Pulled up to use a vacuum and had to take a sec to respond to a text, I was sitting there less than four minutes when the owner/manager walked right up to my cracked window then yelled hey! Get out of here, no passing time in my car wash, you need to go! And was ushering me to drive away without even asking if I was planning on using the vacuum or anything. I could understand doing this if there were a line and it were busy but there was no one else there, it was slow. Definitely the rudest worker Ive encountered in a long time.

I have used the touchless and the manual. The manual had plenty of pressure (unlike many other washes) and both did a good job.I had some minor trouble with the soap, but I mentioned it to the attendant and he was incredibly friendly and helpful. Thesetype of carwashes break constantly, just let them know!

Got the 8 dollar wash at the auto wash side.Car came out almost as dirty as it went in.Blow dry at the end does almost nothing as well.

I recant my previous review. I apologize. I was reviewing the wrong carwash. This place is in a great location and everything worked as it should. The one on 52nd and ward is the place that stole my money.

I always have issues with this car wash. Vacuums dont work or not very well. Wash took coins and didnt count them toward cost. Gold coins coming out instead of quarters in change dispenser. And the drive thru wash door not ever opening after paying and losing that money. Very frustrating.

Terrible car wash! Caused severe damage to my hood when the hanging sprayers decided to hit it instead of clean it! And of course they arent responsible for their poorly maintained equipment damaging your car. I will make sure to tell every person I see pulling in there to go somewhere else and I will show them the damage this car was caused! Absolutely terrible. Cant wait to do everything I can to make sure they dont ruin another car again!

The card reader for the auto wash is so low I had to pull my 4 Runner forward and open the door to use it.. Then I couldnt read anything in the screen. Not the best layout for taller vehicles. The$8 wash was decent. It didnt clean under the rear spoiler, or the wheel wells that great, but the rest of the vehicle was sufficiently cleaned. 4 Stars for convenience of location and quick in and out.

I had no idea this place even existed!!! I love it. They took care of my car and it was cheap for a lot of services. I usually pay the same price for just a car wash at other places. My car came out looking brand new again, inside and out. It was pretty quick as well and you get to watch your car so you can ensure all goes well. I’m coming back for sure!

Consistently will have high pressure soap and soap brush not working. I recently had to mash the stop button for about 30 seconds before it’d stop charging me.

Damaged my car with their poorly maintained touchless wash! And the car wasnt even clean after!

This place is just a waste of time, and it isn’t worth those $10 I was charged

It was Ok my truck still had dirty spots after using scrub brush and rinsing thoroughly just had to wipe dry to get off left over dirt marks.

The system is set up to still, you put the money, the time start running and the washing start like 10 seconds later, there was no soap for brush and every change of cicle it takes like 10 seconds to change but the time still running.

It puts water out of the spray gun after you put money in the box. The vaccum is about as good as blowing around your car with your mouth.Feel like Im going to to have drugs sold to me at any second when Im there. The 7-11next door is your one shimmering hope that there is still a society that is functioning after you gingerly pull out of the mechanical wash

They over charged when using my CC. Wont happen again and I will contact BBB about it, plus my CC issuer.

RIP OFF. Every bay eats your quarters. When you are able to get the machine to take your quarters the time is not accurate. The time on the bay wall doesnt match the time on the machine. You never get the amount of time they say your suppose to get for each added quarter. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

The card reader didnt work. I ended up paying for my car wash THREE times!!!! I would not recommend this business! I was unable to reach anyone when I called. Bad for business!

Do NOT go here for any reason!!!! They charged me for the $8 wash when I selected the $7 wash. No soap, no spot free rinse, no dryer!!! No one answers the phone when you call either...total waste of time and money. These people are thief’s and they know it!!!

Horrible!When I pulled into the bay I noticed that they had a bug remover as one of the option you can choose when washing your vehicle. I have been looking for a car wash with that feature because it is difficult to find.However, I put my money in and selected the bug remover option and the water that came out just spit and the pressure was very low. It did not remove the stuck on bugs from my car. I switched the dial to other options like high pressure soap, rinse and tire cleaner. Not one of the options gave me any pressure. I stood there wasting my time and money waiting for the pressure. Hoping that the bug remover would actually start removing the bugs from my car. It never did.I called the number on the sign to tell them about my experience and the number turned out to be for the company that supplies the soap but not the actual owners of this worthless car wash!Come here ONLY IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!!

All but one of the self service bay credit card readers are broken. Money has been stolen from me at the card readers (when they work), the bill changer, where you deposit tokens, and Ive been overcharged at the drive through. I feel like an idiot for coming here so many times over the years. The drive through wash didnt work well the last time I used it a year ago. Despite the terrible rating of this place, it still looks like some some of the 5 star reviews here are fake.

