Good technicians. Poor customer service.

They were awesome! Cant thank them enough! Very nice and professional! Gave a good price for installation on a new furnace! They made sure they explained everything to us! Even explained the maintenance we should do and where to get the items we need!

Wonderful service. Just had an inspection and the technician took his time to do the work. Not rushed in any way. Took time to explain what was done and answered all my questions. They are prompt. Arrived promptly at the pre-scheduled time.

Our furnace went out over the weekend (Saturday afternoon) within five minutes of placing a call to Mountain Aire my call was returned. Charles was the house quickly, id’d the problem and was able to get the parts needed and had us warm and cozy in no time. Very polite and professional, great work and will recommend them!

Upon awakening on one of the coldest days on record, we found our house sitting at 58 degrees. I called a few other places and found the wait time to be in days before an available appointment. I called Mountain Aire and was asked if we currently had heat. I let them know that we did not. The technician was here in less than half an hour from my call. He quickly diagnosed the problem and retrieved the piece we needed. Within less than 2 hours of my call we had our heat restored. He was courteous, quick, and knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable.

They originally installed the furnace five years ago. Came out the same evening Id called. Unfortunately the blower motor had failed and a part had to be ordered. I received a follow up call the next day and they finished the job a day earlier than the original estimate. Turned out there was a ten year warranty on the part and it ended up with no charge to me. I couldnt be happier.

Mountain Air Heating & Air Conditioning was wonderful. My A/C went out after there normal business hours Tracy called me back that night and Jordan was there @ 7:45 am and my app wasnt until 8 am. I would highly recommend them if you have a problem . Thank you for great service. And I forgot to add prices are very fare.

Im selling my home and I found I had an issue with my whole house air conditioning system. Mountain aire came to the house to look at it and identified an electric fan motor as the issue. In waiting for the call back from the parts supplier, the technician charged me $100 service call and said they will let me know about the part. Two hours later I receive a call that they cant get the part, and I need a whole new system that would cost about $3500. I understood and thanked them for their time. In getting another HVAC company to look at the same system the very next day, I had it fixed with new parts in under an hour. Talk about feeling cheated as a customer. I will never recommend Mountain Aire for anything. They should feel ashamed!! I wonder how many others they have done this too.

Was very upset about the craziness with my hot water heater, but they stuck it out, and made it right!! Thank you, thank you!! Big kudos for the fix!1Holli Russell
