I came to the Kipling branch and I paid to rent a car, over $1,000. then all of a sudden they couldnt find my money and said the was nothing they could do. even back said very specifically that the money went to their company. so what happened? end of the day, I still have no car, and Im still out $1,000. now I get to walk home and the employees inside especially the manager was doing nothing to help the situation. leaving it all on me to find the money. though I had seen a big green arrow saying payment accepted. so do not come here for anything short of a horrible experience. one of the worst costumer services Ive ever seen.

I love the amazing people who work here, they are always polite, helpful, and so friendly! My car was super clean and there was an extra chlorox wipe packet in the cup holder for me to clean any extra spots. They were super helpful in getting me back to my car at the repair shop after my rental was returned. Honestly, I’d rather rent here than anywhere else in CO. Last year I had hail damage, and had a similarly amazing experience...they even went out of their way to get me the same car that was being repaired so I would be comfortable. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Awesome experience! When we flew into Denver, we looked for a car to rent from 8 other locations, was turned away by all of them because we didnt have a credit card to use for same day rental. We almost have up on getting a rental, but Julia took the time to work with us and helped us get in a car within 10 minutes. Great customer service and overall a great experience. I would recommend anyone looking for a smooth rental experience to book at the Wheat Ridge location! (And talk to Julia, shes the best!)

Rented from budget four days in advance but they gave their cars away, and just had a minivan left when I was scheduled to pick up at 8 am, notified me at 7:30am. I rent cars for work so I can save gas money and pollute less since I drive a truck. Enterprise had a car ready to go in 20 minutes. Great sedan car, very clean, brand new. The staff was so kind and Danny A. was so nice and asked about my trip when I returned the car! I feel like they really care about their customers experience and safety.There is parking available in the back with cameras so I felt safe leaving my car overnight there as well. Not all rental places have parking for their customers, but this place has a big lot that is well lit.10/10 will rent again.

First time I rented with Enterprise at this location was mostly good, except for the manager who threatened to call the cops on me if I didnt have the car back at a certain time (when we had already agreed about the time).This most recent time was complete bs, although just now the manager (different one) gave me a fair discount when closing out.I had an economy car reserved for at least a month, it was confirmed on the Friday or Saturday before pickup (a Wednesday), then when I got there with my 4 year old, Mignon said that there were no cars. They offered a truck for the same rate but my insurance doesnt cover them and they get bad gas mileage. As I was waiting, a few other customers showed up and I saw at least three cars get dropped off. They offered me a BMW for $5 extra, but as I was waiting to see if it was covered by insurance, a minivan showed up. The minivan was covered, so when she came out I asked about the minivan.She told me it was reserved for someone else and I explained the car I reserved was given away and I was left without a car. She said she would ask the manager, she talked to another customer and then went inside. When she came out, she helped that customer before me (had been there for at least an hour at that point). Eventually she came back out and told me that it was okay with her manager to get the minivan and at the same rate.She took me to the car and did a walkthrough. She showed me the outside of the vehicle and showed me how to turn it on, she acted as though it was really important (both my kid and I were just tired at that point, rented it to get my mothers in a different state which we were leaving for the next morning). She said it was at an 1/8th of a tank and eventually agreed to bringing it back at 1/8th a tank and 10% off our total. Got my kid in the car and myself, then realized she didnt give me a paper copy of the agreement and there wasnt a registration in the vehicle. Went back in and asked about the agreement and registration, she gave me the printed copy and told me I could use it for registration.We left at about two hours after arriving for a simple pickup.On our way, I was tired and it was getting dark so we stopped at a hotel. When I pulled into the hotel parking lot, I realized that the front right headlight was out. My mom called customer service about what to do about the headlight while I was on the road and they gave her a place that could fix it but didnt answer. When I arrived, I called the customer service as well and they were said wed have to pay for the headlight ourselves. I then called this Enterprise that I picked up at and the assistant manager said Firestone has a contract with Enterprise so I could go to a local one. They were all permanently closed.I then called the local Enterprise where my mom is and they immediately helped us with a shop that was blocks away and fixed it within 30-45 minutes. Thankfully for that Enterprise, we were able to be safe and legal on the road.I was to drop off the vehicle two days ago but decided to keep it for an extra day (called them and manager Kelly said it was so and so extra dollars and was okay with her). I dropped off at a different location yesterday and they gave me and my child a ride home (with social distancing). I got a call from the manager Kelly from THIS Enterprise today to close out the drop off and I explained how there was $30.56 worth of extra gas in the car and I wanted a credit or refund of that amount because a) it was agreed to bringing it back at an 1/8th of tank b) the hassle I went through and c) it would literally just be giving them $30.56 for nothing. She said shed give me 15% off and the $30.56 back, I said okay, and she hung up on me. I wanted to ask about the final total cost/paperwork and when Id get it, so I called back on her extension she called me from. She let it ring at least 20x and I just hung up. I did get the final total cost paperwork a couple minutes later and she did put on the discounts as promised.This was the worst experience ever.

