I’ve been going here for paint and body work for years and have never been let down. Jerry and Patrick charge extremely reasonable prices and do great work. The best part is that they’re very honest about what work needs to be done, and won’t suggest unnecessary work just to jack up the bill. I just bought a used 2018 Chevy Volt and saw that the hood was misaligned which caused it to hit another panel and rip the paint off. Patrick got me an appointment within 24 hours, straightened the hood out, and touched up the chips in just a couple hours. Of course I hope I don’t have to get more paint or body work done ever again, but when the time comes, I know where I’ll go.

Honda wanted to charge me $500 to replace my passenger side mirror. Jerrys quoted me at only $200!! AND I got a nice discount for paying cash. I worked with Patrick was so nice. He got the mirror (new, from Honda) in 2 days and installed it in 15 minutes. I was SO happy with the job he did I recommend him to everyone.

Took my 2014 Nissan Altima there after being referred by a friend. I was struck by another driver and was given an estimate for repairs to my car by the insurance company. They were able to do the work for what the insurance covered and didnt charge me a dime out of my pocket. They walked me through every step of the process and even gave me phone calls to let me know how the repairs were going. I couldnt have been happier with the work and the helpfulness they provided me. This shop provided me the small business atmosphere that I look for. Definitely recommending Jerrys Auto to my friends and colleagues.

Insurance company had me take pics of my bumper after someone hit me and gave me a low ball estimate to repair it. These guys put a new one on and it looked great. Good work

Great shop for paint services!

Big huge scam artists!!!!!! My insurance sent my car there after my car was in an accident. They had my car for 2 months and did a terrible terrible job. I told them from the start I do not care how long they have the car as long as it gets done CORRECTLY, but was it done correct??? NOPE!!!!!! Doors wont open and close properly, cant close my window its end of Nov in Chicago I NEED my window closed, paint job does not match the color, they left nasty greasy finger prints all over the interior, and many other things. When we nicely started showing these flaws to the owners son Patrick he totally flipped out and started a huge argument. We went back a week later after being told it was ready and this time we talk d to the owner Jerry and when we asked why the doors still wont open and close he totally flipped out too telling us either we remove our car by noon the following day or he was placing a lien on the vehicle then we will NOT get the car back. They did clean the finger print stains but it looks terrible still because they only spot cleaned it and now theres water marks everywhere. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! Worst place ever!!!!

Perfect place to get any auto work done. Super friendly staff kept me in the loop every step of the way, profusely apologized for any delay and backs their work 110% No hassle no bs just good people doing good work for a good price. Could NOT have asked for a better place to get the work needed done on my car!

Great auto body shop; got price gouged by a different collision center, local to me but these guys were able to complete the work quickly on my honda civic and with what my insurance paid out without any hassel. The repairs and paint job work look great.Will make the drive again from the far NW suburbs. Felt like walking into a family garage. Thanks again!

Very shady owner who doesn’t give you full details of additional work that needs to be done. Doesn’t explain what’s going on and just assumes that customers understands insurance estimates and doesn’t call to communicate or negotiate prices before beginning on the additional work. Agreed on one price and due to all the ‘extra work’ needed, rose the price up 3X at the final invoice without consulting the customer first. Had I known he would charge me my full insurance estimate, I would’ve gone to other body shops to request quotes. There’s no paper trail or receipts given either (cash only), so if anything happens to your car after the fact...you’re kinda screwed cause they can either 1) act like they didn’t do anything wrong, 2) charge you more to fix it later even though it was their faulty work in the first place. Also, pretty sure they use used, discounted or super cheap materials to fix your car, and doesn’t use new parts even though they say they do order new ones. Rude, incompetent and really bad business practices here. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Without inspection, they quoted twice as much vs. other shops. Told me to take to other shops. High price and unwilling to do business is a bad combination.
