Not really great for normal people but it was acceptable. Personnel were helpful and nice. Open 24 hours to pick up your shipments.

To put pallet in to warehouse they ask $100. 3fits will cost $100 ? They dropped near garage doors. Unbelievable.

The phone rings perpetually and no one answers. The worse customer service. Took a day off work in order to receive my order. They changed the date on the portal without telling me. I screen shot my previous delivery date as evidence. I hardly write reviews, this is only my 2nd one. Thats how bad this service is.

Waited for Customer service on the phone more than 30mins, worst service, one simple question they beating around the bush and never get the answer.

I agree, no one answers the phone at any of the terminals.Customer service says the wait time to speak to someone is 30 minutes.NOW THAT IS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICEON TOP OF THAT THEY LOST MY SHIPMENT

Terrible delivery company. Had a vanity delivered, wasnt home. And they basically dropped the vanity in front of the garage. Leaving it broken, a piece missing that is not even with the vanity. And the mirror didnt even come with it. Dont ever have this company deliver anything!!! And they wrote on the paper, left in good conditon. Which it was not!

Drivers specially the younger ones are nice people.they They need better quality control on how the dock handles freight. I prefer it a day after promised even 2 days but damaged.No.

Im not sure which location is the one who keeps delivering but Im having a very good experience with this company! Everyone is so nice, patient, and helpful. Seriously, the most polite delivery men Ive worked with.

My freight has been sitting since Friday morning in a warehouse. Its still sitting costing me a lot of money per day. I would not recommend this company if you need your delivery fast.

Parking is horrible and a bit unorganized. They need a bigger place.

YRC is not going to make their forecast this year and are RE-CLASSING fright to make up for their poor performance BUYER BEWARE