The rental car was due to an unfortunate car accident. I needed a big car to feel safe. I did not even have to ask for a large car they thought ahead for me. All employees were so kind and helpful. Enterprise worked well with my insurance for no gaps. I am grateful for the customer service.

Ive been renting from the company for a while now and seeing the consistency in the great guest service that your staff has provided makes it pleasant. Their interaction with me has been welcoming and genuine.They are very accommodating. The only complaint I have is that prices do not make sense. Example is that rental could cost $57 for an intermediate car and then the same car is $100+ if you plan to rent a day before you plan to rent a car.

Initially had a round trip rental and they gave me a Jeep Wrangler. The Jeep had an issue known as the Death Wobble where you hit a bump and the entire car starts to shake until you come to a complete stop. Not a great thing while driving on the interstate. Was told I could exchange it and they sent me to an Alamo/National to do so. They did not have any clean cars and told me it would be about 45 minutes until I could get another rental. I decided to end my rental with Enterprise and take a car from National as I could hop in one and make the reservation immediately. I had the car for 2 days out of my 7 day rental. Enterprise attempted to charge the full rental for 7 days with the last 5 days being changed to a Miscellaneous Charge for leaving the car in St. Louis even though it had defects. Odd that the 1 way trip fee was exactly equal to my original total rental amount. I called and asked them to get rid of the fee to which I was told they could change it to a $75 one way fee and reimburse me for the rest. I told them it didnt make sense to get charged a one way fee due to them giving me a defective car and not having a suitable replacement available. The manager on the phone sounded irritated at this, attempted to blame me for the defective car by saying that the last rental did not have this issue and then with a terrible attitude stated they would waive the fee and then promptly hung up on me. I will never be using Enterprise again and I would recommend using other rental car companies as this is the last of a bad string of customer service I have had from this company.

This particular Enterprise is extremely small, with a longer than expected wait for pick up and drop off. The Jeep Cherokee I received was near empty and was not cleaned. The vehicle itself ran great but a definite gas guzzler.

Kudos to Rachel and McKinley for securing a Chevy Express cargo van that was essential to moving a piece of gear out of state. Due to the scarcity of this type of vehicle a regular minivan was the suggested substitute though it would have made things difficult. They promised to stay on the lookout for the Express and to my great surprise the morning of the scheduled pickup there was the cargo van, all ready to go. Thanks!

Picking up the car took far too long. I will pick up at a different location next time. Return was Great. While driving we had a tire blow out and the phone conversation I had with the person trying to get road side assistance was appalling. She was beyond rude and horribly mean. Because of her I will likely never rent from enterprise again and will share my horrible experience with those I know who rent often. Thank you

This location did a beyond fantastic job working with my insurance company after an accident. Shockingly - Enterprise had a rental car ready before the insurance company’s tow truck arrived at the scene of my accident. They were all super friendly - Emma the manager was awesome - and they even managed to get me a really great pickup truck which was nicer than my own vehicle. It was also really nice having my Emerald Club membership automatically carried over on the reservation, super convenient.

