tickets to Summer Jam to see Tim McGraw and Pitbull. The reason for only a 4 star is a lack of that caring in the service and maintenance area of the establishment. They are usually busy which is understandable but I had an issue with my belt slipping when going through even the slightest bit of water...the guy just said it was a Polaris thing...then told me to hold off on a service when I was told to bring it it sooner when I bought it...no sense of caring.
Great service, friendly and fast.
Dealers need to be more prepared to let customers test the used bikes. I had been in the store multiple times but when I came back ready to take the next step, the bike wasnt prepped to ride. The bike had been on the used showfloor for at least 4 months. Moon motorsports has been the most accommodating dealership I have been since then!I think its important to add that I have since tried to work with them to purchase a new polaris. Needless to say, they were horrible. They would not communicate with me, would not respond to my requests, and made it very clear that I was not important to them in any way.The photos are my new polaris that I bought from their competition. Nice job Tousley! I will happily tell everyone I can how horrible your customer service is!
Great place friendly sales people very nice willing tonal be helpfuli
Stopped in to have a look around ended up BSing with a sales agent for 35 Min.Very friendly staff and a very nice selections of equipment to browse aswell as apparel, riding gear etc. Also if ya stop bye. Take a peak at the the cool, awesome vintage stuff strewn about.
Never returned my phone call. I guess they dont want to sell me the side by side
Had a motorcycle there for 8 months, VERY hard to get a return callYes please call I have had 2 different Motorcycles at Tousley and each time, the Service department never does call back, its a Mystery whats going on with motorcycleAll departments are A1, but the service Dpt has always been Non responsive to me
Horrible Polaris dealer, i called to ask a simple question about resetting a service reminder. The service department finally answered their phone after 5 attempts calling back in the middle of the day. I told him i do all my own service the intervals were done to the recommendation on hours and time. I told the guy the hours and time and he said i was due again for a service i.e a oil change. He said the 500 mile service, which is pretty much belt inspection and lubing all the joints etc, which i already did myself.I asked him if he could explain quick how to reset the service reminder ---he said i would have to bring it in so they can hook it up to reset it. I asked how much would it be, he said about 300.00. I stated to the water-head i didnt need the service as i already did it myself so you would be charging me 300.00 to reset the reminder? The water-head laughed and said yup, maybe he won a new hockey helmet or something with a balloon. This guy then told me we dont tell customers how to reset the reminder and said there is no way to do it.I called another Polaris dealer not only did they explain what was happening was normal, but they also sat on the phone with me and walked me through it. The service reminder can be reset folks, dont let any shop tell you different. If the icons are blinking accompanied by a check engine light --you have a code stored and bring it into a decent shop--just dont bring it to this location.
I ordered a product through them via Amazon. It showed up a bit beat up to say the least. I contacted sales/customer service and Evan was all over it and corrected the situation wonderfully. Customer service here, especially with Evan, far exceeded expectations. That one simple act will result in more business from me as well as others I ride with for sure.I wish I could give a bonus star since I simply never see this kind of response or action taken by any company, or at least very few.Great job, please keep up the wonderful service and I look forward to purchasing from you in the near future!!!
I was in the market for a new Honda ATV. Tousley had a 2019 model on Sale on their website. Basically a few hundred $ under MSRP. I asked them what the out the door price was with Tax, Title, fees. The price quoted was $300 higher than another dealership for a 2020 model. I told them the price from the other dealer. The salesman said. I dont know how they can do that. Me neither, but I bought the ATV from the other dealer. If you are looking for no BS experience, look elsewhere. I recommend calling the smaller dealers outside the Metro. They are eager to earn your business.
Our sales representative Logan was awesome! Very knowledgeable and super friendly!!
Contacted them for a quote on one of their ATVs via email. Instead of a quote I got a salesman wanting a copy of my state ID. I declined to give the info and was ignored. Seems fishy that they dont want to give a customer their out the door purchase price for one of their ATVs they are advertising.Only conclusion I can come to is they charge more dealer fees then other dealers in the area and have something to hide.
Nobody likes to bring their recreational equipment in for maintenance or repair. Its generally expensive, always time-consuming, and our fun is put on hold for the duration of the service. That being said, the Tousley Service Manager, Matt, and his service staff make the experience as pleasant as it possibly can be. The folks are always pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough. Ive been a customer for over 25 years and recognize that the whole vibe of the service department seems good under Matts leadership. The older gent in the parts department, John I think, is top-notch. Friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about part and product options for my Wings and Reflex.Like just about everyone else, I dont LIKE coming here but when I need to, I know my needs will be well-served.
