Great friendly people to work with. Not so good training methods.
I was a victim of the hospital closures here recently & this was my very first application - with Williams Lea. I was impressed by the job description and pay rate. They sent me an email to set up a interview and about a week later I attended it. The position offered was a midnight shift that I could not take due to having the bus as transportation temporarily. The interviewer, Gabrielle Fillon, told me no worries they could place me in another department with the hours I need given there were many open positions. She said the next day I would receive an assessment (not graded, just scaled) and this is where it went south. I waited 2 weeks for this assessment and I had to send numerous emails and call the recruiting office to which no one answered. Finally I got an email and they still did not understand my simple question of where is the assessment so I can take it. They sent it to me a couple days later. I completed and sent them back. That was the last time I ever heard from them again. This was 12 weeks ago. I cant even say how many calls Ive made and how many emails Ive sent in this time to the recruiters. Ive sent emails begging for someone to contact me - literally begging. This was absolutely the worst hiring process I have ever experienced and after awhile I just gave up on wanting to work there until I got an email today saying I was not selected for the position I originally applied for. Well I know that after 3 months but its also a slap in the face I dont understand it at all and I confided in them considering I was in the process of losing my long term career. I cannot believe how unprofessionally this was handled.
Great place to work
