Great service great people. First time in one of the people that helped us I believed his name was Ian was super nice informative and really did a great job of explaining what we needed as well as getting us accurate quotes on tires and other maintenance. Definitely an autoshop I recommend.

I dont know how many tires are customers these guys see in a day, but they always manage to make you feel like youre the first and last person that theyre helping out... Thats a pretty hard feat in any economy. I cant imagine working with anybody else.

Ok Im back for more tires. I put a lot of miles on my truck. The team here at big O tires is great and very helpful. I have the bf Goodrich ko2 tires. Just got over 70,000 miles on them they are a great tire.

I was in the middle of renting a trailer from a place down the street and realized I had a flat. I had like 40 mins till the trailer place closed and this Big O got me in and took care of my tire, even though it wasnt an easy fix, just in time to get back to the trailer place. I am really grateful that they were so kind, helpful and fast. Highly recommend!

Went in with a company vehicle with a screw in the tire. The truck went into the shop immediately and 1.5hrs go by i ask if they have an idea how long it will take the lady working rudely said we havent even started on your truck. I look in the shop and my truck is obviously being worked on. It took 3hrs to patch one tire and do an oil change. I was a tech at a jeep dealership and could do this simple work in an hour tops. Extremely rude service writers and un skilled techs

Had an appointment at 1 took in early cuz they asked me to.had to call them to check on vehicle then got told that had nothing available but i had a 1 pm appointment said they tried to call but had 0 missed calls and no voice mail got quoted one price then after everything got told a price almost 2 times the amount was quoted dont come here go any where was a horrible

I called this Big O Tire to have some tires mounted. They asked when I would like to come in and I said “how about now?”, which they said was fine. I immediately drove over. When I got there 10-15 minutes later, I was informed that they “couldn’t get me in for 2-3 hours.”I understand you’re busy, but if that’s the case, then you probably shouldn’t tell customers that you can take them now when you actually have no available for a few hours at least.

Went to get a tire put on my car minutes after calling in ad inquiring about the job. Told them Im on my way. I show up and they tell me they are booked on tire work for the day and we would have to or our car parked overnight there... There were three employees standing around bored, doing nothing.

Cheap, no appointment required, fast service and really good costumer service like this place alot,, i always get my oil service on both of my vehicles.

Tried to overcharge me some guy was working on my hub drilling out the screws told me he was saving my hub i was like hmmm hmmm fine before now the cv axle in it is out? Found a piece of metal tearing out the boot couple of days ago?!

Super helpful. Went to the big o in golden and couldn’t get the tires we needed till tomorrow, so Brent called down to the other big o in wheat ridge and found our tires. Both shops where very nice and helpful!

Great service but if you want a deal on tires its best to know someone that works their so the price goes down but they do some awesome work they sure take care of you LoL 😆;!

I gave 4 stars for great service minus one star for the tire guy with no mask and a girl with her mask below her nose. Both in the reception area behind the a counter.

I came in driving a flat front tire. They explained to me they had to retrieve my tires from their warehouse. Nothing I haven’t experienced before with my back tired at Firestone, so I understood the wait would be awhile. They explained I had a problem with my alignment. And gave me estimate on that cost. I will return to that store for future repairs! The sales people were very helpful!! I definitely will return to this store soon for further repairs.

They had me in and out quickly for my oil change. Price was reasonable. Very friendly employees.

I have never written a review before, but the service was so terrible I felt inclined to warn others.Scheduled an appointment several days in advance online. Came in to drop off the car, and they said it would be up to 3 hours before my car is finished. Come back 3.5 hours later, and they haven’t even touched my car. I am told it will be another 30 minutes to an hour until they start service.I ask if I can take my car across the street to wash it, so I can make use of the time while waiting. They have my phone number and it would take 30 seconds to drive back across. The manager tells me I lose my spot in the queue if I move my car. He said quote “we do not have time to accommodate the two minutes for you to drive back across the street”. What kind of brain dead rational is that, where I am willing to put up with my appointment being delayed by at least 4 hours, and they are not even willing to wait 2 minutes? Why the hell am I in a queue at 1:30, when I had a scheduled appointment at 10?TL;DR After scheduling an appointment, I waited 4 hours to get my tires changed, only to be told they wouldn’t wait 30 seconds for me to move my car. Terrible management, and lack of human decency.Edit: In response to the owner, everything went well when I went to another tire shop. They scheduled me and had my tires done in under an hour when I showed up before my appointment. Showed me how terribly incompetent this location was :)

I got a nail in my tire and it was close to closing on a Friday night. A man working there by the name of Ian was beyond helpful. He gave me a ton of different options to choose from to best fit my needs. He called me and was very patient. He even stayed a little past closing to make sure everything was taken care of. I definitely recommend Big O Tires the staff was so helpful, friendly and does an amazing job at helping you with your tire needs.

