We enjoyed the experience from day 1 and wanted to share it.Ihor, the owner of ID Remodeling, came in to provide a hassle free quote. He was extremely polite and professional. We discussed the cost and the time it would take to finish. After we agreed on everything, ID Remodeling came in the date that we scheduled.Everything went exactly as they stated. They created a dust free environment by taping and sealing all the entryways and vents during their sanding process. After the first work day, which was all sanding, they cleaned the work areas and left them without any wood debris. The next few days followed in the same manner with prompt, professional-quality work. They helped us choose the stain color by taking a white towel and dabbing about 10 different stain colors right on to our floor. This was very helpful as we saw firsthand saw what the colors looked like on our floor. The color was a tough decision, but in the end we fell in love with our color. In the next morning and the day thereafter, they applied the stain color and 2 coats of sealant as we had discussed.Our floors look amazing. We have received many compliments.We highly recommend ID Remodeling. They are very professional and they do exactly as they say. There were no surprises or hidden charges.
