Salesperson was very pushy about items on sale. Very much a hard sell on things the wanted to sell but I was not looking to buy.

People were polite and greeted me as I came in the door. Was knowledgeable enough to find my part by description only. Was impressed with that. Even offered to loan tools to do job. Definitely will go back again.

Thanks to Gordon for his help! We broke someU-bolts on our trailer and we called up and over the phone he matched them up and we picked them up and got on our way. The truck stop we were at wouldn’t even helps us so we appreciate that Gordon did and that you had the parts in stock!

Went to get a diagnostic done on my car and the guy was telling me how to do it myself. This used to be a service for customers. Will be going somewhere else for parts for our 9 family vehicles from now on.

They got all the tools you need to fix your vehicle. They do provide some general tools but you gone have to buy the special tools for certain parts. I mean its not bad at least theyre willing to help you with tools. I highly doubt that you go visit this store. Very knowledgeable staff and professionals.

I walked in and found my items. It took about 11 minutes. As I came up, masked, the young manager, BRANDON, was standing sideways, talking on the phone.I placed my three items below the plexiglass shielding which HE could see. Not one reaction... No nod of his head, no wave of his hand, nothing... I was 100 % INVISIBLE.Even more insulting was he hung up the receiver, co tinued to type, which I understood was vital, but it took Him another 30 seconds to even realize I was a Paying customer.I used to be a Mystery Shopper for a lady who KFC restaurants SO I commented three times, Good thing I am NOT a mystery shopper because you did not even acknowledge me being here at all and That would have cost you ten points.He still had Not bothered to start ringing up my 3 items so I turned to a moreMature man and said, Would you please ring up my items since your Mgr does not seem to want to bother ? This man did and I left. I realize customer service is not valued by most vendors. Brandon has little, if any, from my perspective.I sincerely hope other dissatisfied customers have taken the time to compose an admonishment of him as I have.

My brake line broke on the interstate. I needed fluid to confirm it was a break. They not only helped with the fluid but recommended a nearby shop and tow truck. When the neighboring dairy queen wouldnt let us sit for the hour wait due to covid, they allowed us to stay in their air conditioned store rather than the 100 degree car. Above and beyond!

Pointed me to exactly what I needed (headlight), and had them organized from basic bulb on the bottom, to premium on the top. Giving three stars because they grab extras and pretend that you need them. Had to be slightly forceful in the fact that I only needed the bulb.

Auto zone is always good. They have knowledgeable staff. They usually carry the part youre looking for. If not they can always order it for you and get it to you in a timely manner.

Definitely cheaper than Advance Auto Parts! But as it is true with all products, the cheaper the price, the cheaper the product. Go with a hardened brand name. Knowledgeable staff at the National Rd. store.

I was in Wheeling, WV on 18th June 2016. At 5 PM I saw that my Honda CRV has engine light on. I was supposed to go to Niagara from there and then back from Niagara to home in Chicago.I was scared as engine light was on and what to do that too on Sat evening. I called Honda showroom and Sears and all were closed.So I called and AutoZone at Wheeling. It was open. I went there and met Tina and Ty and it was the best experience for me. They welcomed me and helped me immediately. The engine check was an Oxygen check sensor issue and Ty assured me that it’s not an issue and I can drive without any problems. Above all it was free check while all others are charging 90 dollars to check it.So if you are in Wheeling, WV for any reason and have issues with car, AutoZone is there for you.
