I have been going to this salon for way over a year now! I travel from NY to CT just to come to this salon. All of the staff are so lovely and accommodating. The salon follows Covid safety strictly and it has always been so clean! This is the only place I’ll go to get my nails done, I’ve gotten both powder and now UV gel and I love both! The spa pedicures and massages are also lovely. I swear by this place!!! :)

New Luxx Nail & Spa is an amazing establishment! Everyone was so kind and accommodating and it was an overall great experience. I will definitely be going back! One great thing that provided me with a lot of comfort was they took my temperature when I walked in and asked me to sanitize my hands. Shout out to Hana!!!

Best pedicure in Fairfield county! The masseuse is also incredible. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Covid protocols make me feel very safe as well. They schedule appointments so there are very few people at once (max i’ve witnessed is 3 clients). So happy to have stumbled across New Luxx! I feel like royalty every time I come.

New Luxx is great. The staff is very professional and do a wonderful job. The shop is beautiful and clean. I highly recommend New Luxx.

Love this place. Its clean and welcoming. Esther and Grace are great for a manicure/gel/UV. The pedicure chairs are comfy and away from the main entrance which I like so you are not on display. The free massage while Im getting my nails done is the best. There are lots of nails salons around but this is always my go to.

My wife loves this place!!She said that the staffs are very kind and talented.

I HAVE BEEN A LUXX CUSTOMER FOR 5 YEARS OR MORE. MANICURES ARE SUDDENLY $15 AND NOT $12 LIKE ALL THE OTHER SALONS. I CAN LONGER DIP MY FINGERS IN WATER, BUT HAVE BEEN OFFERED SOME SORT OF CREAM IN A PACKET. NO OPTIONS FOR ME SO I AM NOW GOING SOMEPLACE ELSE.LUXX WILL COME TO A CREEPING END. WATCH. THEY FAIL TO UNDERSTAND THAT THEY ARE THERE TO SERVE AND PLEASE US NOT DICTATE AND GOUGE.
