I needed some fire mitigation done at my house in Evergreen. I called A1 and they gave me a quick estimate over the phone. They showed up when the said they were going to show up, did the work they said they were going to do, did an excellent job, and charged me what they said they were going to charge. Very professional, very thorough, kept their promises, and easy to work with. That is very rare in the mountain communities. I highly recommend A1.

Dave and his crews have been coming out to our place in Parker twice a year for many years, even though we are not in his normal service area. We usually do Fall/Spring clean-up and then have a list of other things. Tree pruning/removal, sprinkler adjustment/repair, window washing, mulch replacement. We just did some heavy furniture moving inside the house..A Couple of years ago he designed and planted our formal Windsor garden, providing all the plants and irrigation.If you want something done, by a bunch of intelligent, energetic and physically capable guys, A1 home helper is the place to go. Dave is the owner and leader, logically planing the days work to efficiently get it done. I only wish we were close enough for him and his guys to do our summer mowing and maintenance.Cant say enough good things, and his prices are reasonable too.

I have been a customer of Daves for several years now. He is always responsive and his employees, who work along side him, are thorough and efficient. I have hired A1 Helper for various tasks: window washing, gutter cleaning, sprinkler repair, mowing and aerating. He always does an outstanding job and I highly recommend him.

A1 Home Helper was very prompt, efficient and extremely helpful. I had them come out to do a “Spring Cleaning” and while there I mentioned my sprinkler system had not worked since I had purchased the home in 2010. The Lead Supervisor looked into it at no charge and actually got them functional. They came back and replaced a couple of head and wha la I didn’t have to use the hose once! And the cleanup was great! We will be using them again on some rental property we have. And there pricing was very reasonable.

Dave & his team are great. Organized, looking to provide you good deals to promote good business and also, take the time to take note of any issues your yard might have and suggest potential solutiong to you.

Good quality but we experienced very poor customer service. When trying to work through the miscommunications (due to unclear expectations set by the owner) owner was very negative and uncooperative resulting in us paying for work that we specifically did not request. We will not be working with A1 Home Helper again.
