We took an heirloom engagement ring in to have the stone reset and sized and it was done in under a week. Joe did amazing work and I could not be more pleased with my ring! Carol also helped me pick out the perfect wedding band that matched perfectly!

This store and it’s owners are one of the best stores our valley has! When it comes to our jewelry and needing repairs most chain stores send it out and you have no idea who’s hand your treasured piece is in or what they’re doing with it! With this store you do and their work is impeccable! On a previous visit to their store, Carol had looked at my Anniversary ring and informed me how badly it needed repaired, I had no idea! When I took it in to be repaired I also took in old pieces of gold to cash in, which paid for my ring repair! I had also asked to have my engagement ring made into a pendent to carry down to my daughter, Carol was very helpful in helping me find the right style of pendant for it. I just went yesterday to pick up my ring and pendent and both were beautiful and shining, Carol helped me to choose a beautiful 14k gold chain for it and Joe put the pendent on the chain then put it on me! They take the time with you, their goal is to work for their customers and for you to leave their store happy! They are definitely a 5 star plus jewelry store that we are lucky to have in Wheeling!

After seeing the amazing work that they did with my engagement ring there was no doubt in mind who I would trust with my grandparents wedding bands being soldered together, and the attention to detail is impeccable!

I recently had my engagement ring repaired and had a wonderful experience. The cost was lower than I had anticipated. They worked very quickly. I dropped it off on a Friday afternoon and it was ready by Wednesday morning. Repairs are done in house so you dont have to wait for it to be shipped back and forth. The entire staff seemed extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It was clear that they actually care about their customers. My ring came back looking brand new! I decided to get out an old watch I haven’t worn in several years and see if it can be revived. They put in a new battery, a few screws in the back plate and a new band, now I have my old new watch again and it looks just like it was when I purchased it. They have great service and excellent workmanship, I defiantly recommend them.

He fixed these three watches is under an hour the black Kenneth Cole needed 2 batteries the middle is just a cheap Armitron needing a battery, but the one on the right was my grandfathers, the band was worn out so he replaced it with one that was almost exactly like the last so it looks grearlt and he used the original clasp. My Grandfather was a Marine infantryman in the Philippines! Enough said.

I have depended on Jewelry & Watch Co. many times. They have put watch batteries in at least 15 watches for my family - and were quick and quite reasonably priced. Recently, my mom passed away and my sister and I both took rings that belonged to her to have them repaired and resized and they are absolutely beautiful - like brand new! My husband needed a repair on a watch and some new batteries. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful! They couldnt fix his watch without a certain piece provided by the original makers but they were able to provide a new watch band instead that matched very closely and looked equally sharp. My husband was elated!But for all that, the REAL TREAT in all this is that they will actually sell you watch batteries - not try to pressure you into some lifetime battery replacement thing like the last big box jewelry store where he took a watch.All joking aside, these are some fabulous folk here with fantastic service and great, truly quality products. Theres a reason we love to shop local and these type of wonderful people and businesses are it.

I recently purchased a couple of gold chains with cross at Jewelry and Watch Repair. Not being one with much knowledge of jewelry I was very impressed with the knowledge and help I received. They were very helpful and took the time to explain their merchandise and tailored to my needs. I also took my Fiancées Diamond ring their to be remounted and although it wasn’t purchased there they again took the time to explain the process and how they can make the mounting stronger. Wonderful service!! My wedding band was stuck in a warehouse because of COVID19. I was able to get my wedding band the day before my wedding but because the store I got my ring from does not do the sizing at the store, I had to go somewhere else. I called Jewelry and Watch Company and was told to bring it in and he would see what he could do. They were able to take my ring and size it for me within two hours while also polishing my engagement ring for me. This was also done at a great price. I am so appreciative and couldn’t thank them enough! Support small businesses and shop local! This is a wonderful business and I will continue to be a customer of their’s!!

We began dealing at the Jewelry and Watch Company upon recommendation of my husband’s mother. She loved jewelry and thought this company was the best. We totally agree! I developed a problem getting my rings over my knuckles due to arthritis. They suggested that I have my stones mounted on hinged bands, so that I wouldn’t have to put them over my knuckles at all. I can now wear my rings with no issues. They have checked my rings and done maintenance on them. I would recommend them to everyone. The merchandise they carry and create is absolutely gorgeous! They seem to know exactly what items you might be interested in. The quality compares to no one else.

I took my diamond in to be checked. I love this ring and have worn it for several years without putting any upkeep into it. I had loose diamonds and worn prongs. Joseph described it as a nice car with bald tires! Lol. So, the Master Jeweler went to work on it! Wow, it looks “BRAND NEW!” Talk about “SPARKLE! I had a jewelry emergency! My Italian Horn necklace was broken and I needed it fixed ASAP to ward of the Mallochio. Since Joe is also Sicilian, he knew just how dire my situation was. I walked into his store at 4:40 unannounced and even though he had to leave for an appointment, he fixed the original problem, and repaired an issue I didnt know about. Many years ago I had a strand of pearls that belonged to my ex-husbands mother. I entered the Jewelry & Watch Co for the first time.