Great service! I showed up 10 minutes until close yesterday and they weren’t able to fix my flat before they closed. But, Batista made sure to fill my leaking tire and told me to come back today. When I showed up today, Ian told me it would be a 2 hour wait. Thankfully, Nico is a champ and managed to get the cars in front of me done and my car done in only 30 minutes! Nico was great and showed me the 3 inch rivet he pulled out of my tire and let me keep it as a memento! This is why I choose Big O!

Took my vehicle in because one of the new tires appeared to be losing air (not one of their tires). The technician took the tire off, gave it a complete inspection, yet didnt find anything. That was the good news. The better news is they didnt even charge for the service. Theyve always performed great service and will continue to keep this loyal customer! Thank you!

Had a great service appointment today for my Subaru, even with COVID-19 protocol in place. All employees in the front and back of the shop wore mask and kept appropriate distance. Tech did an awesome job working expeditiously. I will continue to drive across town to go to the Wheat Ridge location.

I went in at 7:20 Wednesday morning the lady said it would take an hour she would call me I got there at 9 no one had even worked on my car they told me itd be another half hour I told him know I had a doctors appointment Batistas was a girls name was very rude she wanted to know if I had just got plates for my car was none of her business if I got new plates on that car not she wanted to know when I bought the car none of her business this was a horrible experience Ive been there before Ive dealt with her before and shes a piece of s***

I scheduled an alignment there and waited for almost 2 hours. Im pretty patient but it seemed like no one wanted to do it etc.Manager was friendly and I understand things are different with covid but my car still pulls to the right and I dont feel like waiting again. Ill more than likely find another shop.

Gave me honest opinion for a caliper replacement for a bad brake fluid valve I had stripped down while finnishing the break bleeding. Even though I will fix it myself they did a great job on my alignment and were very courteous

The last few times that I have been in there for a simple oil change and rotation on the tires theyve been kinda sluggish also this time I noticed that they did not mark that sticker on my windshield about getting a rotation on my tires. I had asked about that and they replied that they did make the rotation and the sticker wasnt that important as long as its in the system

Dont go to this one they did an oil change alignment check and tire rotate. I thought they would be good at this due to its big o tires well not this one. I made an appointment they said it will only take an hour and half it ended up taking 3 and 1/2 After I got on the highway my whole wheel was shacking my entire car I will never go to this one again. I even asked if my tire pressure was good and they said yes apparently not I went to another big o cause I did not feel comfortable about them taking my car again. And goo thing I didnt cause the exact same numbers on the alignment its like they didnt even do the service. Waste of time and money.

I have been to the Big O on 52nd and Wadsworth and will never go back there, April is the rudest person Ive ever encountered. Excellent experience here! The level of customer service with which the 44th Ave. location functions should be an example to other locations. Ian was attentive, explanatory, and had the work done by the time promised to get my daughter on the road to work, on safe new winter tires. Pricing was transparent and the total given before any work was done. All in all a top notch tire shop and this will be where I go from now on. Thank you Ian and the staff for such a great and headache free experience.

I went in for a nail in my tire and they tried to tell me that i needed 4 new tires and an alignment. Tried to upsell me and stick me with 3 tires that i didnt need or want. Then the guy got attitude when i declined. Company seems like they are instructed to upsell at every opportunity.

These guys are terrible. Went in for $80 and they broke something else. Now the $80 is upwards of $400! Never doing business there again

Matt was just awesome. My Michelin tires were supposed to last 60k and only lasted 25k. Matt confirmed that this was a warranty situation, I was afraid Id have to argue that point - but he offered it as soon as he saw the tires. He recommended a great choice for replacement tires and got me in that afternoon. I was treated fairly, professionally and kindly.

This location is excellent! I went to two other shops to get my car aligned. The other two locations struggled with getting my car aligned and blamed it on the make & model of the vehicle. This location aligned it with no issues! Right on spec. These folks know what they’re doing

I have been buying tires From Big O on 44th in Wheat Ridge for over 20 years. I have many trailers and vehicles all with tires from Kieth, their pricing is great and they always have the appropriate tires from Z-Rated to load range -E thank you for making it easy.

