GO TO THIS LOCATION! All of their haircuts include what other locations only offer for an extra MVP package cost (like back massage and steamed towel). I went for the first time yesterday and their stylist Desirae was very helpful, confirmed at every step of the way that she was cutting my hair to my liking, and gave me useful information. I would highly recommend this place!

Called for an appointment walked in at that time chair was waiting. The girl was great and the cut was just right.

Got a nightmare haircut. Asked the lady to fix it and she was clearly annoyed.

Quick and easy haircuts

Supercuts is now privately owned. The manger Allison has done a great job turning this salon around. I wish her continued success. Fast, efficient and reasonably priced. I never left Supercuts dissatisfied. Kudos to you Allison, nice job!

The haircut is mediocre at best, but still appropriately priced considering they are considerably less expensive than other options in Fairfield County. However, the customer service is beyond terrible - Ive never seen one of the women smile or welcome a customer and they mumble through the entire process as if youre doing them a favor by being there. Also, and it cant be attributed to this location in particular, but the online check-in is completely useless. The estimated wait time has absolutely zero correlation to reality. So, long story short: Price is fine, haircut is fine, service is dismal.

Jennifer and the manager both give me very good cuts ...sometimes excellent. If you go during the day (not lunch) there is little to no wait. Being a chain haircut place, quality can be inconsistent depending on who you get but Ive never had a bad haircut here. And the price is right.

Cashier/stylist was running a hustle. Told me cash only because the register was having problems. I said I didnt have cash, so she ran the card. Said it didnt take (despite it bringing me to the signature page), asked for cash again, said I still didnt have cash, so she ran the card again and it magically worked. But I got double charged. Next day they refused to refund me for the double charge and only referred me to a 3rd party survey website if I had a complaint. Had to do a charge back on the credit card. Avoid the scams at this place.

It was quick to get in and in the chair but the hairdresser was the most condescending Ive ever seen. She asks how Id like my hair cut and I reply with the blade numbers. The remainder of her interaction with me was a condescending tone of do I know how short that is? to which I reply, yes, Ive been doing this for the past five years. She says again with tone are you sure? So I reply with the inch length each blade number equates to. She shrugs and condescendingly says okay whatever and then cuts my hair.Other Supercuts have been perfectly fine. This one needs significant work on customer service

Service was lacking but the cut was good and thats all i need.

Awful!!! Was told they had no appointments for 2 hours while the salon was empty. Receptionist was playing on her phone doing nothing. Definitely not recommending anyone to go to Supercuts - lazy and useless!!

Could not express more the extreme lack of customer service here. The attitudes of the workers here are TERRIBLE. I stood there for what seemed like an eternity before the woman there turned to me as if I was bothering her, and said very rudely and in disdain, oh, can i help you?...as if i just walked in. I was the ONLY one standing there in the entire waiting room. As this was my 3rd time here, and having been treated similarly my previous 2 times, I looked at her, and said actually, no. you cant help me. And I turned and walked out. Unbelievable. The workers here are disinterested, condescending, arrogant, and flat out rude. And this is a result of 3 different trips here. DO NOT GO HERE. I would not have given it even 1 star, but it wouldnt allow me to post without selecting at least one.

Awful experience!!! Even i showed the lady a picture of how i wanted my hair and dont use clippers but still she did. I could not see without my spectacles thats ehy could not tell how she was cutting my hair. Just an awful experience. Please avoid going to that branch. I heard South Norwalk one is better.

I want to start off by saying that Supercuts is a cheap place to get your hair done pretty much everyone knows this.. you get what you pay for. However, last year an acquaintance recommended me to get my hair cut by a supercut hair stylist name Jessica (Latina woman). Jessica was amazing! She listens to what you want. she cut my hair into layers and I received many complements from friends and family. They couldnt believe a cut like that came from Supercuts. So I became a regular and I ONLY got my hair cut by Jessica. I came home from college last month and decided to get my hair cut. Unfortunately, I was told Jessica no longer works there. A mother hair stylist asked If I wanted to get my hair cut by someone else. I made the God awful mistake to say yes. I got my hair cut from a gentleman by the name JERRY. This guy was so UNCONFIDENT and DID NOT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING! HE RUIND MY HAIR!!! HE KEPT STOPPING AND STARTED TO SAY HUMMM AND KEPT LOOKING UP. JERRY CUT SOOOO MUCH OFF AND HAD THE NERVE TO SAY MY HAIR WAS CUT UNEVEN. WHEN IN REALITY HE WAS THE ONE WHO RUINED MY HAIR!!! MY LAYES LOOK HORRIBLE!!I HAVE VERY SHORT PIECES AND VERY LONG PIECES. HE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND HIS LICENSE SHOULD BE TAKEN AWAY! I will NO LONGER go here! overtime I look at the mess that JERRY did to my hair I get very angry. The company did nothing!! horrible place hopefully it gets shut down. My goal is to find Jessica so she can fix this horrible cut. Please DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT HERE OR ANY OTHER SUPER CUTS.

Horrible, Jennifer butchered my wife’s hair. Had to go to a real salon and pay 75$ just to fix it. Avoid this place at all cost!!

Good stylist and in and out

All cuts in the last year or so (2021) have been by Allison...every time a winner. It doesnt hurt that shes pleasantly soft spoken, polite and has a smooth technique that might make you doze off if you dont chat 😉.
