Found this cleaning service online and called hoping for a fair price and most important quality cleaning. Criswell cleaning service surpasses my detailed quality check after completion and was the first company who has in the area after trying several other company’s. The company owner is is a very nice woman who owns the company and also performs work herself with her team which is rare to see but she seems to care for her clients need and is very professional. This is the first review I ever wrote but she worked hard on the task I gave her and earn my respect and I just wanted to give her recognition for a job well done. Criswell cleaning service will always be my first call for any my cleaning needs. Thanks again for all your hard work and dedication to the big project you took care of for me.

This woman stole money from me. I should have known to not pay before services complete. She didnt even clean the downstairs of the house. Do not hire this woman. Shes a total fraud.

I have other cleaners before and they had missed a few things but mrs criswell went above and beyond my expectations she was very polite and on time as well she gave me a more than fair price and did everything i asked and then some my house is the cleanest it’s been for a while her attention to detail was on point and she had cleaned a-lot of little things i did expect her to i would recommend her and her staff to family and friends and i look forward to steadily coming back i just wanted to say thanks and look forward to more business with her company in the future thank you for your service

Mrs criswell came and gave me a estimate which I had several done but her price was fair and didn’t force me with rules that top knotch had and other cleaners imposed just to have my house cleaned. She came on time for estimate, sent me a very detailed itemized contract which listed everything in detail I wanted cleaned at a flat rate for each service. Her and her crew was very polite and did a fine job cleaning. I come off a little picky but she passed my walk thru test with no problem. My test is basically above doors and windows below toilet and anything easily overlooked. Thank your for your work and dedication to get it done on time before my mother arrival. I must admit I was very disappointed in the service I received. When Cynthia came to give me a quote I explained to her that I wanted a spring cleaning meaning everything scrubbed down except for the walls and ceilings. She did not do the doors or windows on the doors, was supposed to clean the inside of my cabinets in the kitchen (did not do this), she did not do the baseboards going up the stairs or any baseboard or doors upstairs. She was supposed to help organize my closets and only did 2 closets (I have 6). She was supposed to take things off my walls and also clean all the nicnacs on the walls (did not do). Did not clean anything on my living room or bedroom tables ( example: lamps, etc.). She was supposed to show up on Thursday at 10:00; didnt show up at all. She was supposed to show up on Friday at 9:30; got here at 11:00. She was supposed to show up on Saturday at 9:30 to finish the job; got here at 10:00. I showed her how she didnt do the blinds very well in the living room but she did not fix that. I would never have her back. Unfortunately, I paid her what she asked for because I am a person of my word and I should not have. Bad experience. Unreliable, undependable and did not do the job she was hired for.
