Replaced my front fender, bumper and light. Looks great! Did everything they said they would do and got it done when they said. Very professional. They even dressed my wheels. It’s the little things that make a big difference. I’ll go back and recommend them to anyone!

Your staff did their complete inspection of my mechanical needs and safety check. I was pleased to find out I passed my quarterly multipoint inspection with flying colors. As noted on your inspection I did have the wiper blades replaced and appreciated them identifying several body and rust issues.Bill you must know this truck of mine has over 225,000 miles and has become a item I cannot think of giving up.Knowing your shop is there to correct any mechanical or body issues is very reassuring.After consideration I decided to go ahead and have the wipers replaced and to correct those body and rust repairs your staff recommended. The truck was returned washed repaired and spotless. The old Colorado just may run another 225,000 miles when I have the great team at Dicks Auto Repair to handle all my pit stops. Dicks was recommended to me by State Farm. My Jeep was rear-ended and needed a good amount of work. The service I got was impeccable. Fast, courteous, honest and fairly priced. Replaced the entire back of the Jeep in a weeks time. Even gave it a wash, replaced a hubcap and helped me price the vehicle as a bonus. Highest possible recommendation.

Many years ago I had a very positive experience at this business, but not this last time in late Aug. I was simply going to take the karma road, youll get what you give. Yet, being asked again for a local body shop recommendation, the name of this business was mentioned. And after reviewing the highlights of my negative experience, I was poked to post something, breaking my gossip and karma rule.This caution I offer is the manager chose to accept zero responsibility or liability that something could have happened during the work and process. In my book a positive customer experience is when a negative outcome occurs you can sense ownership and collaboration. An initial glimmer evaporated into total push back, even when presented with many details and documentation.Minimally, I wanted compensation for a shorted part, which amounted to 14% of my total out of pocket cost having a very good dealership figure out a very odd electrical problem. I knew this would evolve into drama when the dealership asked if any recent work was performed in an area which had been at this business. The manager showed no interest to review all the provided details, which are many. And, there are two sides to every disagreement.When the dust settled this shop indicated there was no possibility their work could have been causal. Given my many years employed as an electrical and network engineer, I wish my error ratio was as good.Its sad a shop I once often recommended will not be, by me.Hope your karma is better.

Honest, reasonably priced place. Does good work. Have had 2 mechanical things taken care of by them. (Not auto body)

The people are nice and explained things really well. We had two accidents with two separate vehicles. One was not salvageable. The other was but didnt put used parts since the parts were damaged. The people got new parts undamaged. The vehicle looked so good it didnt look like its was in an accident.

These guys are very professional and very friendly. They did some body work on my Volvo S80, after my daughters parking job went wrong. The body was restored to a perfect condition, you cant even tell there was any work done on the car. Very high quality of work!On the service side, theyve explained to me how the insurance process will work. They even helped me get a car rental from local Enterprise and they called Enterprise and had them come out and pick me up.Highly recommended!

I took in my Subaru to get the hood repaired when it was done it looked better then before the accident. I didnt know they had mechanical shop, til i say the sign so i had an oil change as well. Great guys and there prices are reasonable.

These guys helped me out big. The cord mechanism on the interior handle of my car door broke and these guys fixed it in a half hour. Super quick and great price too.

Worst Body shop!!!!!! Beware of this if you are going through insurance claim!i had my car hit from behind and they just fixed the bumper and denied to check for mechanical problems..... they do only cosmetic stuff! not worth.when i complained that my car is shaking and making noise after the accident BOB is asking me to pay money out my pocket not the insurance this sensless totally rediculous!! i think these people are tied up with insurance company and get business from State Farm not customer satisfactionand the owner was rude! and irresposnsible...may be he have lot of customersthat really sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!