Love that its touchless

If you use a credit card it charges you an extra dollar and gives you a receipt for the credit of $1 for the next time but when you go back the code doesnt even work. The code on the receipt is longer than what the machine recognizes. I would rather not be charged extra in the first place. When you are waiting the door doesnt close so if there is somebody in front of you getting a wash you cant roll down your window until they are out. Its just time consuming.

A very typical do it yourself car wash. I would have given it 3 stars but Im taking one away because when I attempted to purchase a wet towel to wipe off my interior surfaces, the vending machine took my 4 quarters and did not dispense my product!

Got the $14. Wash, windshield looks the same dirty almost as if unwashed! Top of car and glass of moonroof look unwashed as well. VERY DISAPPOINTED! #NOT HAPPY

Three major issues were discovered while washing my car. The first issue was the time discrepancy I lost a minute and a half just from wrong timekeeping. The second was at the foam brush did not work at Hall and lost another minutes and the third being the soap high-pressure wash also could not emit any soap. No phone number was found and finally had to use Google in order to find a phone number to complain.

The head of one of the scrub brushes came off the other day while I was using it and scratched my car! Wasnt happy about that. Theres always at least one bay down. Its more expensive to use a card, and Im not supporting this place anymore. Oh ya the parking lot/driving area is never clean, and the potholes are outrageous.

Actually, no stars from me. Went to the automated car wash. If you use a credit/debit card, you are forced to buy the $8 wash. I tried two times and the car wash never worked. And I was actually charged $10 two times. Left a message. Waiting for a phone call back.

As soon as I pulled in the owner started grilling me about if if I was going to use the car wash or just dump and run? Its customary to remove trash, vacuum, then wash a vehicle. Dont waste your time here. Vacuum cleaner is $1,twice as much as other places. Customer service is very poor!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!This car wash is absolutely terrible! Their bill changer does not give quarters, but instead gives chuck-e-cheese like tokens that are rejected by their machines more often than theyre accepted. I put the same coins into the machine 10 or more times before they would finally get taken. The machine will start counting down after it works up the courage to accept 8 tokens, then waste your time and money while it rejects more. Oh, and dont think of using your card, either. The credit card reader will charge your card and not credit it to the machine, then you will have to call the owner and ask for a refund. Theyre unable to access credit card transactions, and will send you cash through the mail.. Once the machine does get going, it takes over 30 seconds to dispense the product through the gun. At $1/minute, this is completely unacceptable.This car wash will waste your time and money, and leave you more frustrated then when you came in with a dirty car. Go somewhere else!

Vacuums are cheap to use and powerful. Only thing I would like to see is for them to accept debit/credit cards.

Fancy new automated carwash out of soap again... I paid $6 for a high pressure rinse. No phone number is posted at the carwash to call for help.

Absolutely awful. Card only lets you run $2 transactions at a time. I had to swipe my card 5 times to get through my wash. On top of that, the foam brush scratched the living hell out of my $40,000 truck. BEWARE!

This is the second time I have come to this carwash and lost money. It seems like they must have alot of malfunctions here and they just dont bother to fix them. I called the number listed online this time so well see if that comes to anything. I thought the 1st time maybe it was just something they hadnt had time to fix. Things happen after all, but I wont be back after this experience. After getting my money eaten by the machine here, I tried ColoradoAutoWash. Its on 64th and Ward. They have a decent automatic wash for $5 and free vacuums. Best of all they have a real person on sight.

The touchless wash does a good job for 8 bucks.

I would give this wash zero stars if I could. The first thing wrong with this wash is that the price is listed at $8.00, but upon further inspection of my bank account I noticed I was charged $10.00. Not only that but they charged my card twice for a total of $20.00. To make matters worse the car wash would not even turn on, so I didnt even get the wash I was charged twice for. I am still waiting on a callback (their voicemail even says to leave a message with the location and refund amount requested, so clearly this happens a lot) but I doubt I get one. Avoid this place because the only thing getting washed away here is your money.

The first time I used this wash I selected the $8 wash and it charged me $10, the second time I selected the $5 wash and it charged me $8 and doesn’t even blow your car dry. You’re better off using cash or washing yourself

Usually just blows air when you switch to the mag cloride cleaner,. Happens to me in different bays and on different days. Also not fond of it charging your card $8 for a $5 wash in the automated bay and giving you $3 back in quarters. Just charge the $5 in the first place.

The pressure washer was broken, and was only apparent after I paid $5. Then I moved one bay over and paid another $5, and this pressure washer had no power. $10 later, my vehicle looked worse then before the wash.
