I brought my TV in for repair on 2/26/2020 & as of this date today 1/4/2021 I have NOT received it back. Very poor communications with the business, never return calls, never there. When I dropped it off for repair I was told 2 weeks tops, well its 11 months later & nothing & no communications from business at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS REPAIR SHOP !!!! I can go on & on but not worth my time, I wasted enough time with this so called repair shop. Of course when the business sees my review they will say its my fault like they said about others that write a review. Go anywhere else but this repair shop, youll be much better off & youll get your TV back.

This doesnt want to make money i called to gey my tv fix hr said better off buying new tv i want my tv fixed

My TV broke down and I was overwhelm in thinking that I had to buy a new TV. I decided to call a TV repair shop to find out if it could be cheaper to fix mine. I am very happy with my decision y paid a small fraction of the cost of a new TV. The technician came to my house and in thirty minutes it was done, Very professional and respectful. Thank you

After Samsung had a recall on my washing machine, this company was assigned to make the repair, after missing the first appointment and not returning calls, he refused to give me more than one day or time for the repair, because he cant just go all the way to Hebron any time. When that one day didnt work for me, he yelled at me and refused to make the repair. I would never recommend this business, he is an awful, mean man who screams at people.