Due to the pandemic we had to use the Wheat Ridge location for this rental. I will walk before going back to this store. I normally rent in Golden and Evergreen. After driving 40 mins to their location, they couldnt allow me to use their restroom due to Covid, despite the fact that we had been waiting for 45 minutes in the lot for the 1 person who was checking people into rentals got to us. They had at least 4 other employees standing around, 1 was just stopping people at the door rather than helping customers. I understand the pandemic but they should have been moving customers faster than they were. I watched 1 girl sit at a desk inside and never move. We needed to extend the rental and after calling the 800 number was informed that I had to speak to the location I rented from. I am a platinum member, rent all the time, and have always been able to extend my rental easily by calling the location I rented from. However I had been trying to reach them for days at this point. NO ANSWER AND NO WAY TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. Several days later I get a voice mail from someone at the store saying they were going to escalate this and contact the police if they didnt hear from me. I tried calling for another 4 days and finally they sent me the same nasty email and I was able to reply back. I explained that I have call records showing how many times I have called them over the past 2 weeks now, 1 week of trying before they contact me and now another week since the message was left for me. She called me again, and when I relayed the trouble I have had getting through to them she laughed and said we are busy. Well then maybe you shouldnt threaten customers without speaking to them. She left 1 voice mail and sent 1 email. I immediately tried calling back and immediately emailed back once I had her email. I am not a new renter. I have rented from them for years for more than 52 days a year and they know us well. This treatment was unprofessional and unacceptable. When your customers cant reach you because you arent answering your phones, you shouldnt leave threatening messages. Maybe try to reach out and make an honest attempt to before treating customers badly, or dont treat us bad at all would be a better idea. The staff here needs to get to work and not pass their lack of work off on customers. Answer the phones during business hours, get people in and outta there. We dont want to hang out watching employees stand around. Send them up to Evergreen, its a 1 man office and they always take care of us and still answer the phones! Very disappointed with the way I was treated in Wheat Ridge.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I got into an accident were the other driver was at fault. I had his insurance get me a car for a couple of weeks. The car I first picked had a NAIL in the tire. It could of busted on me when I was driving away. The tire pressure was very low which tells me they do not inspect there cars and I can see that now by some of the other reviews! The second car I got was not clean at all. Sammie had did the damage wavier with me ensuring I needed insurance with them for my rental and that the guys insurance company would cover it. I returned my car a week early and to my surprise I got a collection bill sent to me a few days after for $500!!!!! So I called Emma which is the supervisor mind you, she said well his insurance didnt cover it and there was nothing she could do since it was already billed she was very rude and said well you should of contacted us earlier. Well excuse me miss Emma for having a job and a life and not getting back to you within a fews days! Terrible customer service. I plan on calling corporate and will update this review when I do. This location has scammers as employees.

We recently had to have one of our vehicles repaired that took longer than first anticipated. The repair took about seven weeks. We ended up going through a few different rental vehicles with Enterprise. The people at the Wheat Ridge office on Kipling St where awesome to deal with! They did everything they could to make us happy with our rental experience. We will be going back to them again when we need a rental!

Mignon of the Wheat Ridge office in Colorado should be fired immediately. She is incompetent, inconsiderate and uneducated. She brought me a poorly maintained vehicle with little gas after having me wait for 40 minutes for her to pick me up. I will never do business with that office again. I had to get a rental car after an accident. My insurance company booked me a rental from Enterprise but in Parker which is a long ways from my house. I was able to call the Kipling location and change my pick up there. I then called and asked if they could pick me up, which they could not. But never fear, they scheduled me an Uber on their dime and promptly picked me up. Because my insurance only covers a certain amount per day, and they were out of that grade, they gave me a free upgrade. They were helpful, polite and efficient. Ill always be using enterprise from here on out!

I called made reservations i asked for a Yukon or a Tahoe was told ok. I was told i would get a confirmation call the day before. I did not get a call. showed up all they had for me was a ford exertion we went over it the in side was a mess was told it was disinfected 3 times but there was dust dirt food crumbs spilled soda took it home took 2 hr to clean it. The Reason I am giving one stars is the attitudes some of the employees had plus me feeling like I am getting over charged. Me being told that things are free like mileage and tolls will be free when I pacificley asked before car left the lot. Also the main thing basically getting threatened saying if I’m not there at certain time that I will get escalations involved. You never talk to customers like that I wanted so bad remember what your logo is and Moto is that customers are first.Don’t get me wrong they have gave me discounts and helped me out a lot but I have been manager and customer service for years you don’t treat customers that way. I only rent from enterprise cause they are cheap and reasonable. Plus don’t like hertz there prices or there service . Well I hope upper management sees this and reaches out and get something for being treated with disrespect.Thank you

We had great customer service from this location! The customer service representative (I cant remember his name), was friendly and thorough. He even went far enough to wash our window of the vehicle again, he felt it was not clean enough. The next day he called to make sure that we were satisfied with the vehicle. The vehicle we rented was a mini van. It was clean, in great condition and ran perfectly the time we had it. Thank you for the great customer service, Enterprise!

