My package is way overdue.A much needed prescription. Paid $21 for expedite shipping. Said it was delivered but hasnt yet been received

Went to Fedex on 10/5/17 9:30am, I dont ship much, so today I had to overnight a $3000 Laptop and had some dumb questions so all I got was answers by a very irritable employee with an attitude. Next time, I will seek out UPS.

Terrible. This is not the first time the driver has just pulled up and left a note saying he was here-without ever botherng to ring the doorbell etc. I had a package I had to have-and they made NO attempt to deliver it. Waiting a second day and getting no answer from them again. Ive notified the company that uses them-I only have this issue with fedex.

Very rude customer service from tall heavy set dark haired woman who out a sign in the window at that red closed between 2 and 3 p. M. Then a notice that all transactions must be completed by 2 p. M. Funny thing is that you Google it and no matter what or where including the corporate hours its 7 all the way through until closing there is no closing time between 2 and 3. This person is making up their own rules and their own schedule so when you take an hour out of my business time to drop off a package and I have to wait an extra hour because some big woman decides she wants to eat lunch? Im sorry that is absolutely unacceptable and my corporate account is going elsewhere. Very very disappointed.

Consistently fail to deliver items on time. Im lucky if they deliver it at all. I wish sellers would stop pretending like FedEx is a viable courier.

There are 2 homes with same house numbers in our neighborhood . They are on different streets. We have our number on our house, the other doesnt. Our package was left at the other house on the different street. It was there a week before I decided to look there. He is not the kind of guy to call you. Why leave it there if you dont see a number? Lazy driver?

I was very impressed by this location. Not only was I in a time crunch to get 7 very large packages shipped immediately, I showed up 30 minutes before closing on a Friday night. The fed ex location in Wheeling was organized and got the job done. The entire experience was made a pleasure by the counter associate Jennifer. She knew exactly what she was doing, found the correct box sizes, helped package, tape, and label my shipment, and billed everything electronically. Needed assistance emailing a shipping label to a company since i had never done it before, both employees male and female, cant remember their names since they rudely broomed me out without even trying to assist me. They both were really rude and acted annoyed to do their job. I was told we cant help you youll have to come back tomorrow to do what i needed because it would take to long. Complete jokes!!!! Never had problems using FedEx for years but will never again!! Seriously complete jokes!

They were very kind, however the overnight package that needed to get at our destination in a HURRY the next day, could not be delivered until monday. We sent it out friday evening. For overnight it cost me $79.58 at which it will not arrive until 3 days later due to no delivery in that area until monday. So why did I pay the OVERNIGHT SHIPPING COST???

Apparently, the drivers here can deliver equipment to an address one week, but the next the address doesnt exist. No problem, should be an easy fix right? Not a chance with Fed Ex. You have to dial the 1-800 number for Fed Ex as the local number is not available. Service staff was unable to connect me with anyone in Wheeling to assist the driver, nor could they give contact anyone to assist the driver. Nobody in Wheeling would pick up for the CSR while I waited on hold. The CSR states that Fed Ex can not make outgoing phone calls if I left a number so I can get the driver to this location. Im basically left with no option to resolve this issue today. Very poor customer service.

I waited all day on my package. Fed Ex never showed up. I called at 6:00 pm, 7:00 pm and 8:00 pm about my package. They lied and said they was here. Now Im waiting longer and driving to their office to pick up the package to make sure I actually get it.
