This was by far the best experience weve ever had with any Verizon store! Not only were they very knowledgeable they are unbelievable helpfull they went above and beyond, when we left my husbands phone could not make calls everything else worked just fine it would go straight to a error code so I returned to figure out was going on and Torre spent the next 35 min on hold with customer service for us so we could figure it out and it was nothing to do with the phone but actually Verizon. This will be the only store we ever deal with again

He is a very knowledgeable professional that helped with every step of the process. He made it very easy for my transition to a new phone as I am not the most knowledgeable. Thank you very much for the great service we received.

The associates at Verizon helped me find exactly what I was looking for and were prompt and courteous.

Gave my dad my old LG G7 so he could upgrade his phone and he was charged $20 and treated awful by Torre. Very rude and acted annoyed that they even came in the store. Customer service definitely needs improvement.

Good customer service, but thats about it. Very limited selection of phones and accessories. Because they are not owned by Verizon, they do not honour the same sales and promotions that Verizon advertises. Way overpriced. They did not give me any problem returning a crappy phone charger I had bought there for almost $40 (and they were very helpful the day i bought it), so like i said, good customer service, but I would recommend driving a few extra miles to the Verizon store at the Highlands.