I rented a car through this location while my car was in for repair as it was the preferred company of the insurance company.When I returned my vehicle I unfortunately forgot my golf clubs in the trunk. I called right when they opened the next morning to sit on hold for 5+ minutes multiple times before my calls were dropped. When finally reaching someone the vehicle my clubs were in was rented to someone else without the trunk being checked. I should add I called the night before, when I had realized but after they had closed, but there is no voicemail option. It’s been over two weeks now, Ive called regularly and was told my calls would be returned by a manager multiple times, only to be ignored and not called back a single time in over 2 weeks. I’ve currently been sitting on hold for over 7 minutes while writing this review. The customer service of this location is abhorrent for a company that pledges themselves on customer service.After my phone call was finally picked up I was told the vehicle was already returned and my items weren’t turned in and they wouldn’t assume any liability. After giving this location over 15 phone calls, to remind them about my issue and ask to be called back, to still not receive a call when the car was finally returned on a different date than I was told is completely ridiculous. Then to immediately go to assuming no liability instead of an apology for not only the loss of $2,000 worth of equipment but how the entire situation was handled, has left me with the absolute worst customer service experience in my life.

Check your itemized receipt from this location!!!This location tried to charge me $600 for adding my husband to my rental, a service that is provided free of charge at every other enterprise location!The enterprise franchise also called me to come in to renew my contract. Turns out they were only trying to do that so that they could obtain the payment from State Farm (my insurance company). My claim is not finished yet, my car is still in the shop, but they wanted me to take time out of my busy schedule to come in and renew the contract simply so they could be paid. They did not explain to me that this is what they wanted, instead, they tried to present it as the only option for me to continue with my rental and then when I asked more about it, they werent even sure if they could do that. Then, the staff wanted me to wait in the store while they called around to try and figure this out (their words, not mine.) Why call me and ask me to come in if you are not even sure what you are doing? This felt extremely unprofessional, and a waste of my time. I am noticing that enterprise expects the customers to do a lot for their fleet vehicles on the customers own time. For example: the tire pressure was at an unsafe, low level in the first rental they gave me, and they expected me to take time out of my work day to go and get the tire replaced. This is a sad expectation that enterprise has from their customers. It is a shame that this branch is so awful as they are in such a great location (close to the city, mountains, and highways). I would encourage anyone to go to the locations in Aurora, or at least further east of Wheat Ridge. You will not get good service if you use this location!

If you have to rent here, take pictures and be thorough with everything --I visited this Enterprise back in March 2019 - not by choice, another driver had damaged my car and their insurance was paying for a rental car while mine was being repaired. The day I picked up the car we went through the usual procedure - I walked around the car with their employee Mark to note any damages. The car had prior damage, so while going around I verbally noted things like dent above the wheel well, paint missing on grill, all received with a verbal confirmation of yes, got that while he typed on an iPad. I signed off, had the vehicle for about 2 weeks, and upon returning it was asked about the same damage. I explained we had already noted this when I did the first walk-around with the vehicle. Now apparently, when a vehicle is in good condition (aka no damages), they code it wthr2d2 under Vehicle Condition on your rental agreement - which appeared on mine. The manager explained that they dont actually mark down dents or dings smaller than 2 inches (if there are any), and report the vehicle as good condition. The dents I pointed out, as well as the paint missing were apparently insignificant enough to not specifically note. This was explained to me after the fact. In conclusion, I unfortunately had to pay for the original damages of the vehicle. Enterprise actually noted a date of loss, aka when the damage happened, as 2 days before I even dropped the car back off - making it seem like I alerted them that something happened to the car before I came in. ALL this to say, please if you have to rent from this office, take pictures of everything. Or better yet, ask for a car with no damage. I was naive not to take pictures of the entire car before signing off. At best, the employees are inadequately trained to properly inspect each vehicle. At worst, its dishonest business practice to pin prior damages (by who knows) onto their customers. As this was recently settled I felt compelled to leave a review.

