This is my 7 new Mitsubishi, second purchased from this dealership. The process for this purchase was easy. We started the paperwork online. I arrived at the dealership to finish the paperwork and take delivery on a busy Saturday morning. It was just over an hour from the time I walked in to when I drove away. Neil was a phenomenal salesman once again, and the finance employee was excellent as well. Very smooth transaction. Will be back for future Mitsubishi purchases.

Highly recommend booking in advance through their website.Bought my vehicle several years back after my previous Mitsubishi bit the dust (it was from the 90s and a marvelous machine) and thus did my research on the vehicle, buying process and dealership. Truly wish I wouldve taken my time and done more research into Ally financing since the payment plan is actually interest/fees first, which means you dont save any actual time/money by paying more monthly. Buying a vehicle by myself with no guidance was stressful enough and feeling tricked makes me weary of recommending this dealership for a first time car buyer.

Recently purchased a 2018 Ford Escape at White Bear Mitsubishi. Randy Koppa was the sales person and he was fantastic to work with. I told him the type of car I was interested in and he set me up to see four different SUVs that fit what I wanted, including price. I settled on a Ford Escape that was close to what I wanted, but Randy kept looking at associated dealers to see if he could find a better fit. He found one at their Apple Valley store and had it brought over to White Bear. I purchased that one and also received a fair trade value on my 2013 Ford Escape. Boy oh boy where do I start? Richard and his team turned what could have been a really bad situation for us into something that we couldnt be happier about. To start Richard and the service tech we worked with (Patrick) went above and beyond to fix a major problem that popped up and was causing us a lot of stress. We were so happy with what they were able to accomplish that when Richard asked if we had thought about trading in our headache vehicle and gave us a more than fair price on it we jumped at the chance. We worked with Nancy on the upgrade for my girlfriends car and she was awesome even staying after to show us the features on the new vehicle. My girlfriend couldnt be happier with her new vehicle and the amazing warranty it comes with so we dont have to worry about surprises anymore. It doesnt end there though, while there Richard asked if I had thought about upgrading mine as well. While I had thought about it I didnt think they would offer me enough on trade to make it worth it. Wrong again, and I ended up upgrading. I worked with David K. (for the second time as I had bought my first vehicle from him as well) and he did everything to make our purchase easy, hassle free, and ready to go for a smooth day picking up the new car. I went in for an oil change on my Mirage G4 and the next day I drove away in a shiny new Red Diamond Outlander Sport. Steve Black was my sales rep and he was top-notch throughout the entire process… I had to wait for the next day because I had a freeze on my credit report… that in itself is not a bad thing, but it can be an inconvenience to unfreeze— Fortunately, the next day the problem was fixed and I was content to drive away in this wonderful vehicle. I am usually not one to write a review especially a bad one, but this one experience that my brother, and dad have can not be ignored. Story- my brother and my dad went to look for a car from my brother, and when they got there the sale person asked them to check my brother credit first. When everything was done the sale person told my brother that hell qualify for a 30k loan and that just pointed to one car and tell them to get that one. My brother disagrees with him and asked to look around, but to their surprise the sale person said that he have lots of customers he got to assist, so when they do fine a car just let me know. Too bad my brother left to Acura and brought a car there instead.

So um there had been a couple times now where I have had to pay for parts that have been missing in my vehicle I dont think thats cool. When I first bought the vehicle there was a couple missing plastic pieces on the roof of my vehicle and at no fault of my own but yet I was charged for those pieces when I told them they werent there from the beginning. Also recently I had to buy the lock thing for my lug nuts because it wasnt in my vehicle. Ive only been serviced at white bear mitubishi. Just dont understand why Im buying these parts for my vehicle that should of been there in the first place

When my Nissan Altima that Ive been purchasing from CarHop transmission broke down on me it take me almost 2 month to look for a new car. I went around most of the Auto mall to shop for a new vehicle but have no luck. So I decided to try out this Whitebear Mitsubishi dealership. But never could Ive thought that I could get an approval here. Randy was very helpful with the process and he were so patient with me. Even when he have other clients to taken care of. But he take the time to help me. Remington was helpful as well as a manager there. These two did everything just for me to be able to drive a 2021 Mirage G4 home that day. I would recommend everyone to go to this dealership and see the experience by themselves. 5+ stars.

Great dealership all around! I have always been blown away by how friendly all of the staff are. They really do seem to care about you as a person more than just as a customer which Ive never experienced before at other dealerships. Our Outlander Sport has also been a very reliable car with only a couple of recalls but no warranty work needed after 4+ years! Be careful when you go there for maintenance or repair. Dont leave anything in your car. There Is a thieves. I went there for oil change and they took all my lock nuts on my four tires/rim. They also took my lock nut removal tool that I keep in my car. They replace my lock nuts with the regular nuts on my tire/rim .

My husband and I went in to check out an Outlander just to see if it would be perfect for our family of 5 and Steve Black, our sales consultant, showed us that a 2022 Outlander was perfect for us. Everyone we encountered from Steve to Dave the manager and Mike in the finance department to Cass at the cashier desk was a positive experience. Bought a used 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander from Steve Black, what a wonderful experience! Steve was super friendly, along with all of the rest of the sales staff. I worked with David Kono last weekend to get a used car, and the process was so easy. Even though it was a busy day at the dealership, I never felt rushed or pressured, and I am really happy with my purchase.From an abundance of caution, I took the car in to my local mechanic for an inspection, and the inspection came back with literally no surprises. David had already told me everything I needed to know about the car!

After requesting an online quote to sell my 2019 Subaru Crosstrek via AutoTrader, Kline Mitsubishi contacted me and offered to buy my vehicle for $300 over any current Carmax offer. I was upfront with them regarding my Carmax offer, got the title in hand and went in to make the deal. After I got there, they played we have to enter this into the computer one more time. This new offer to buy my car was now $3800 less than Carmax. Thankfully my Carmax appointment was 30 minutes after this appointment and I headed there. I received the full Carmax offer I had received online and left Carmax with a check in hand after about an hour.Dont waste your time going to Kline based on their false offers.

Working with Jake Fisher at White Bear Mitsubishi was wonderful! When my car unexpectedly broke down I was recommended White Bear Mitsubishi. Jake helped me find a new car within my budget and had me in and out of the store within an hour! Great service would highly recommend!

This was a very frustrating experience. I was unable to get through to anyone in service to ask them questions or get feedback on the process. When I would call and leave voicemails, they were not returned. The only way I was able to have someone call me back was when I had to call the owner of the dealership, leave a voicemail, and explain to him what was going on. When I could get through and talk to someone about the status of getting into a rental car, I could not get a straight answer. Some service techs would give me a number in a queue while others would say closer to the top of the list than the bottom. There were instances where my number on the list would go up or down. Communication within the service department is obviously an issue. It took over 7 weeks for me to have a rental/loaner vehicle when my catalytic converter was stolen.My biggest frustration is the obvious miscommunication and disconnect within the department and how they are unable to send a clear message to customers.This is disheartening because up until this point I have only had good experiences and have otherwise enjoyed my service with White Bear Mitsubishi. However, after ten weeks of miscommunication and no returned phone calls, I doubt I will buy from them again and have serious reservations about referring them to anyone else.
