I LOVE DR. NICKOLES! The entire staff is friendly and caring. She gets extra stars also for taking my 87 year old mother in to treat her tooth pain when my moms dentist was going to make her wait 15 days!!!! NOW THAT IS SERVICE! And the dental tech made my mom feel extra special! THANKS and highly recommend this practice!

My experience was very friendly and they were very understanding of just how anxious I was of getting teeth pulled. They made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. She called me that evening to check up on me and that was very appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you.

Everyone was really friendly and helpful every step of the way from the time I was inquiring about the dental practice all the way through leaving after my first appointment. Rachael was very helpful with my questions and insurance. Jamie was great and so gentle cleaning my teeth. And Dr. Nickoles made me feel comfortable. Im glad I found them.

Very kind, friendly, helpful, and sweet group of ladies.A first time visitor from Martins Ferry. I showed up pretty nervous, but the professional behavior from the ladies helped calm me down. They go above expectations. I definitely recommend a visit.

All the wonderful ladies that work there were very nice and very helpful. Dr. Nickoles made sure that I understood what she was talking about and what needed to be done. Very nice and easy x-ray machine, didn’t require the large guard in the mouth like the old ones.

I can echo all of the positive reviews Ive read here. The staff is outstanding, the premises is clean, modern and attractive. I had an unusual experience here, however, that gave me cause for deep concern about the ethical practices of Dr. Nickoles.My very first appointment was for x-rays and cleaning. As the x-rays and exam took a little longer to complete than expected, I was given a separate appointment to return for my cleaning. When I arrived at the second appointment, I was again given x-rays. I mentioned to the technician that I had already had x-rays done, and she told me that the doctor ordered more. I complied, had my teeth cleaned, and spoke to Dr. Nickoles about returning to have some work done on my teeth.When I stopped at the counter to make a new appointment I was presented with a bill for the first x-rays I had done at the first appointment. I was surprised as I thought they had been covered by my insurance. Later I realized what had happened. The first x-rays were a type that wasnt covered by my insurance. The second x-rays were the type that my insurance did cover. I called and spoke with someone in the office and was assured that those second x-rays were necessary, but I dont believe it. Bill me for the first x-rays and since my insurance would pay for the bite-wings, they must have figured that they might as well get that money too. I believe these were unnecessary x-rays simply to collect a fee from my insurance company.This is indeed a nice place to go with a friendly staff, and you likely will never run into the same sort of situation that I encountered, but this happened, and ethics matter. I wont be going back.Update: I just tried to call in and speak to Dr. Nickoles, was placed on hold, and finally hung up after waiting over 7 minutes. Please return my call Dr. Nickoles. If you can explain to me why the bite wings werent done during my first visit, and had to wait until the second visit that was never part of the original plan, Ill remove this review and pay the bill.

This was my first visit to this office. They are using all sorts of social distancing protocols to keep us safe. The office was clean and tidy. It also did not smell like a dentist office, which is a good thing, since I think that is a terrible smell that makes me anxious. I was quickly taken to the back, had x Rays and pictures done, and they did an exam. The lady who did my exam and cleaning (Im sorry I forgot her name! ) was very patient and kind. She did a deep clean on my teeth and answered all my nervous questions. I felt comfortable in the office and in the chair. Even though they are out of network for me, I will continue to use them, all because they made me comfortable and acknowledged my anxieties and fears.

These folks were very nice and very professional . They provide a very clean and safe environment! Thank you for the pleasant visit.

My experience with Dr Nickoles and her staff was excellent. This was my first total dental exam with Dr Nickoles since my other dentist retired. Safety protocols were very thorough. I had avoided going to dentist because of Covid but was reassured when I called for appointment and when I arrived of safety practices. My hygienist, Jamie, was very friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. She made feel very comfortable and secure. Office is very modern with exceptional up to date equipment. I always have a positive experience in the Nickoles dental practice, and this visit was no exception. Pre-screening and waiting room physical distancing for COVID-19 were thorough and thoughtful. My appointment with Jamie for cleaning and preventative care was, as always, pleasant, and my follow up appointment with Dr Nickoles is scheduled quickly by Rachel who also sets up adequate reminders for future appointments. Other family members are seen by this practice with similar positive experiences.

She is the best dentist I have ever had. She is caring, compassionate and painless. I travel 1000 miles from Florida every 6 months so I can get the best dental care ever. I have nothing but good to say about Eleisha Nichole’s prompt and professional care. I have been going into her office since she took over Bill Shivlans practice. I just had a crown put in and the wait was minimal and the procedure was painless as usual. This is the second crown she has done for me. I couldn’t have picked a better dentist and that includes her office staff and technicians that work there. As always I and my husband have been extremely satisfied.

Dr. Nickoles and her staff were courteous and professional. I felt cared for and listened to. I was impressed with the technology used including an oral cancer screening that I have never been offered at any other dentists office. I was especially pleased with the ease and comfort of the x-rays taken. The process was painless. No need to put uncomfortable x-ray film holders in my mouth. I was also impressed with the thoroughness of the exam including multiple pictures of my mouth and the documenting of my general oral health.I highly recommend Dr. Nickoles office for your dental needs and I am actually looking forward to my next visit.
