I was told that I had received a management type position by their staffing agency because I informed them that I needed an externship program. I am currently in College getting a bachelor’s degree in project management. I no sooner get to the job site and, it is not what they had told me. They sent me to a place as a general laborer. What kinda miscue is that?

In my opinion, If you are thinking about using Mancan as an Employer trying to find an employee or as an Person seeking employment.... DONT!!!! They are so disorganized and one person in the office has no idea what another person in the office is doing! They are very unprofessional! She girls were very snippy on the phone every time they called. If you have any blemishs on your background check, this agency is not for you. How does a person turn their life around if no one will take a chance on you? You dont! Shame on you Mancan! Shame on you! You have no regard for the person! I would strongly recommend using IC Staffing!