Called to get a quote on 2 four wheelers and a trailer to haul them. Never heard back from them. Took my business elsewhere.
Lowsy told me they had the part drove 20 miles and the didnt have it.....
Everyone is very helpful, very knowledgeable and great people. Highly recommend.
Never responded to my voicemail. When I stopped in, they only work on motorcycles under 15 years old.
Attention Can Am: This store is the best! I had a trailer issue in which the service department went above and beyond any expectation I could have imagined. Adam was professional, courteous, responsive and overall - Amazing. Please notice Adam when it comes time for promotions, his customer service skills are above reproach. Matt and Joe from service were also very attentive.I have also purchased a number of recreational vehicles from Lee and ALWAYS have a good experience. Overall, the staff (Service, Sales, and Parts) are exceptional people to deal with. Adam - Thank you.
Worst place to deal with. Tried calling multiple times to the service department sat on hold for over 30 mins. I’ll drive the extra 45 mins to Northway sports better and faster service.
What a scuzzy service department; they actually went out of their way to try to get my warranty repair denied and accused me of not telling them the truth: theres something going on here that we dont know about(Jim, Tousley Service). Know it all Jim and his service cronys need a lesson in customer service; therefore, I wont be returning to them for service EVER! The muppets actually think I could be causing the rear RH sway bar link to be contacting the exhaust muffler. Even if I was riding the machine at full payload, which Im not, the link absolutely shouldnt EVER contact the muffler. I wouldnt trust these bozos to fix my lawnmower!
Some people are impossible to please. I am often one of those people but the half dozen experiences I have had with tousley have all left me impressed. The level of service Ive received from Joe in the service department is rare to come across, even in the best of times.
Great experience buying our Hammerhead from Lee at Tousley. The price was right, and assembly was done with high quality and on-time.
Spoke to a “manager” named Mike in regards to the plow set up I had purchased that was missing some of the hardware. (They had helped load it in my van when I purchased it and the box was damaged a bit, I never noticed it being the damaged side was put downwards and I physically did not load it myself otherwise I’m sure I would’ve caught it then.) All I wanted was the hardware. Well I don’t know if this “manager” was having a bad day but please don’t take it out on your customers(sure felt like he was). I was hung up on and told that there’s nothing they can do and he refused to give me his managers contact info as well. Ended up getting the nuts and bolts from the hardware store with the assistance of a different dealer local to Tousley. Horrible management and terrible customer service. I’ve already contacted Polaris to let them know about their retailer...if Tousley does not care then I’m sure Polaris would like to know that.
I called looking for a part for my Polaris sportsman. I was on hold for 10 minutes and then the phone system forced me to leave a voicemail for the parts dept. I didn’t want to leave a voicemail, so I called back. Same thing the second time, so I left a voicemail with the part # I needed and my phone number. Nobody ever called me back. No wonder, brick and mortar is losing out to internet sales. I try to shop local, but apparently Tousley doesn’t want my business. Horrible customer service!
Talked to a few people the last couple days over the phone and the staff is very helpful and the product selection is good however the fees compared to other dealers seem a bit exaggerated. I’ve bought quite a few machines over the last few years and am looking to purchase 2 Polaris RZRs. The dealer I generally buy from said they would order them and would come to 10,599 and 13,499 but wasn’t sure when they could get them that’s why I considered Tousley because they had them in stock. After I spoke with a few people which were more than helpful they have a destination and setup fee of almost a grand on top of retail which I would understand if every time I’ve bought a brand new machine I had to pay that but I’ve never personally had to pay anymore than $195 for destination if any at all. If it weren’t for the large fees I would’ve done business with them but just seems the wait would be worth the dollar with the other dealer.
A bit spendy for items but generally have what you need.
Stay far, far away!I went to purchase a scooter and after haggling over the final 30$ we finally agreed to a price. I then sat for four hours while they got the paperwork ready and scooter ready. I was told throughout those hours that we were “minutes away” from being done. The final one came only because they were closed and it was after 7pm. They couldn’t start the scooter (100 miles on it only) and proceeded to tell me that I’d have to come back another day when it was ready. So they sold me a lemon and offered no compensation. I demanded my money back from one of the rudest managers I’ve dealt with and asked for the owner to call me (never called). Not one apology. Ridiculous. I hope anyone reading this never gives them a look because you will be treated disrespectfully and sold garbage.
