Paid $15 for the works and all it did was spray water and dry. Where is the soap? Looking to get refund

Absolutely do not come here. I have brand new scratches all over my hood. For a touch less car wash it scratched my car more than a dog jumping up on it. I am absolutely livid. The scratches were not there before. Not only am I left with scratches, I still have dirt all over my car. For the best wash they offer, it’s not worth it. Go somewhere else and save your paint.