The office in Wheatridge CO has been great. I start to use this rental office because the Golden CO office start to not wanting to pick me up and bring me back home. Back in October last year I had rent a car at the Golden Co office when I went to return it they told me to take it to there Wheatridge office and to rent my car from that location from now on. I had rent from that Golden office for 5 yrs when ever I need a rental car. Everyone in the Wheatridge office is always so nice and helpful and always make sure Im happy with my rental.

We would like to give a shout out to Demetrius, Ben, and the other staff at this Enterprise. We call them sometimes daily trying to get customers into cars. They are fast, efficient, and ALWAYS go out of their way for the staff at 360 Degrees of Perfection. The only issues we ever encountered was that they had a shortage of vehicles in the last storm this May, but what people fail to realize is that if your car got the severely damaged from the storm most likely so did the rentals in the area... plus Demetrius gave us some Red Bull and the Hertz guy only gave us Donuts...

Created a reservation online for a pick up at local Auto Body Shop in Arvada @ lunch time. I called in and was informed the pick up would take 20- 25 minutes. I then called back 45 minutes later and learned Enterprise had not not sent the driver. Ended up taking over 1.25 hours to get picked up at the Auto Body Shop. Finally left Enterprise Rental with my rental almost 2 hours later.

Short review: Do not trust this location to honor your reservation even after you have PAID money. They will inform you that they are sold out once you get there.Wish i could give LESS than 1 rating. I booked for Enterprise for car few days ahead & and i was charged. When i arrived to Colorado from Texas. They told me that they were sold out and FORGOT to inform me!Common! Forgot to inform me? All you had to do was GIVE ME A CALL. I think what happened was they rented the car to another person who might have offered them more money. If they had JUST called me, I would have most likely been OKAY with paying more as money is not the issue. Its that i had my entire family depended on this crooks.Verdict folks: DO NOT BOOK FROM THIS LOCATION. They are not reliable.Later that day, I had taxi drive me to another car rental company.

Well pick you up is a slogan, not a promise. We dont have a driver is what I got. When I asked to have my reservation transferred to an office that was closer to where I was staying, they couldnt manage that without doubling the price. I did appreciate a new (the current model year) non-smoking car, their curbside tablet-based checkout, and the nice people.

As a seasoned business traveler of 25 years i was a bit leary about renting from an off-airport location. to my surprise the operation was very professional, efficient and super friendly. great car, great service and exceeded my expectations. i guess i did not realize they would even drop you off so no need to have someone pick you up. Ill be back to enterprise and hats of to the Ridge of Wheat location!

Enterprise touts that they put customers first. All I can say is Ive had nothing but issues and being given the runaround with trying to get a lost item back. Managers at this location and the one on Colfax have made empty promises and not followed up regarding anything thought they repeatedly say, Ill look into this personally and get back to you. I did everything in my power to find a lost item; I called the location the at opening the very next day after a holiday, i submitted a lost item reqiest online, I called numerous times and left voicemails for the location. Instead of being time efficient they decided to wait until the car was already transferred to another location to place a hold on it for my item, this sent me on a wild-goose chase of calling people that were never going to get back to me and didnt care about customer service at all.

The location I use in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, has great people, and a good place to park my personal car when I rent one for a trip. It’s about a fifteen minute drive from my house. So that’s all good. HOWEVER...the location is sadly understaffed, especially on weekends. To the point where the people working can barely keep up with all they have on their plates. This results in a situation where “We’ll Pick You Up” in real life terms means, “We Are Definitely Not Going To Pick You Up.” Fine, but I would plan differently if I knew that. Then to try to get through on the phone is another bizarre experience. It rings and goes to hold music, interspersed with a pitch about how being family owned makes all the difference in their service. Hmmmm. I wonder if that might be true? By the 40th time hearing that line, while still on hold, I began to seriously wonder about that family. For now, I will still continue to rent from Enterprise, but I wholeheartedly urge upper management to examine the true costs of understaffing and its effects on customer loyalty.

I love renting my vehicles from the Wheatridge Enterprise store (2X a year). They are always kind and courteous. They even seem to out of their way to make their customers happy. I find that renting a car from them instead of out at the airport is far more economical and convenient for me. I will continue to give them my business.

I rented a Dodge charger hemi and drive from Colorado to Florida and back. The best ride I ever had. I had to extend the rental sender times and the staff was great. We loved every moment.
