Ive used ACR from both residential as well as high-end commercial projects. They are an incredibly responsive (and professional) team. From the folks in the office helping with scheduling to the technicians on-site, everyone was smart, timely and stayed in budget. Id recommend them to anyone. Solid company that clearly knows what they h*ll theyre doing!

The most competent restoration company with the best customer follow up.

This is the worst business that I had ever seen.I had water damage in my place. My manager bought them to clean up. They charged $2000 for clean up. Then, they over charge the original price(double) to replace the hardwood floor.Begining they charged difference price. When they finished, they charged different price. If any one wants to waste the money, waste time,then hire them. The wood floor color did not match the old floor.The painting for the three rooms were horrible. They do not know what they are doing. In addition, they do not give you all the receipts.

2 very sloppy guys come dragging a broken looking unit down the parking lot bouncing around . They tried to clean the carpet but their outdated equipment and lack of care from employee made the experience a joke . This goes to show you anybody can start a carpet cleaning business if these guys are still in business. They did such an amature job that I can only call it a “joke” .

Sloppy joes, carpet cleaning machines appear out dated and employees appeared to be under paid .
