Simply asked for a quote on a property. They answered the phone hello, not professional. The first time I called they wouldnt even take my information and have the agent call me back. They just asked me to call back. I was then asked to email details about the property and they would work on a policy quote....One week later I call back, nope, we havent worked on the quote, and probably dont have time to do it...Im buying a new house, selling our old house, and coordinating a constantly moving closing date... I should have known from my first phone interaction not to even bother, but these guys do not deserve anyones business.
