I have loved my Red Star Miele vacuum ever since I got it as a hand me down. I recently took it apart to clean it and lost one small part that allows the brush to rotate.I went to two other local retailers before heading to Stanton Miles. Their staff member attended to me immediately and gave me a price as soon as he saw what I needed. He was knowledgeable and helpful, the price was extremely reasonable, and he put the machine back together for me.I will go straight to them in the future if I need any more help and if I am looking to purchase a new Miele.

I’ve purchased two Sebo vacuums from Stanton Miles for myself, and one as a gift. I’ve gone back to get all my bags and filters as well. Great shop with very knowledgeable staff. I’ve brought my vacuums in for service over the years as well, and can say that this vacuum shop is the best! Even since moving to Trumbull I still make the drive down to Westport! Keep up the good work guys!

He told me after a few minutes looking at my machine that the fan was broken. He pointed it to me and I saw it as well. It was only $100 to fix my machine. I am so happy with the result.Before I went to Davids place, I went to Aerus Electroluz where the man told me after a week of leaving my machine there that it would cost $386 dollars to fix it because of broken motor. I decided to take my machine back and after another research I found stanton Miles LLC.I was lucky to find David. He gave me a penny which was the one that broke my vacuum. I would highly recommend Stanton Miles LLC. What a wonderful experience.
