A lady came to the door an gave me an email address and a 1800 number wow that place is a hot mess but the lady was very nice

Its like they have there phone off of hook you cant get through I know there busy but Ive been waiting 3wks for my payment I got approved and 4 payment s sent on the 22 I havnhav received a card or anything I am struggling here I know Im not the only one who has issue s but they could do a lot better