I brought in a snowmobile late last season for service. I got it back and it had the same issue. I contacted the service department to get it taken care of and due to COVID-19 and the late season they asked me to bring it back at the end of the motorcycle season. When I contacted them again this fall the ownership changed and their policy of working on late model machines changed. Not happy with the service I received and got stuck with a $400 bill and a machine that is not running. I will drive a little farther to get better sales and service.
Could not be more disappointed with this place, after 4 months they still could not fix the clutch problem, one thing after another, delay and excuse after excuse. Never fixed it but charged for brake and clutch fluid ? Ive never seen incompetence like this place. Stay away from this place.
Needed a new helmet, they were very helpful. Even gave me a discount for being a healthcare worker!!
They have a rule where nobody under 16 are allowed inside. I had my 2 year old son and I was barely allowed to see one motorcycle. He was excited to sit on a motorcycle but we were told we could not do that. We both had masks on and were very respectful so I don’t see how that is fair treatment.
Great store, cheaper then nex gen
Great service.
I came in looking for a sled and was shown a few and decided on a 2020 ski-doo renegade 900 turbo the staff and service was steller, A big thank you to Lee and Jt.
This is the only store Im aware of in the world where you cant browse their inventory. You need an appointment with a salesman to walk around their store. What a joke.Edit: Tousley informed me that this policy is in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Thats right, to prevent the spread of a pandemic, you need a person, whos been around thousands of other people, to accompany you around the store.
First of all, I give the business negative stars. Worst customer service Ive ever dealt with in the last 25+ years.I made an appointment a month in advance to get some work done. I dropped my atv off and was told our would take about a week to get back. I called after the first week to get an update and they said they needed to make a call to Yamaha then it should be done. long story short its been a month since that phone call they said they were going to make and I still have not heard from them. Ive left messages with multiple people in the building being promised a return phone call and I still get nothing. I hope people read this so they dont have to go through the same thing im going through. Please dont give this place anymore business. I will also be getting in touch with better business bureau (BBB)
I bought a new snowmobile for my husband for Christmas from Brian. Brian was very helpful and reassuring. I also worked with Mike and the experience was the same. I never once felt like they were talking down to me seeing as I am a women and buying a sled on my own for the first time. Thanks Brian and Mike. Kudos to Tousley Sports.
Great parts department. Fast, friendly and get the parts you need. Definitely top notch place.
We recently bought a new Polaris RZR from Tousley. JT our sales rep was fantastic to work with. We had a major issue that threatened a long planned trip. JT and Joe (service manager) made sure we were promptly taken care of and it was resolved immediately. Good folks to work with.
Tousley Motorsports in White Bear gave us a fantastic experience. The customer service is exceptional; we called a couple times before going in and all sales reps answered our questions and addressed our concerns. Nick in management was very welcoming and made certain that our purchase went as smoothly as possible. Mike in finance was helpful and informative as he broke down different price factors. Danny in sales was friendly, providing grade-A service for our purchase. Highly recommend for all types of motorsport purchases!
Ive been shopping around the Twin Cities looking for a new ATV. I just brought one home today from Tousley Motorsports.Lee was my sales guy. He was awesome! Very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Not pushy at all. Most importantly, my wife liked him too!Ill definitely be going back to Tousley when I buy my next recreational toy.MikeCenterville, Mn
They have bikes to look at. Not very good customer service or prices.
I dont have the words to describe how horrible every aspect of this company is. Hasnt changed since my school days. Just wow. (No, im not just being a karen. You guys are so bad! Lol.)
Amazing service. Even with everything going, short staffed, parts being unavailable, huge demand for their services they are still able to get the job done. Special kudos to Joe in service. That guy is a rockstar.
Great place if youre looking for your first ride. All around it was a great experience. Tim the sales guy was cool, patient and sold me the bike I wanted. The next step was seamless. Mo in finance was so efficient and found the best options for me real quick. Had an awesome experience with you guys.See you guys again. Thanks!!!!
I really enjoyed my experience visiting. Great customer service and so many options that’ll make your trip worthwhile!
Cool stuff! I want an ATV! My family picked up scooters with fat tires for use on our cabin property to go back and fourth between cabins. Informative, no pressure sales.
Limited inventory. Pricey.
John was great to work with and all the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable!! Very happy with our purchase! Thanks Tousley!
