I highly recommend Janell & Brows By Design. Janell is incredibly talented, thoughtful and very precise. I over-tweezed in the 90s and have been insecure about my (lack of) eyebrows for a long time. At first, I was nervous about the thought of microblading, but Janell explained the process and science to me during our consultation, and I was totally comfortable going for it! I couldnt be happier with my eyebrows! My eyebrows are beautiful and look totally natural. If youve been on the fence about microblading, go for it! Its worth it and Janell is the best!!!

Janell is amazing. I just finished my touch up and I am so happy. She took the time to listen and made sure I was 100% happy. I now have the natural brows of my dreams! Ive had this done before and wanted a touch up... Most unorganized, unprofessional person Ive met in the beauty industry.Not only was she late but even parked in a handicapped spot when she did arrive..😳It gets worse from here but Ill spare you. If she thinks this little of a new customer and disabled persons right off, thats all I should have paid attention too.What was I thinking..P.s. no placard... no handicapped plates..Im sure she has a reason but as a person with disabilities I just cant see a reason why she would do that..

I did quite a bit of research on the options and am so glad I found Natalie. We met for an initial consultation and then booked the microblading appointiment, which lasted three hours as she carefully and confidently mapped my eyebrows before microblading. The procedure was painless and relaxing and she communicated with me every step of the way. Today I returned for the 1-month touchup (2 hours) and Im just as thrilled as ever. Natalie has been doing this work for a long time; shes a pro. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Ive never had great service like Natalie provides. She is extremely professional and such a nice person! The reason for my visit was to get a consultation on removing the pigmentation of a really bad microblade job I had done months before contacting her. We set up a consult appt for her to check my brows out. As soon as I walked into her shop I could just feel I was in the right place. It is very clean, organized and the vibe you get just makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. The consult went great! She informed me on how the process would work to remove the pigment and answered any questions or concerns I had. Since then I have seen her twice and her professionalism and friendliness hasnt changed a bit. Its awesome that she explains everything she is doing while she takes supplies out and sets up so that way you are comfortable with the process. And always making sure your comfortable or asking if you need anything. I would ABSOLUTELY reccomend her to anyone that is looking to have services done. I cant wait til the removal process is done and we can start on the actual microblade process to get new brows. Ive seen alot of previous work done and let me tell you this woman definitely knows what she is doing and is confident while doing it!!! Check it out the work is amazing!!!
