Everything was fine when.we ordered the dumpster. We told them what we were using it for. When it was delivered I was then told by the driver you cant put a lot of heavy stuff in it. When they came to pick it up they said they could not get the door to close on it so they left and charged us a failed pick up fee. I was able.to shut the door after moving a small stone and called and told them that. The manager refunded the fee. It was picked up the next day. Two weeks later they call saying it was overweight and wanted more money.... They NEVER cleaned up the area where the dumpster was like they originally said they would. And Ryan is the rudest individual Ive ever had the displeasure of talking to.They dont honor their agreement but have no problem charging you and charging you. Do not do business with them.

I have used them twice now and have been very satisfied with their service. They deliver on time, the bins are well maintained, and they pick up the bins promptly when you call. Very professional service.

I was able to get a dumpster in place quickly for a clean out that was coming up the following weekend. They worked with me to get it placed perfectly since the roads had recently been repaved with asphalt. The best part is I was able to do this all by phone. They called me when they were placing it and called me with they were picking it up.

This company was great! They delivered when they said they would, and picked up when they said they would. I wanted the dumpsters placed close to the house I was remodeling, it was far off the road and all mud. Any other company would have dropped it off by the road.