I first went to this Big-O in 2012, they have always done right by me at a good price whether it be tires, brakes or just routine maintenance. Dylan was the service writer my first time, and he still takes the time to personally take care of me 4 years later even with his busy schedule as the Assistant Manager! Dylan is who I have dealt with the most, but all of the Service Writers are great. Chris the general manager is very knowledgeable and has great customer service skills!I will continue to come to this Big-O, and Im happy to bring my business here! A plus is this Big-O is independently owned and operated, so I still get to support local business while having the convenience of nationwide warranties and flat repairs!

Had a front wheel bearing go bad on my 1/2 ton Ram while on my way to Denver and towing a trailer. Im from Ca and on vacation. I already had to conduct two roadside repairs in the last 4300 miles. Ive been turning wrenches for 32 years, worked at a Goodyear store for 10 years, a Winston Tire store for a short while, two independent shops for about 5 years total. I kept my hands dirty during the last 16 years while working a career as a Peace Officer. I recently retired and opened my own shop. All that to say this; Im the one who works on other peoples cars and no one but myself works on my rigs. This is literally the first time I have paid a shop to conduct mechanical repairs on my vehicle. I was a nervous wreck and probably a pain in their butt most of the morning but I just didnt feel like crawling around on the hot pavement for this one. Along with this repair was the little issue of trimming the lug studs down to accommodate the wheel spacers. Anyway, I wish I could remember the techs name but Im over 50. He did a phenomenal job knocking this out for me. I was in a pinch, they took me in johnny on the spot, provided stellar customer service and never told me to call an uber and come back later. They know what they are doing. I would highly recommend this Big O. Thanks guys (and gal) you relieved a bunch of stress from my shoulders.

These guys are awesome! They are easy to deal with and they will help you find the right tires for your car or truck. Ive brought in three vehicles to them and every time Ive been completely satisfied.

I had an oil change, tire rotation and a full up of the steering wheel fluid that four other places wouldnt do because it is behind the passenger front wheel plus takes special oil. Great people and service.

Took my car in to replace my tires and asked explicitly if my brake pads were ok. They said i had another 6k miles on them so we planned to wait until a later date to replace.4 weeks later driving down the interstate my brakes almost fail me all together. I took my car to Discount Tire down the street and they told me my pads were almost metal to metal and keep in mind ive only driven 350 miles max from the time of their paid inspection til the time the brakes almost failed.

I Love this Big O tires! We have already purchased two sets of tires here and will be coming back for all of our wheel and tire needs from now on. The service here is always amazing! Yesterday I was switching my wheels and tires to summer setup and on the last wheel I stripped the lug nut key. My heart sank into my stomach because this is the only vehicle I have to get me and my family around in. I was doubtful they could help but decided top give them a call and see anyway, I am SO glad that I did. I called only 10 minutes before closing and Dillon answered the phone. I explained the situation and he told me that there are hundreds of different lug nut patterns and I would need to bring it in to see if he could help me secure my last wheel. I brought the car in and he immediately went to work trying the different keys they had. I was so surprised when he found a match and offered to tighten them all for me. He even helped me find a replacement key of my own all free of charge! The guys here consistently go above and beyond for me and my vehicles and I really appreciate it. Other Big O tires I have dealt with in the past (Denver area and out of state), have almost turned me away from the chain but this location has never let me down. Not the right store but still right company. There is a big O by 64th and Simms. Worst place year after year. Dropped single tire off to be repaired. Supposed to get text when it’s done. They forgot about the tire I found out after waiting all day. Took them another two hours to tell me they can’t repair it be it’s tread is too low. Took it to another tire shop they repaired it in 15 mins. Big so tire is a cooperate nightmare. Pushy salesman trying to pressure you into things you don’t need and not being helpful is all. Never going back.

Called all over the front range to find a specific 265/60/R18 Cooper AT3 and Dylan was the only one who went out of his way to find a set for me. I drove 4 hours to get them installed and the entire staff was professional, friendly, and dedicated to doing the job right. No wonder this specific Big O Tires location has a perfect rating, all of these guys are truly awesome. I highly recommend them and I will drive 4 hours again when I need another set. Had a brake caliper failure on the way out of town. Pulled in, Derek got me pulled right into the shop and started immediately. Derek and his crew were extremely professional. Got us right in and out, no hassles or issues. I highly recommend for vehicle repairs and tire replacement.
